This beautifully renovated condominium has travertine floors throughout, a spacious master suite, a queen sleeper, a chef's kitchen and a washer & dryer. Open the panoramic sliding doors and let the ocean breeze flow. The building has its own pool along with remote gate parking under the complex. Feel like getting adventurous or have kids? There are numerous activities: Legoland, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Pardres game, hike Torrey Pines, golf, beaches, beaches, and more beaches! In the summer there is a shuttle to the local beach if you don't want to drive. Explore the coast – start in La Jolla, hit the tracks in Del Mar, learn how to surf, enjoy a sunset dinner at the Pacific Coast grill and hit a saloon or two with your dancing shoes. Check out a microbrewery or two!! Hit the shops, galleries and restaurants in Leucadia, Encinitas, Carlsbad Village and Oceanside and o yeah – there is an outlet mall in Carlsbad too! The property was absolutely terrific. Fully stocked with amenities and thoroughly clean throughout. Location was excellent with a short walk to all of the amenities offered by the La Costa Resort.
Our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this property for any stay in the Carlsbad area. You will enjoy it.

We had a great stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only minor issue was that there was a musty smell in the unit.

Easy to get off freeway and locate, Clean and quiet. Comfortable. My children live 10 minutes away with my grands.

This is a great rental, very clean in a good location. Only downside was the complex entry process into and out of the garage, which is the only parking option. It would be great for the parking and building access to be easier.... But I know the owner can't control that aspect. Other than that inconvenience, this was a great place!

We’ve stayed on property many times and we personally thought staying at this condo beat staying at the hotel if you are staying longer than a night or 2. This specific unit is updated, clean, has an extra bathroom, a washer and dryer. It is really just perfect! We would not hesitate to rebook in the future.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights for the Christmas holiday. The unit was clean, nicely furnished with attractive art work and had a good size kitchen complete with everything needed to fix meals. The powderoom (addtional bath) was helpful with guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment, amazing location
We spent a week at this apartment this last August.
The apartment itself was extremely well appointed with the appliances (washer,dryer, dishwasher etc) all being brand new and all the plates, glassware, cookware etc we could need. There were 4 of us staying so we used the (seemingly new) pullout couch queen as well as the kind bed in the master, both very comfortable. Secure parking in the garage was great but more often than not there were available spots right in front of the building.
Location wise it's perfect. We spent time in LA, San Diego, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside and it's so convenient for them all.
You have full access to the Omri resorts shops, bar and restaurants (3 minute walk), just make sure to make your pool reservations (via the ResortPass app) early as a couple of days were sold out.
Couldn't have asked for a better stay, will definitely go again.

All of the furnishings appeared to be new, with nice decor. I was disappointed that there was not a hot tub, but did use the pool. We had trouble with the keys, but the propert manager came when we called and got the door open for us. It's a very nice place.

La Costa vacation
Condo handled very well by agency that has a voice. All queries were answered in a timely basis and helped in all situations. The condo is clean, quiet and comfortable. The checkout process was a snap and my deposit was returned to me within 48 hours.

Great Place to Stay
We have stayed in La Costa before, but this VRBO was: Clean, Quiet, Comfortable, Well Supplied, and on and on. We really enjoyed our visit to Carlsbad, and will stay here again.

15 day stay at LaCosta
It was an easy experience with great instruction. This unit is well represented in the photos and written features. Liked being able to close off the bedroom with the pocket doors. Liked having a half bath in addition to the full. This unit has a full kitchen with adequate utensils and a dishwasher. Liked having the washer and dryer in the unit. Plenty of storage space. Some previous reviews mentioned lack of paper products but we had plenty. The only negative is that I
expected a king bed this had a queen. It was very comfortable though.
I did check out an open house in this building which was a studio unit. Kind of strange layout.
Overall I would stay at this unit again and highly recommend it.

Roomy and comfortable
This place was perfect for our 7 night stay. The extra partial bathroom, full kitchen and washer and dryer were ideal!!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for being great hosts!

location great, luxuries lacking
we loved the location. Not thrilled with the sparse amenities...i.e 1/4 box of kleenix, one capful of detergent, no coffee filters. Patio left a lot to be desired.

A lovely condo within the resort grounds with a fabulous location. Very comfortable with nice bathrooms and a good size kitchen. Very easy check in and good instructions. Will stay again!

Great location - everything you need
I needed a rental for a conference I was attending on the property. This was great. It had everything that I needed including a hairdryer. It was spacious and bright. A full updated kitchen. Being an end unit, it was very quiet. Having a garage parking space was a nice bonus. The pool was very clean. There was a large gas grill which I did not use but had access to. It was an easy walk up to the restaurants, the grounds were lovely and the unit has a nice balcony so you can sit outside and read or have your coffee in the morning. There was a Target down the street and grocery stores for all your cooking needs. I highly recommend the unit.

Luxury getaway
I spent a week at La Costa while attending an event at the Chopra Center. It has all the amenities one can ask for. Thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Thank you Cindy too for accommodating me to return to pick up a left item!

Enjoyed the stay and the property!
My wife and I were in for a long weekend, primarily to visit family. The VRBO property was well described and the unit was equipped with all that was required for an enjoyable stay. We did not get a chance to enjoy the tennis courts or pool, but the access was good, and they looked great!
Our only issue was trying to coordinate the two remotes for each TV. There were good instructions, but once they were out of sync, they were hard to get back in line.

Great stay and area
Had a very nice stay at this condo. Location wise it’s nearby so many things. Condo itself was great and comfortable. Having stayed at many other vacation rentals the one complaint I have is that they only give you limited basics like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. I was aware of this upon checking in but to only leave 1 dishwasher soap cube for a 4 day stay seemed a little stingy. And the plates and bowls looked dirty so we had to rewash those. Other than these things our stay was great and I would stay here again.

The Condo was very comfortable, well stocked and clean.
Only recommendations would be to add some down pillows, and an end table at left side of bed, and a couple trash cans in Bath. The sofa is starting to sag in the middle. We would be interested in renting again in the future.

A Hidden Oasis
We arrived to the property in the evening, exhausted from the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon and we were greeted by a calm and tranquil abode. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had plans to meet up with friends living nearby so we didn't get to explore the property until the next morning. When we did, we wished we were staying longer than two days. The property was just gorgeous, a lush tropical paradise complete with restaurants and shops and a great view over the golf course. The spa came recommended by the owner so of course we checked in and had some of the best massages ever. We did venture out to explore nearby dining and everything was a short Uber ride or a walk away.
Back at the condo, we found everything we could possibly need for a short or long stay. It was well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this rental.

Relaxing beautiful sanctuary
I have stayed here twice now! I had never been to the area before and now I look forward to going back every year. The property overlooks the resort and the lagoon. There is a private pool and yard out back. You are can walking distance to one of the best resorts in th nation where they offer free yoga, meditation and spa packages, along with a market place and amazing restaurants. You are also walking distance to a Starbucks, broken yolk cafe, nail salon, grocery story and other little places to eat. Truly a one of a kind experience and you won't regret staying here!

Great hotel alternative in beautiful La Costa
Great unit and great location! The unit is clean and very comfortable with a large bedroom, large master bath, roomy living room and dining area, well-stocked kitchen, in-unit laundry, big screen TV, etc., etc. The owner is responsive and the property is well-managed. A great place to relax and enjoy the magnificent La Costa resort and local beach communities. A hidden gem with something for everyone. We will definitely be back!

Well Kept, Comfortable, Clean, Perfect Rental!
This Apartment is great! Perfect for a Weekend Getaway, Week Vacation, or even an Extended Stay! I Enjoyed every minute of my stay and felt like I was at home. The Unit is located on the "Omni La Costa" Resort, so you really feel as you are staying on a resort. Beautiful Private Pool located in the back of the complex, and you can do plenty of walking, shopping, and eating around the resort! Down the street is a grocery store, breakfast diner, frozen yogurt, starbucks, all you can ask for right down the Street. Quick drive from San Diego International Airport, and it is located less than 5 minutes off Route 5 which can bring up and down the Coast from San Diego to La Jolla to Carlsbad to Laguna Beach! I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in the area!

Great Location
A beautiful condo located on the grounds of La Costa. WIth all the amenities of the resort at your finger tips. There is pool right out of the back of the condo. Private parking is also available. The condo was immaculate and well furnished. Would highly recommend this condo!
