vrKCV - Sea Village 3210, Professionally Managed by Kona Coast Vacations Sea Village is an inviting Oceanfront complex located about a mile south of downtown Kona along Alii Drive. Our one bedroom-one bath condo is just a short distance from Magic Sands Beach a local body surfing favorite and Kahalu'u Beach Park known for sea turtle viewing and snorkeling. Refreshed in 2022, there's a flat screen TV in our living room as well as cable TV and Wi-Fi internet access for times when you need to connect to the outer world. The Pool and Jacuzzi sit behind a sea wall just feet from the Ocean. Located on the Sea Village grounds you will find Green Flash Coffee where you can enjoy your morning cup of Kona Coffee, get a panini sandwich at lunch time or enjoy an ice cream cone. The condo has a perfect fit of the ocean and the pool. We sat on the lanai and had wine and coffee. We used the kitchen to prepare most of our food. Unlike large resorts, you can pull the car right to the base of the unit. The unit and Sea Village was a great find.

This property is located in a perfect spot! Within walking distance to town. Our view every morning NEVER got old. Our favourite part was being home in time to watch the sunset on the lanai. This was our second stay at this particular property and we have already booked to come back next year!

Very nice property. Pool is just the right temperature, and its very well maintained. There are 4 barbecues available, and the condo is a good size. We look forward to coming back!

Location was located perfectly in Kona walking distance from downtown Kona and right next to the coast to view sunrise and sunset against the ocean. Very clean and comfortable location with everything you need.

The location and the resort was fantastic, the views, wow! The unit needs some upgrades, the kitchen appears original to the build. I’d like to see that enough supplies were provided for our 16 day stay. Supplies including: garbage bags and dishwasher soap. It is critical to keep the unit clean to avoid any of the various bugs that inhabit the island. We had to buy our own to keep our unit clean.

We had the best time. The condo was perfect. The sound of the ocean so breath taking. The lanai was the perfect spot to have morning coffee and watch the evening sunset.

Basic but very nice condo. We’ll appointed with everything we needed. The view could not have been better. A bonus would have been AC as the unit never did cool down and was uncomfortable to sleep. However, we knew that going in so was not surprised.

Amazing View
My wife and I loved the view from the Lanai. It was very relaxing to enjoy the sunset and hear the relaxing sounds of the ocean. The condo was clean but a little outdated and the carpets weren't the best. We didn't spend much time in the condo as we were out doing activities. The condo was stocked with everything you'd need to prepare food for our family. The location was great, just a short distance from a lot of retail and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location and would stay there again.

Wonderful !
We had a delightful stay in this condo. It is clean and very well furnished and stocked. The view on the lanai is wonderful! The condo community and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is a short walk (about 1 mile) into town, where there are lots of great restaurants from which to choose. Loved our stay!

So we had a couple of issues but the property management team had them fixed ASAP. (Broken screen door when we arrived the first evening, fixed within 12 hours and then the shower broke on day 5, like we couldn't turn it off, it broke stuck in the "ON" position. Someone was there in an hour to get water turned off and it was repaired ASAP in the morning as soon as they were able to get the part.) The only reason this is not a 5 star review was that the carpets needed a deep cleaning and there is no AC in this unit. (Carpets were to be cleaned the day we checked out so I'm sure it's fine now.) The AC wasn't a huge deal as we kept the windows and doors open but if there was no breeze it got quite warm. I would stay here again on my next trip.

The unit was clean, but could use update on linens
Comfortable, good location. I have stayed at SV many times, the only issue was that someone (an employee?) clearly organized a LARGE pool-BBQ party one evening--3-4 peeps were staying at a unit, others were let in by this person. Loud, took over the pool and bbq facilities, really a crappy thing to have happen. Perhaps a grounds keeper or other employee that did this?

Easy rental and property exactly as described. The view was outstanding. The grounds are immaculate! We were impressed by the attention to detail. Condo included all amenities needed for daily living. Will definitely return!

Great stay
Great communication throughout booking and while on site, even received a welcome phone call. Fantastic location, only 20 min walk to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Place is older but very clean, comfortable bed, and had everything you might need. Great view, ground staff were friendly, and access to outdoor BBQ area was a plus.

Nice and clean condo in convenient location
This is a nicely sized and nicely decorated condo. It was super clean, and very well equipped; all the amenities were there, including all the kitchenware. They also provided a set with all the detergents. Our unit had an open space living room / kitchen, plus a separate bedroom and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, plus a balcony. Like I said, everything was super clean. Access was exactly as explained by the manager. Ample parking space was available. The property is right on the oceanfront, conveniently located in the middle between Keauhou and downtown Kona. We'd book this place again when travelling to Kona.

We had a wonderful stay in Kona, Sea Village is very nice and we loved the pool. Unfortunately it was unbearably hot during our stay and the fans in the unit were inadequate. We didn't mind using the fans but they need to be upgraded to better cool the unit. We probably won't come back to the same unit, but will definitely explore units in Sea Village with additional air.

Perfection
I have stayed at the site for years. It is a perfect location. Enjoyed this unit because of its location in the complex, the water views and tidy, comfortable furnishings. Love Kona and Love Sea Village.
