Modernes, schönes, renoviertes Zimmer mit täglicher Reinigung. Hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, der sehr bemüht ist. Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt am Rande der Altstadt Ortigia. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können fußläufig erreicht werden. Um die Unterkunft herum gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze!!! Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Eine 100 %ige Empfehlung!

Perfect location to explore the historical sites of the city. No problem finding public parking in the vicinity. The host, Giovanni, was amazing. He gave us the best advice for fantastic restaurant experiences and how to use our available time in Syracuse to get the most out it.

Giovanni was very informative and he generously received me earlier than the designated check-in hours. The location was excellent for me, being very close to the station and right in the middle between the archeological park and Ortigia Island (although many other travelers seem to prefer staying in Ortigia, which is more atmospheric). Room facilities are basic but quite enough for a one night stay. Wifi was excellent, a credit to Giovanni who is an IT expert as well as a photographer.
Some parts and items in the room were a little dusty, and the drainage in the bathroom sink was poor (the shower was excellent). But no major drawbacks.

Room is clean. The B&B is near the main attractions of Siracusa, only 10minutes walk to every where. And can park on the street. Owner is so nice to offer information and help to make our visit comfortable.

Good location, 10 minute walk to Ortigia. We had breakfast on our balcony. There's a busy street down below but the balcony doors muffled the sounds, so we didn't have any noise complaints. Everything was cleaned daily. The host communicated clearly and was ready to answer any questions. Easy to find free street parking all around, the host provided a map so you could be sure you were in a free area.
Not much space to put your toiletries or hang up towels in the bathroom. Bathroom extractor fan was probably blocked because we had lots of steam buildup during showering.

We had to leave early so we didn't have breakfast but dining area looked nice.
Very helpful information before and during stay.
The location is part way between Ortigia and Archaeological Park. We parked the car in the paid parking by the hotel and decided to leave it there. It is a long walk if you want to visit the park and Ortigia.

Excellent location for visiting Syracuse, Ortigia and other local towns by train or bus. Airport bus stop also over the road. Modern, clean and comfortable apartment. Welcoming host who went out of his way to make our stay perfect!

Location and helpful owner and staff.
The breakfast had a sufficient variety and fthey made fresh coffee to order.
Owner communicated with us beforehand and gave us useful information about shortcut from the railway station and transport to Catania airport.
I would stay here again.
Only small quibble the bed was very low making it difficult to get up from. It was very comfy so that's great.

Very clean and comfortable rooms in their spacious apartment with view on the city and nearby church.
Location is perfect for visiting archeological site nearby as well as going to the city center (on the island).
Everything in the apartment is well maintained and working like a charm.
Giovanni is most considerate and helpful host I've ever met :) thank you for the pleasant time! Follow the recommendations regarding restaurants and you won't regret it ;)
Street around the building is quite noisy, so the windows must be closed over night even if there is a very nice refreshing breeze outside.

Giovanni made us feel so welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, including great tips for exploring the city / surrounds and even a lift into town when it was raining (not that the walk is very far at all!). the location was great and a pleasant stroll to the island, the room and bed were very comfortable and the check in/out procedures were easy and straightforward. Loved the little postcard gift we received at the end :)

Spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern, and spacious. The location is approximately the same walking distance (10-15 minutes) between the main archeological sites and museums in Syracusa, and those on the island of Ortigia, which, since we basically split our time between the two, worked really well for us. Great shower; there is a lift; and parking was super easy -- Giovanni personally directed us to the free, secure parking locations that were directly across from the B&B.

Giovanni is incredibly helpful with local tips and navigation. The location is conveniently between the Siracusa archeological sites and the island of Ortigia. If you have a car, it’s a bit better to stay somewhere like PhotoGuest B&B vs on the island of Ortigia because it is difficult to park on Ortigia. PhotoGuest is inside a 1970s-style office/apartment building that is a bit shabby. But the PhotoGuest suite (with a shared breakfast kitchen area and a hallway with several private rooms) is quite clean and newly renovated. Room had a balcony with a view of the city part of Siracusa — not particularly picturesque, but nice to have fresh air. Again, our host Giovanni is the magic behind this stay. His advice and helpfulness throughout our stay made our time in Siracusa wonderful.
As with many rooms in Italy, the lighting is all fluorescent and mostly overhead, so the room isn’t very “vibey” in the evening. But you should be out exploring Ortigia in the evening anyway!

Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of your stay with my mum and me. Firstly, a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Giovanni. Giovanni is an ideal host and knows how to welcome you and make your stay as easy and excellent as possible. As soon as we arrived at the property, we called Giovanni as we did not know where to park our car. Five minutes later, Giovanni was here to park our car in the free space. Then we went to the property, and Giovanni took the time to recommend where we should go, what to visit and where to eat during our stay! If we needed anything, we could text Giovanni, and he answered immediately to help us or bring us anything we wanted in our bedroom. The property was well decorated, and all the photos around the property and room were stunning! Giovanni is a photographer and makes this property beautiful! If you are a photography lover, you will love this place!! And we very much appreciated having a beautiful postcard as a gift at the end of your stay! It is a lovely attention for his guests! Also, the breakfast was delicious and the same for the coffee! Thank you again, Giovanni, for your hospitality and recommendations!

Nicely renovated apartment in a great location within comfortable walking distance to the main tourist points of attraction. We were worried about finding a car park but managed to find a spot quite easily right near the building.

Location - if you're planning to visit the archaelogical park and museum and the treasures on Ortegia this is the ideal spot. Close to some nice bars and restaurants, with a supermarket around the corner. A short walk to train and bus stations. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well-equipped, clean and unexpectedly spacious. Fantastic value for money. A great host who is always on hand to help.
At first we were a little unhappy about breakfast not being provided on site, but the choice of food and charming staff at Boulevarde cafe made a great start to the day.
The shared stairwell of the building needs cleaning and decorating.

We put our arrival time at 11.30am after being up most of the night to travel but our room was ready well before check-in without any special request which was a relief and much needed.
Perfect location to reach all sights and the train station. Room was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony had a great view of life in Siracusa to relax on.
Giovanni our host went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and provide everything we needed, including a kettle!
We had breakfast in the local cafe which Giovanni gave us vouchers for, it was a great way to start the day with the locals.

Great location and quick walk into Ortigia and Syracuse. The host was great and gave us lots of information and tips on where to go. Found parking just outside of the apartment which was also great! The room was great for a couple of days away and exploring the area
The bed made a lot of noise when turning in your sleep which did not make for the comfiest night's sleep. The host told us that he would have been able to sort this if we had mentioned it at the time. No tea and coffee facilities available.
