About this house rental
Living Space: 1800 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms that offers 2 master suites with king beds. The master suite on the second floor includes an ensuite, large balcony, and walk-in closet. The second master suite is located on the main floor and also has an ensuite. On the second level, there is 1 full bedrooms and 2 tween beds. TV/Telephone/Internet: The living area has a 55" LED TV with more than 300/HD channels and a DVD/BluRay player; all bedrooms have 32" LED TVs for every ones convenience. This town-home is equipped with FREE WiFi . Kitchen: The kitchen is a self-contained kitchen with all the comforts of home including brand new stainless appliances and Coffee machine for your convenience. The Resort: All bookings are subject to a $ 20 ( plus tax ) per night fee for Regal Palms Club Membership. This fee applies to ALL reservations & to ALL houses on this Resort and is to be payed at the check in to the Reception The resort has a 2.5 acre water park with water slide, lazy river, children’s pool, Adult pool, hot tub and much more. Great amenities. Condo was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Kids really enjoyed the pool, slide, and lazy river. Communication was clear. Host was quick in responding. Everything as described. The only thing that didn't work was the dryer because the door would not stay latched/closed. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

The condo was clean and comfortable. We had 7 people, 4 adults and 3 children, and the place was perfect. Beds were comfortable and it was close to Disney and Universal. We did not go to the theme parks but if you plan to go they are a quick hop on 192 to I-4. It is a gated community which was nice and the pool area was perfect for all ages. There is a small wading area for very small children and our children enjoyed the lazy river and water slide the most. Bring your own raft for the lazy river though! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay on the southwest side of Orlando. It was about 45-50 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

House had ants really bad. I found a few roaches. So I went to Dollar General and brought 8 Raid Foggers and let them off so we had to be out the house for 4 hours. Only 2 of the bedrooms had Tv’s the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Washer was nasty mildew was built up in it. Dryer door doesn’t shut. I will NEVER rent this place again.

House had ants really bad. I found a few roaches. So I went to Dollar General and brought 8 Raid Foggers and let them off so we had to be out the house for 4 hours. Only 2 of the bedrooms had Tv’s the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Washer was nasty mildew was built up in it. Dryer door doesn’t shut. I will NEVER rent this place again.

Nicole provide great feedback when the issie of the tv's. Instructions oh and things were . The location of Publix were great to get some smaller household items like dish intergent tissue and etc.. I would definetly stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We really loved the look and feel of the place. It contained everything we needed. Everything was nice and clean and we had no problems. Check-in was an easy process just paid the daily resort fee. Just note that Regal Palms might place a hold on your credit card for checking towels out at the pool - but if you bring your own towels there is no charge. My family and I had a really great time, and Nicole was more than helpful with making my reservation and other questions. Would really love to book it again for my next vacation.

I had a great time just wasn't long enough we were only there for two nights but everything was fine I couldn't find the Wi-Fi code other than that we were great the kids were great but they was good thank you so much

Hard to find! And in check in they ask $15 extra a day for ”Resort” fees!! And only two cars in the area. Place is nice but you will get blind sited with extra fees once you arrive .

I disnt use it at all, yet I paid an additional 30 dollars, was not told prior. The people at the gate after you check in to go into the community where the house is located, are super rude. Only 2 cars can park inside, even though the house has 4 bedrooms. So you have to drive out to get people at the checking area, npt in walling distance by the way. The 1 shower downstairs doesnt drain well and water rises very fast. In the bathroom upstairs, cthe water only comes out from the faucet not the shower head. The pillows stunk really bad. One of the beds was really uncomfortable to the point that the person tried to use the pull out bed, which was way worst. I'll never stay here again. Way overpriced for what you are getting.

Nice and spacious but seen cockroaches in the kitchen
Property is located in a nice area. Close to Walmart and several fast food locations are within 5 minutes away. It was spacious and nice however at night we found cockroaches in the downstairs area. I would give a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the roaches!

Horribly outdated!
Was just okay. Place horribly outdated. Jets in tub spit out gross black stuff. Couch stiff and soiled. Nice size. Not close to pool. Porches not kept up.

Loved it!
Great property with plenty of room and about 15 minutes to Disney by car. The house looked just like the online pictures. Plenty of amenities nearby for dining or to pickup up groceries. If we ever go back to Orlando I would seek this property out again.

Lots of room. Could of easily slept 10. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

Would recommend for a great stay.
Very nice stay. Overall property is very clean (noticed under sofa and end tables had been negelected). Kitchen very well equipped except for spoons--only 3, not enough. Would recommend and the owner is very easy to work with and very responsive.

Very nicely furnished, plentiful space
Overall our stay was nice. The bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were clean and the sheets were fresh and clean which is a top priority for me. The decor was nice and the furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was very well stocked with kitchen items. There were a few things that could have been a little better (instructions for the thermostat, trash pick up etc.) The washer was full sized but quite moldy inside. It probably just needed a good cleaning but we didn't really want to use it. The resort amenities were awesome and the pool area was quite family friendly and clean. The owner did respond quickly when we had an issue checking in so that was very much appreciated and the issue was resolved quickly.

Worked really well for us
We stayed at regal palms while in Florida for the Disney princess half marathon. The house was about 45 minutes to the airport and 30 to the Disney parks. It was great for us to be close enough to the parks while not having to pay to stay on campus. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river while there. We had just a few questions during our trip and the renter was very responsive with getting back to me with answers. Would certainly recommend

Beautiful townhouse.
Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and roomy for 6 adults. We didn’t have the chance to use it even see the pool area so I can’t comment on that.

A great place to stay so close to all the parks.
It was close to all the parks and we had a great place to come back to when needing to recharge. We also enjoyed the pool located on the property.

This was a wonderful townhouse to stay in. It is very large and spacious, and having 3 ½ bathrooms was wonderful. We have stayed in many properties in Orlando over the years, and this was one of the best. We appreciated that the beds & pillows were comfortable, and that they had clean mattress and pillow protectors. We also liked that each room had a television, and that the place was spotlessly clean. We did not cook anything, so I'm not sure how well equipped the kitchen was. We also brought our own paper plates, cups, and plastic silverware to make quick clean up of quick meals. This particular unit is all the way at the very back of the complex, so I would not consider this to be in walking distance to either the pools or the shopping areas. However, we did not mind driving to the front of the complex to use the pool, and we enjoyed having stores and restaurants so handy to the complex. We were in Orlando to visit Universal Studios this time, and it was spring break. So, the traffic was heavy and it took us 40 minutes to reach the park. Again, though, we knew it would be a bit of a drive, but we opted for a cheaper place to stay since we would hardly be there to do more than sleep. We will definitely stay in this unit again!
