Luxury beach house at the gateway to the famous Bay of Islands. Guests enjoy exclusive use of all facilities. Furnished and equipped to a high standard with everything for the perfect family beach holiday VIEWS - stunning beach and sea views with an endless procession of passing boats and romantic sunsets. BEACH - safe, sandy all tide swimming beach with a diving pontoon moored in front. Private direct beach access with no road or dunes to cross. LOCATION - between two beaches at Tapeka Point - just two minutes from historic Russell village with Island boat trips, ferries, fishing charters, attractions, shops, restaurants, vineyards, historic places, walking tracks, Kiwi habitat and nearby golf. Quiet with no through road secluded form tourists. OUTDOOR LIVING - Superb outdoor living with a huge furnished deck and BBQ overlooking the beach. INSIDE LIVING - Nautical themed open plan with a Cape Cod feel. Glass doors open the living area onto the deck. Onkyo-Bose home theatre, 60” 4K TV, Sky TV, AppleTV, music streaming and outdoor speakers. DVD library, books and games. Free high speed fibre WiFi covers the property. Double glazed and air conditioned for year round comfort in the winterless North. BEDROOMS - the King master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on a secluded wing with TV, sea views and outdoor access. The other two main house bedrooms feature a queen and king single. At the rear is a large family bedroom that doubles as a media room and teen escape. This has a king and 3 king singles with TV,, DVD, fridge, AC and sound system., KITCHEN - Fully equipped with granite bench tops, gas hobs, ice maker, Nespresso machine and dual dish drawer dishwashers. DINING - breakfast bar, seating for 6-8 inside plus a large outdoor table RENOWNED BOATING LOCATION - boat ramp and guest mooring at the closest launching point to the Islands and renowned fishing grounds. Off street trailer parking, filleting station, wash down and bait fridge. World class golf nearby. CHILDREN - No road between the house and beach. Safe with beach toys, trampoline and lots to do within sight of the house. Two cots and infant equipment. Washer and dryer. This is the ultimate Kiwi beach Bach experience and ideal base to explore the Bay of Islands and Northland region. Only 3 hours north of Auckland. Perfect for family reunions, overseas visitors or share with friends. Linen and towels supplied ready to walk in and enjoy. The location, beach, views and attractions are unequalled but don't take our word for it - please read the reviews Special conditions: Rates based on the maximum number of overnight guests during the stay. Linen, towels, consumables and post stay cleaning provided. Children under 2 free of charge if not using a bed. No events or parties. Max 20 people on the property. Visitors must depart prior to 10pm. Bedrooms allocated 2 people per room up to 6 booked guests at quoted rates. Ask for single occupancy. All 4 bedrooms are available when booked for 7 or more guests.

This was a perfect place for our extended family and their 6 children ranging from 7 months to 8yrs old. It is set up absolutely beautifully and was a joy to go into. thanks so much for all the great communication as well.

We had a lovely holiday at this beautiful beach! It was awesome having kayaks for the 3 of us to use, and also the dinghy to go out fishing in. The house was a comfortable place to laze around in during bad weather, but it was great to be able to look out at the beach and sea views. It was then easy to be able to go out when the weather was good. Thanks Clive!

It was awesome waking up to the ocean view in the morning. Weather turned it on for us too.
The water was crystal clear.
The wekas were a highlight.
Highly recommend.
Would love to return one day.

So nice to be able to just walk down to the beach in under a minute and jump in the lovely safe bay. The swimming platform in the bay was a hit with the kids.
Although there has been a house added to the front section which takes away a bit of the view - the design of the front house is such that there is no privacy issues. There is still direct beachfront access and a lovely view.

The location and layout of this house made for a very relaxed holiday. Great facilities including g use of kayaks etc. beds were incredibly comfortable. Sad to leave and will definitely be back if you’ll have us!!

A stunning beachfront property, with mooring available for your boat right in front of the house; combined with the use of the property's dinghy this made for a lovely easy fishing/boating holiday! The house is very comfortable, with all mod-cons and amenities catered for. We were very impressed with the sound system and mood lighting, lovely. Our two children loved the bucket of toys and although we didn't make use of it, the DVD selection was impressive. Overall a wonderful holiday home!

The Bach With Everything!
From the glorious colonial township to the beachfront locale, this bach is truly love at first sight! All the comforts of home plus extras to create a proper holiday feeling, like outdoor speakers, couches to sink into and Sky to zone out with. Plenty of room for the kids to romp and the adults to relax. Thoughtfully curated, and heartbreaking to depart. Thanks for the ultimate weekend get away, we loved every second.

Our experience at the Bach was awesome. Private access to beach, beautiful views and kayaks. Couldn’t have asked to anything more.

An awesome little Getaway...
Beautiful property, the location can’t be any better than this.. we canceled all plans and just stayed at the property for our stay... if you looking for a holiday in this area.. this will be a great experience..

Such a Relaxing beach house with great deck and amazing views and sunsets. Wonderful place for wee children. The best experience was listening to the Kiwi calling at night and having the opportunity to see one in the wild for the first time. Great fishing and appreciated the great boat parking and mooring.🍹�🐬�🦆�🦞�🌞�🌊�
