Great location, clean and great value

Nothing not to like

One of the keys didn’t fit the lock and my mum got locked out for hours waiting on us coming home

Great communication with the owner who was very helpful. Location was just outside of town, nice 10 minutes down hill and then uphill on return - not ideal for those who have mobility/walking issues. The chalet was very comfortable and plenty of room for 8 of us. Shower pressure was perfect, no issues with temperature, radiators work really well. Always warm and never cold. Lovely towels too. Kitchen had everything you need. Cellar type storage for skis/boots with a boot warmer.

The pillows were too firm for us (that's us being picky though) We couldn't get any English channels on the tv so that was a bit disappointing - meant we all had to talk to each other, turns out my family is quite nice ;)

house, especially kitchen was well equipped. location, though not at the lift directly, was great between village and Nyon lift. 4 rooms with good bathrooms is perfect for a big group. from Morzine you can directly reach both the Avioriaz and the Morzine/Gets ski area

a fireplace was the missing thing that could make it even better. parking space was limited (arrangements to be made with neighbours on who leaves when)

Bit of a hike into town

Location is good (10m drive to Morzine and Avoriaz main parkings). Kitchen, heating, showers, etc. all working well. Bedrooms spacious with comfortable beds. Having a second shower was a bonus.

The property is slightly outdated and could do with some repairs and updates. Collecting the key and arranging the final checkout to get our 400€ cash deposit back, could be done more efficiently and customer-friendly. A second toilet would be no luxury for a place that sleeps 6-8 people.
