Cleaning: bathroom was not cleaned properly, traces of toothpaste around the sink and mirror Communication could be better. All messages were in Portuguese answering my English messages and the access to the room was delayed despite my request to access earlier.

nos alojamos en un apartamento con varias habitaciones, es un pequeño edificio de dos plantas con cocina y salón común en cada planta y muy bien ubicado, no hubo contacto con nadie del establecimiento en ningún momento.

A hotel like, but better. Absolutely amazing. Exceptionally clean, a lot of appliances in the common kitchen (also, there are two of them - one for each floor). Whenever we ate, there was nobody else there. Also, the common space overlooks the oceans and the view is really great. There is a big TV and comfy couch. Also some computers to use. Rooms are very nice - big beds and clean bathroom. I think we were lucky with the room, because it was on the second floow and we had amazing view of the sea. There is also AC in the rooms Check in is smooth - you get your own code for the door. There is also laundry rooom that you can use - a big bonus. Also the staff was really nice; we ran into the cleaning lady a couple of times and she was soo soo nice! Ready to help us with everything and with a great attitude :) There is enough space to park your car in front of the property. Also, the guesthouse is uust by the sea, so its perfect for a morning run/walk by the coast. Also, the whole guesthouse smells amazing!

Everything was great. Except the toaster in the kitchen was malfunctioning a bit. But other than that, nothing.

I liked a lot the concept of the place. You have your own hotel style spacious room with bathroom and an access to modern, fully equipped, large living area and a kitchen. Room was a bit noisy in the morning from the other guests and personnel. We enjoyed the metal blinds to cover from the morning sun. Within 10 mins walk one can reach Horta town, beach, restaurants and bakeries. The place also agreed to store our luggage after check-out.

The entrance code is 7 digits, so a bit difficult to remember, could be shorter.

The house is very nice, everything is new and clean. Two shared living rooms and kitchens are spacious, fully equiped. Outstanding view on Porto Pim bay from rooms and living room as well. Very friendly staff.

La localización es inmejorable. La cocina estaba totalmente equipada. Nuestra habitación tenia buenas vistas al mar, era muy luminosa. El personal de limpieza era muy amable.

La verdad es que no encontramos ninguna pega.
