Our stay was so much more than what we could have imagined. Everything we could need or want was available to us in the condo. The owners were kind and friendly, the rental was smooth. Not a complaint. We’ll stay here again on our next trip!

My family LOVED our stay at Kimmy's place! The location was great for a week in Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo was extremely clean and tidy, and I can't think of better-equipped kitchen in all our years of staying in vacation rentals. We all loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. One thing I appreciated about the condo was that it was actually ready for a family our size (2 parents, 4 kids - 6 total). Many places may have 6 beds, but a table with only 4 chairs, or 4 towels...this place had plenty of towels, and the table is big enough to easily seat 8 adults. We loved being able to have dinner together and play board games in the evenings. P.S. the memory foam mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable!

Condo was as advertised. Kimmy couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had a couple of questions and Kimmy responded immediately. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this unit.

The condo is very well appointed and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It also has a great view of the mountains. Clear instructions were sent on the location and how to access the condo. The interior was a pictured and well maintained.

I took my sons to Ski Granby Ranch and we stayed at Kimmy’s amazing snow palace of awesomeness! We implore that all of you spend a week at her amazing VRBO for the greatest of all shelters in Colorado!!

Great location within walking distance of one lift. We are green slopers so we drove the short way down to base camp to ski. This was the best stocked short term rental I’ve ever stayed in. We had a blast. I had a couple questions for the host while on site, and they were quick to respond. We will be back.

Prior to booking we asked about stairs and were told the unit was on the first floor. However, the first floor was three stairways down. We felt we were misled. We did not think this property was appropriate for 4 adults because of the bedrooms

We spent a week at the condo for a family vacation in the mountains. It was the perfect location to explore RMNP, Grand Lake, Winter Park, and Hot Sulphur Springs. We absolutely loved the rugged beauty outside the window and even had a deer about 20 feet from the balcony one evening. The condo is well stocked and the labels on drawers and cupboards are very helpful. It was definitely home away from home. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 and our teens appreciated the bunk beds. We would highly recommend this condo! We took it easy the first few days as recommended due to altitude and it helped, we also learned quickly that dressing in layers is a must in the area. Thanks for a great week!!!

The condo was just as described and very clean. The owners are very considerate with all the supplies they keep on hand. Beds are comfortable. Great location near west entrance to RMNP as well as quaint mountain towns nearby.

Great location, great quality, great owners. The only difficulty was no air conditioning. That said it appears no building has it. A fan was on site, and we purchased a second fan and we left it for future renters. All in all worth renting.

Property was very nice. Owner was most attentive when needed. Being senior citizens, the bunk beds were not ideal for us. That was the only thing about the place that was not for older people. Thank you, Kimmy, for being such a gracious host.

We did feel there were a few details missing that would have helped us--the little patio area was not cleaned up and useable, the meat thermometer didn't work and there wasn't a way to light the grill besides matches so that made grilling a bit harder than normal, we had a hard time locating different pillows. Good location for us though and served our purpose of needing a homebase while hiking and rafting.
