𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨 𝐮𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 - it's sometimes difficult to find a condo with upgrades; one reason we chose this condo is due to the new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances 𝟒. 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 - we love that the pool is right in front of our unit and it provides both privacy and poolside views 𝟓. 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤 - there are several walking paths in the complex and within the Grayhawk master community; we love that the park is only a few minute walk and we can go there to play pickelball 𝟔.
