My husband and I stayed here and enjoyed our stay. Loved the easy access on first floor and is a quiet location. I would recommend that the floors have a good mopping as are feet were black with walking around after arriving. Amenities were lovely and would suggest refreshing plastic plates, utensils and some frying pans for cooking. You have a beautiful place and feel this unit could be raised to a whole other level with some newer bedding, couple of tweaks for decor and colour pallette change on the walls (Benajmin Moore - Classic Gray)would be amazing for this lovely unit. Look forward to our next stay with VCF!

We love having a go-to vacation spot that we can trust will be well maintained, well stocked, and well managed. This room was perfect for our family of 4 + grandparents and we've rebooked the same room for Spring Break. We had an issue with the TV in one room and VCF had it fixed by the next day. We will always recommend VCF. We've been staying with them since 2018.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back next year. Loved the new floors and kitchen. The washer and dryer are so nice to have when you don’t want to pack too much and have little ones that get dirty so easily. Plenty of towels in the unit. The kitchen had new appliances and even an air fryer and a Keurig. We didn’t find too many extra kitchen tools(can opener or cookie sheet) but it had the basics. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pack n play, stroller and high chair were such a nice extra. The amenities were fantastic. We had a small issue with the air conditioner and it was addressed quickly. I was so impressed with everything!

We stayed for a week over Easter Break. The kids loved the pool and the arcade. The condo was super comfortable and quiet. We stopped before we even checked in and got the supplies that werr listed that we needed. Will stay there again.

This was my 2nd stay at Windsor Hills and first stay in 101A. I liked it being on the first floor. The plates and cooking utensils could be updated, but I don't see that as a major issue. Safe area to walk around at night, and nice pool and game rooms. Ana was also very helpful. I read the negative comments about the people at the security entrance. They were all nice to me.

We love Windsor hills and stay every time we are in Orlando. This home had disgustingly dirty furniture, floors bathrooms, it was one of my least favorite homes, the worst one had fleas, this one did not. We have stayed in this development close to 12 times, I will not rebook this particular home.

The location was perfect for what we needed. My only suggestion would be to upgrade furniture, kitchen utensils (pots and pans). The towels and shower had hair on them, so I had to clean the shower and buy towels. Overall, it was a good stay and pretty private for the community it is in.

Allergy-free cleanliness. Roomy. True to pictures or better. Comfortable, specially beds. Notoriously close to Disney parks. Effective logistics and security. Pool and hot tub great for a long walking day.

There were lots of bugs. Pharaoh ants in the kitchen, cockroaches in the master and bugs in the other bedrooms. Shower curtain kept falling down. Lights wouldn’t work in second largest room. No baking sheet to cook anything in the oven. Carpet on the porch needs to be replaced - looks like black mould. Living room chairs need cleaning. The facilities were great and location for Disney and shopping was wonderful. We had a nice vacation but the property definitely needs some maintenance.

My family loved everything about this condo from the short drive to Disney to the amazing water slides in the pool area. The kids couldn’t wait to get to the pool after a long day at the Disney parks! The kids room was super cute and perfect for the 4 kids! Everything was clean and definitely enough room for up to 8 guests. Will definitely be back for our next trip to Orlando!

Our room as perfect for my group as we traveled to Florida to visit Disney World! It had the perfect amount of space and the kitchen allowed us to save money on some days and cook at the rental. Ubers to the parks were reasonable in price, especially since we all split the cost. Daniel was always responsive with any of our questions and was super helpful with everything!

The only complaint I have is the fan in the master bedroom was not in working order. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning stayed cool. I would totally rent this condo again.

We really enjoyed our week long stay here. My 3 small children, wife and I were very comfortable in this spacious condo. It beats hotel rooms all to pieces! My kids loved the bunk beds, and my wife and I enjoyed the master suite. The pool is fantastic and my kiddos liked the splash park. They also had a lot of fun at the playground. The location is perfect for its proximity to the attractions in Orlando (we had SeaWorld passes). We also enjoyed just hanging out at the condo for a day and using the amenities there. (I kinda wish we would've spent another day just staying on site - it was more relaxing.) There are lots of restaurant choices nearby, and Walmart is like 5 minutes away. I also really liked being on the first floor. It made hauling my family's luggage to and fro a little less laborious. We made great memories here as a family, and I hope to go back again in the future.

We had 7 people (3 kids and 4 adults) staying in the unit. It is in a great location—very close to Disney—and the pool/water slides/splash pad were perfect! The best thing, I think, about the experience was the ease of communication with the owners/rental group. Emails were responded to promptly and there was a lot of information in their app.

The unit was clean and in a good location for my family's Disney World trip. The washing machine did not work from day one. I contacted management multiple times and the washing machine was not serviced. Upon an early check out I again reminded management the washing machine was not working properly and I was told that there was nothing wrong with the washing machine. I contacted the unit owner directly over 2 months ago and have still not received a response. Great location, great unit, terrible management. I cannot imagine if we had any more issues as this one was ignored. We needed a washing machine for the week, we paid for a washing machine for the week. There was absolutely nothing done to remedy the situation neither during or after our stay.
