Loved our stay at this beautiful home! Short distance to several beaches, easy drive to many area attractions. House is beautifully renovated, decorated and is spotless. The queen beds were a little on the hard side, but otherwise loved everything about this home.

Great outdoor space!
Our family included six adults, and the layout and accommodations at this cottage/home were perfect for us. The home is very comfortable and inviting and very nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen including a supply of incidentals. The outdoor space is fantastic, decks on front and back with lots of seating, and we enjoyed the fire pit for hanging out in evenings and toasting sβmores. Beautiful plantings of all sorts all around the property. Pepper Beach private, a 15 minute walk. Some days we went to Cooks Brook beach, same walking distance, but allowed for easy drop off/parking for those that found the walk taxing during heat wave. Did not get to Salt Beach which I think is closer. Great air conditioning in the house kept us comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway with a caveat
Our family getaway in the time of covid was much needed and ideal for what we were looking for. Quiet, peaceful, walking distance to private beaches, but still close to get takeout from a few places if needed. Even with mediocre weather we had a wonderful time.
The place itself is on a great lot and wonderful outdoor space., including a great outdoor shower. It is rustic and a bit older which is fine. The windows and fans were all open we arrived - so appreciated airing out the space. Surfaces were clean.
However the toilet had not been flushed, there were old food containers in the freezer, some of the pans had greasy residue, and the comforters didn't seem like they had been washed in years. I'm glad we had our own linens and pillows. and the other stuff we worked around.
I don't think the owner is local so may not be aware of these issues, and to be fair, we didn't complain or voice concern. But I highly recommend enlisting better housecleaning services to turn over between tenants and invest in new linens (and clean them periodically). Particularly in these times as most folks have hightened sensitivity to the cleanliness of spaces.

Outdoor space great for summer
My husband and I rented this cottage for our weekly trip to the outer cape. It was conveniently located near the National Seashore beaches which we love. The cottage was good size with 3 bedrooms and we were able to have our parents come visit us and stay over comfortably for a night. Our favorite things about the cottage were the fire pit, grill, outdoor shower and large deck(s). It is nice to relax outside in the evening after spending all day at the beach. Jackie was easy to reach via text for any questions we had. The day it rained we went into Provincetown which was about a 20ish minute easy drive. We would recommend this cottage if you love the outer cape like we do!

Cape cod coziness
Itβs always wonderful visiting the Cape. Our stay in Eastham was very pleasant. We took advantage of the fire pit every night and the outdoor shower when it wasnβt raining! Short bike ride to a few different beaches. Sunken meadow fog. Nauset light surfers. Not far to highland light, with a climb to the top. Burgers and fish tacos at Local Break. Wine tasting and lobster rolls at Truro winery. Brewster farmers market on Saturday. Wellfleet oysters at Macs. Perfection. The house was cozy. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Lovely Place
Lovely Place. Not posh, but does the trick and has all the necessities. Beautifully located near Bay and Ocean beaches. You could all together avoid Route 6 if you wanted.

A weekend of relaxation and enjoyment.
We really enjoy our stay in this lovely home; we had a wonderful time. The location of it couldn't be better, it is close to everything. Jackie, the host, is the best, she was quick to respond whenever I had a question.

Get away in the heart of the Cape
This is the perfect get away just a walk away from private beach. The neighborhood felt private and secluded but was only minutes away from coffee, restaurants, beaches, and activities. Would highly recommend and will surely stay again!

Good experience in that pet friendly cottage. Jackie, The property manager, is EXCELLENT
Calm place at about 750m from the beach. The cottage is very clean and spaceful. We really appreciate Jackie who was answering our questions quickly and did everything possible to facilitate our stay. Many suggestions about market, restaurant, activities near the cottage. It was the first time I was using a private beach. Only my family and I on the beach. The cottage has everything for help in case you forget something. My 2 kids also appreciate that place. It was the first time we rent by vrbo. Jackie made it easy for us. Thanks and maybe again on a future trip!
