The location was fantastic, could easily walk to grocery store and shops and restaurants and of course The Beach! The place was super clean! The beds and linen were great. The washer and dryer functioned fine and we're a life saver with 3 kids. They also provided a couple of bikes (super fun to ride on the promenade) and enough boogie boards for all to enjoy. The kitchen also was well equipped. We had 4 adults (Mom, Dad, Grandparents, 2 teenage girls and a 7 year old boy). The 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms were well placed and worked out great for our group. The only downside is the living room area is small but we all piled in and simply made it work...in fact it was kinda nice as the teenagers couldn't readily distance themselves so we actually spent more quality time together. All in all was a great stay.

Lastly, as a notice to renters, this is no fault of the owners, but don't plan on sleeping in on Tuesday morning. The neighborhood is very tight & compact & the garbage truck will be right under your window, around the corner, and making all sorts of racket from about 7:00am-9:00am. Again, nothing you can do about that but plan on an early Tuesday!!

We loved the location. Family of 6 and we were all comfortable here. No problems with the property. Nice to have a couple bicycles and Boogie Boards too!

Anna made the whole process seamless, easy and hassle-free. She had everything prepped and ready to go in the house. From toilet paper to eating utensils to bedding and furniture, we felt like this was our home the moment we stepped into it. It is a beautiful property located so close to the beach and any attractions we could have thought of. We would definitely stay here again.

We went to sleeping aid at the property for an entire week we were just a 32nd walk to the beach property is super clean and we would definitely come back here and stay again

This house was located in the area we were looking for. Close to beach, quiet hours, nice friendly helpful neighbors, and it fit all our guests. Anne was great! Always addressing any and all our concerns in a prompt manner. Thanks for a great time!

The house was great! The neighbor next door was constantly patrolling the street. We Phoenicians travel to Mission to soak up the cool air yearly! The neighbor next door told us to go inside at 10:05 and watched us like a hawk. We are 50 year old women sitting having wine and talking not loud at all and were scolded for sitting outside. It would have been nice to enjoy the patio more but not with that guy lurking around! We heard him screaming at other renters down the way too.

Great location with all the amenities of home, well stocked kitchen items able to host guests. Very well kept home. Anne is wonderful to work and accommodating to our needs. Bikes and beach equipment a plus !!! Easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Throughly enjoyed our time and will be back again!

You couldn't ask for a better beach house rental. Everything and more! Great location, beautiful interior and fully supplied with all the goodies. The owner was great to work with. Look forward to staying again!

We were in SD for a wedding and were so pleased to stay in this house. It has all the amenities. Lot's of room and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner Anne is so sweet and made everything so accommodating for our stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Our family enjoyed the stay at Mission Beach. Wonderful beach house and so close to the beach! We loved all the "gear provided:" bikes, boogie boards, kites, sand castle building buckets and shovels, and bubbles for our granddaughter! We made use of the gas BBQ for dinners at the house. Kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils. Close enough the Belmont amusement park- we walked and rode bikes. Property was very clean. Great outdoor shower and faucet to wash off from a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and go for a return visit.

This was our 3rd Spring Break at the house. Love the location and the bikes are great. House is very comfortable for a large family and grandma. You don't have to bring anything but your swim suit. Beach towels, beach toys, and boggie boards are there for your use. Best value on Mission Beach.

We had a terrific time and the house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the location and how very clean the house was. I just wish we could have stayed longer than 5 days, hopefully next time it will be longer. Everyone was so friendly, even the cat Punk came over every day to visit us.

We have always stayed further south on Mission Beach...This was a very nice location, and a good change. There were 7 of us, we slept comfortably. I think with the size of the living room it would be better for a smaller group. The dining was not a problem at all, we used the nice outdoor table, or went out to the many restaurants close by. We had 2 teenagers and a 21 yr. old, a 5 yr. old and his parents, and me. The bikes were wonderful to have, not to mention the boogie boards. Anne was great to work w/ in the planning, and met her daughter when we arrived and equally as nice and helpful.

Perfect weekly rental for large variety of groups! Close to everything needed. Lots of added amenities with bikes, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc! Clean and good sleeping arrangements. Problems with toilet that owner spent a lot of time with immediately to get it fixed! The only slight downside was the living room space that only had one couch so not much seating. However, being in San Diego for vacation, we didn't find much need for that room anyway! That would not deter us from staying here again and definitely recommending it to friends. Did find the door locks very hard to work with. Owner VERY pleasant to deal with!

This is a great rental, very clean and updated! Anne was very friendly and a pleasure to work with during the rental process. The sleeping arrangements in the house accommodated our group of 8 well, as all of us had beds. However, given the size of the living room (and lack of dining space and seating), I think it would accommodate a smaller group better. We generally stay further south on Mission Beach, but found this location very convenient for us. Overall, we very much enjoyed our experience!

We had an awesome vacation and a large part is due to this rental. Seconds from the beach, minutes from restaurants. Very, very clean. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and everyone slept very comfortably. Again, can't say enough good things about the owners.
