We used the house as a base for my daughters wedding, for the bridal party to get ready. The house worked so well for a large group, and the light in the up stairs lounge was amazing for photos.

Great home for families as we all had our own bedrooms & bathrooms. Great location. The bedroom linen, pillows & towels all need replacing as quite discoloured. Floor hadn’t been cleaned as a lot of dirt behind couch & tufts of loose hair on floor. Quiet place to stay & within walking distance of shops. Other than that our stay was lovely, just needs more attention to detail.

The house is nice and new. Spacious and functional. However we found dirty dishes in between clean ones, there was no rubbish bin on the upper level and in the basement accomodation. Lack of basic stuff like tissues and paper towels, the floor is not clean either.

Property was beautiful, however, there were no toiletries supplied (handwash and shower gel). Bed linen and towels could have been cleaner. There were no instructions for the heating, some rooms ended up being very cold overnight as a result.

Stayed for 5 nights with my family and another and throughly enjoyed the spacious house. Easy walk to the shops and still walking distance to the beach too. Incredible view out to the ocean from the top level balcony. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back.

A lovely property , perfect for a family stay . However the property needed a better detailed clean especially in the bathroom. The main bathroom needed a soap holder , and we weren’t too sure about the cleanliness of the doona covers, little details like that were lacking. it was a great location and beds were very comfortable . Plenty of room for our family gathering.

Enjoyed the stay as it suited three couples. Found the property to be excellent and well located. Limited bathroom supplies and found the bed linen should be updated. However, overall we enjoyed the stay in this property.

Great location, great facilities for an extended family. Perhaps the bed linen and towels could be upgraded. Having said this, it was a truly good base for a truly good holiday for our family.

Well positioned and conveniently located property with a magnificent view. The size of the accommodation was generous for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids. Central cooling throughout the house was an added bonus as we had a couple of warm days. Cleaning and general maintenance can be improved as the dishwasher was out of action during our stay, stains were found on bed linen and nut clusters on the floor. We were very appreciative of the host’s responsiveness with our issues.

Modern and beautiful house, location, walk to village, lovely view and perfect for a group of friends or family. Clean, everything you need is there, easy booking and Glenn was promptly available when we had a question. A small suggestion maybe a upgrade for the bed linen. We had an amazing & memorable time & will definitely be back & will recommend the property to family & friends.

This property was ideal for our group of golfers. Great facilities and centrally located to some excellent golf courses. Plenty of bedrooms, community areas as well as being close to shops and eateries. The only disappointment was that the BBQ needed to be thoroughly cleaned before we could use it.

We had a wonderful weekend in this fabulous property. It’s really comfortable, luxurious and has amazing views from the living areas/balconies. Host was terrific to deal with. We appreciated linen supplied - many other properties in the area don’t bother with this, and it makes for a much easier trip especially with children. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time with the family. Perfect amount of rooms and space for both kids and adults. The only thing we could recommend is maybe upgrading the kitchen utensils, cookware and cutlery. Also maybe new sheets and towels. They were stained and could use some TLC. For such a beautiful home, little upgrades would make it better. Communication with property managers were great, clear communication of what to do when you arrive and leave.

The three accommodation levels worked well for our multi-family holiday. Everyone had their own space to meet their needs - grandparents in the second floor with the common area for family meals/gatherings and the first/third floors for parents/grandkids. Having the second floor in between meant that different sleeping patterns of the grandkids wasn't an issue. With everyone having access to their own bathroom, there weren't any traffic jams at bath time. Home is situated in a terrific location - short walk to the local shopping centre with a variety of coffee shops, 10 minute slow walk to the patrolled surf beach and a 5 minute drive to the protected beach on the river (with a marvelous playground for kids). Good accommodation and nearby facilities meant everyone enjoyed the holiday.

Totally enjoyed our stay - lovely spacious and well equipped property with 3 levels of comfort and beautiful view of the ocean on the top level and slightly hindered view from the 2nd level, but still really lovely. Each level has bathroom, toilet, space and privacy. It is close to shops, supermarket, cafes, restaurants, the river, the ocean and one can walk to Barwon Heads which we did. Our only concern is the general cleanliness of the wardrobes, kitchen drawers and the dishes which we believe can be improved. Otherwise, it is a 5 star property.

Property was as advertised. We were very happy with everything. My only one gripe was that the pillows were old and stained. They had pillow cases to be put on the pillows but I wasn’t overly happy with the state of the pillows I was touching. Some of the dishes were also not cleaned properly. These two small gripes were nothing major and everything else was fantastic.

This was a fantastic experience for our family group. Everything was as described, Glenn gave clear instructions for everything in the house from wifi to the kitchen and we enjoyed a very relaxing weekend. Would absolutely stay again.

The house is everything it says it is - new, spacious, clean and plenty of room for our two families. It’s set over 3 floors meaning you can find a space to relax without the kids. It has everything we needed and was walking distance to shops. Beautiful view on the top floor to the water. We’ll definitely be booking it again. Thanks
