The staff was very nice and accomodating -- it was easy for us to check in even though we arrived late. The room was very nice and well appointed. It seemed to approximate Balinese style and was quite comfortable.
The jacuzzi provided is not what one traditionally thinks of as a "hot tub". It is a tub with recirculating jets, but the only source of hot water is an electrically heated shower.
