In general, the house was spacious and inviting. It comfortably accommodated my family of 10. My mother-in-law especially liked the downstairs bedrooms, as she has difficulty climbing stairs due to her arthritis. The cleanliness of the house was commendable. I would certainly consider booking it again

Nice property great air conditioning and pool.
Excellent appliances and great location.comfortable beds. Bathroom Shower’s could be updated and also couch but overall a nice villa and had a great stay would definitely stay again.

It’s a nice location and the pool was warm and clean. But there were some issues. Owner listed property as holding 14 people in one part of the listing, 13 on another, and 12 on the paperwork in the home. Very confusing. Wouldn’t be such a big deal but they really seemed to want to micromanage the number of people in the house. Totally their prerogative, but not conducive for a peaceful visit when family was nearby renting a second house and we wanted to have guests visit.
The front walk has a lifted concrete pad just high enough to trip over. Every day when the sprinklers run water and dirt collects in the front door area so your feet get wet/dirty unless you jump over it. The counter was cracked and loose over her dishwasher, the blinds/sills in the bedrooms were beyond dusty, the kitchen floor was so sticky when we arrived I video taped the sound of my shoes as I walked around. The sliding door sills were funky and gross. There was no detergent or dishsoap, so basically just count on coming and providing all the essientials on day one.

There were 4 adults and 8 kids, plenty of space for everyone. Lots of fun with the backyard pool and hot tub, and the huge community pool. Kids loved the water slides too. Great time

The house is exactly as the VRBO pictures shown. We had 6 adults and 5 kids from age 3 to age 75. Everybody found something they liked while staying at the house. Less than 5 minutes walk to the club house, pools, and water park. Less than 2 miles to Disney World. Would stay at this house again.

Many things are accurate within the listing. The place is very large with great amenities. The kids love the bedroom decor and pool. The washer and dryer are great benefit. The location is great to go to Disney and many other places. The traffic is very dense in the area.
Some other things to note for use to the owner/manager and prospective renters. In our opinion the cleanliness is marginal surface clean. Dust and debris is accumulated throughout the place and grim on doors and walls. Squeaky doors and beds (but comfortable)
We did not see much for kids toys or games. Also the cups and utensils for kids were lacking we ended up buying plastic cups and leaving them there. Cookware was also marginal as we bought a not stick pan and left there. Not much for baking pans and sheets. Would be nice to have flexible spatulas too. As stated there is not tissue, soap etc be prepared.
See previous reviews about the front gate to resort and check in. Bit of a hassle. The community is great and resort pool/playgrounds but few things to be aware again. The water slides and splash pad have very cold water. Welcome center is not friendly you have to pay deposit and fees for ping pong paddles, basketball, tennis, putting etc. They don't have any kind of shuttle to Disney as stated.
Seeing fireworks from the house pool is debatable given trees. You do have awesome sunrise views ever morning with overlooking backyard but close side neighbors. Also sad they don’t keep any pool toys there.
All that said we would stay here again and have recommend to our friends who will be staying there in a few weeks. Just nice to know some extra details.

We had a cheer comp at the convention center and this was a great, quiet spot for 3 families to spend the weekend. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient. The property was clean. Note: there was no soap/paper towels which we forgot to get but I believe this was noted in the welcome documents! We would definitely stay here again!

This property had a lot of issues. First there were cockroaches!! The AC went out on us and the maintenance couldn't come out until the morning and it was sweltering hot upstairs the kids couldn't sleep. There was a portable AC in the garage so we moved them down there with the mattresses on the floor. Very strict about parking so if you want to rent any type of sling shots or anything of that nature this is definitely not the property for you!

This listing was the perfect size and location for my family to meet up for a Christmas gathering and Disney day.
The house itself was as-advertised.
I communicated with the owner two weeks before our reservation and shared the details of the drivers and learned that no more than three cars could enter the subdivision. This was a problem for my family since I had five adult children traveling from various parts of the state to be with us. Nevertheless, we worked out a plan to meet at the wal-mart close by to shuttle people (and all their stuff) to the house. I don’t think I realized what a hassle this would be, so if you want to stay here, be sure you have three or fewer cars. It would have been fine if we could drive in a drop off items before parking elsewhere, but If your name was not reported to the front gate, you were not allowed in at all. This was a problem for my mom and my son, since their names were not given to the guards, only my own name (even though I provided this in adv). It took over an hour to get my family in the gates.
I did call the property manager who could not help me. Only the owner can add people to the gate admittance list.
The property manager argued that he did not have a reservation for my dates anyway, and insisted that the house was not ready for me. This was clear upon arrival since wet towels were draped over all chairs and flat surfaces, so my first order of business while trying to get my family admitted through the gates was to use the dryer to finish laundry service.
If you think paying extra for the hot tub might be of interest, please save your money. It does not get warm enough to be considered a hot tub. I was told, due to the cold weather, that the machine could not keep up, but it was truly not working. I’ve owned tubs before and even without a thermometer, it was clearly not heating. So there was some wasted money.
If you stay here during cold weather (it was in the low 30s Christmas morning) you have to request that the owners turn on the heat. We did not have warmth until the morning when the house temp was 57.
Things we loved: the tv stand has a fire feature. The neighborhood was quiet. There were enough beds and bedding for our group of 13. The garage with pool table and air hockey was fun for the kids, but it was freezing due to the cold snap. If we had had small children, there were cribs and high chairs available. And it was one exit away from the Disney parks.

This house is just updated with new floors and new Harry Potter theme room and American Avenger theme room. The owner told me they are waiting for the photographer's new photos. Therefore It was everything I expected and more than I was expected! The children enjoyed the water park! Jennifer and Kevin replied most messages within seconds. Phil knows everything we asked for. We will come back next year!

This property was exactly as pictured! We had plenty of room for everyone, it was clean, and so convenient to Disney. The owners were the easiest ones we have ever worked with on VRBO. Their response time was immediate and they accommodated all of our requests! We had 3 grown children with their spouses and 4 grandchildren, and we all agreed we would stay there again!

Gated resort community with beautiful grounds. The home was lovely and just as pictured. Very clean and had the majority of what we need. The owner and the property manager were responsive, and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the themed bedrooms. The crib, high chairs and strollers were a convenient bonus as well.
The water park was an added treat that the kids loved. We will come back!

Basically told us the maids didn't have time to fully clean the 6 bedroom house because nobody checks out on time. I feel I was cheated even had to vacuum out the couch before family would sit on it because there was so much old food left in it.....

Great location, Nice home
Overall, the house was what we needed. We stayed with our adult children and their significant others. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the location was good. We did see a few bugs in the home, but they do have traps set out around the kitchen area. The house, in general, could use some updating, along with the furniture but we all in all a nice place for the price. We were a little confused on the heating of the spa. I understood in the description it is $25 per day to heat the pool, but was not aware that you had to do that to have the spa heated also.

If you are driving more than one vehicle you have to have multiple people on the listing at the front gate to be able to get in. Once I got ahold of the owner she got us parking passes. It was partially my own fault because I couldn’t find the property managers information however we were not aware we needed multiple names to be able to get in. It took us around 2 hours to even be able to get checked in. On the plus side security is great and you feel very safe in the neighborhood. Upon entering the house everything seemed as described. It is spacious and has a great family layout. Perfect if you’re traveling with multiple families. The pool is fantastic and the game room was perfect to keep our son entertained. It is a quick 10-15 minute drive to all the parks. Very close to Walmart and multiple restaurants. Now for the things that weren’t so great. The house was not clean when we got there. Food smeared on the walls, and bed spreads. Almost every dish in the cabinets and even on the table we’re dirty. There were even knives in the drawer with syrup on them. The high chair could not have been cleaned in between groups. It was covered in food both on the surface and under the top tray. There was a shirt that was found left behind from the previous party underneath a bed in the upstairs room. We informed the property manager that it was lacking some cleaning and she said she would stop by the next day. We made a list of concerns for her to read and I don’t believe she looked at those. She only addressed cleaning a comforter for us and that there had been cake smeared on the walls and they must of missed some of it during the turn over. The house thermostat is locked and you can’t put it under 73*. It also either shuts off at night or adjusts to around 77-78*. It gets very hot. Even with all the fans that they have in the rooms. That was a little annoying especially after coming in from a long day at Disney. The biggest concern we had was finding roaches in the kitchen. There were so many, and kept getting worse. We couldn’t leave any food out on the counters. We didn’t even get to cook while we were there because they just got into everything. We finally went and bought roach spray. Again we made them aware. They said pest control had just been there but would let them know. All together it’s a good house just need some better cleaning in my opinion.

15 minutes from the Magic Kingdom! Having the ability to heat the pool was key for our family. Windsor Hills is a great location.

It had been cooler in the evenings and the property manager told us that the pool and hot tub may struggle to hit their max temps when the nights are cool. The last 3 days of our stay were mid-80s and still the pool never got above 72 degrees (supposed to get to mid 80s when heated) and the hot tub never got above 79 (supposed to get to 100- we even bought a water thermometer to check it). We were refunded the pool heat fee, but paying that fee or not, I would expect the hot tub to be hot, and we were not able to use it at night unfortunately.

Great week vacation
Check in was easy, they had everything ready for us when we arrived. House could of been cleaner in some places, I don’t think it’s had a good deep clean for a while, but nothing that bothered us. Rooms were perfect for our family of 5, plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked, tv and internet were good and the kids loved the game room. Pool was nice, paid for the heat during a cooler time, and the neighborhood was quiet and fun to walk around. Overall we were very satisfied with the house and our experience.

The house needs new furniture and with Covid the house should have been cleaner. The pool was also dirty and at check in we where not listed as staying at the property but the owner did correct it in a timely manner. I hope future stays are not like this.

The property had the right layout for our large group. We had two babies with, so the baby gear/ essentials was perfect. The pool was slightly less warm than we would have liked-we did pay for the heat. The location and community amenities were awesome. The biggest criticism was that an upstairs bedroom had an awful foul dead animal smell. We could not have anyone stay in that room. The property manager did not make it right.
