The property is very close to the beach and one small shop. It has 4 apartments for rent but host was not there only cleaners. Communication was very hard and slow, and not something that we use to it when we stay in apartments in Croatia as usually host lives there. Apartment is big with 2 bedrooms but furniture is old and not enough of kitchen equipment.

Excellent location to stay in the fully renovated and equipped apartment. Close proximity of grocery store, near by beach and free parking on site are just some of the valued benefits. Staff was very friendly and helpful, ready to jump in and effectively solve any misunderstandings or issue. I would strongly recommend staying here, specially for families with kids.

WiFi connection was not fully available on upper floor due to weak signal. Easily solvable with some extender

Proximity to Soline beach and Pine Beach. Kids had space to play in the courtyards. Hosts were friendly and speak English and german.

Insects, we had to do use our own insects sprays. Lots of ants, kids were bitten during night. It was ok after we did the desinsection ourselves. Bathrooms seemed old and with stains, especially the one withouth the window. For the same price we stayed afterwards in much much better and modern conditions!
