Restaurants, location is ok, not great.

Pretty much everything. The beds have no sheets, no pillowcases, hospital-style blankets, no kitchen cleaning products, no bathmats and no bath towels. The garden and outside terrace area and patio is very dirty, broken steps (very dangerous), garden furniture is on very poor condition. Very noisy upstairs guests. They brought 5 dogs with them from Belgium, the dogs are very noisy and they smoke in the staircase and hallway and apartments. This is not acceptable. We have children.
