Nestled in Lake Delton, this charming condo for $447 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 level condo is the perfect retreat for your next family vacation, or trip with friends. Its convenient location provides an ideal balance of "right in the action", moments away from many Wisconsin Dells attractions, while providing a quiet lakefront hideaway as well. The space The condo features: WiFi access, 3 TV's, a full kitchen including dishes, cookware, Krieg coffee maker, fireplace, and washer and dryer. The spacious master bedroom includes a king sized bed, jacuzzi, tv, and balcony with gorgeous lake views. In the second bedroom you will find a full and queen size bunk bed. In addition, there is a pull out bed, and 1 air mattress available for extra beds. Guest access Just outside your door you will see beautiful Lake Delton, and a patio space with charcoal grills and picnic tables available. The condo complex offers an outdoor pool perfect for the kids, including a zero depth pool with swings and a fountain. There is also an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, and a few arcade games. You can rent Kayaks from the club house as well BOATS - If you have a boat and would like to take advantage of beautiful Lake Delton, you can use the public boat launch to access the water. The boat launch is just down the road from the complex. There are piers at the condo to dock during your stay and enjoy the water with access to your condo, however you cant park your boat overnight. Don't have a boat? Rent ski boats, pontoons, and jet ski's from Lake Delton Water Sports! An awesome day for you and your friends and family to relax and have fun on Lake Delton. Our family of 6 enjoyed our two nights in the townhouse! We especially loved how close it was to the pool and hot tub after a day at Cascade mountain. The stocked coffee, swimming towels, toiletries, and basket of snacks was an extra touch you don't always find at rental properties. We hope to be back!

This place has it all. Loved that the beach and pool where just steps away…especially convenient with having little ones. We caught some nice sized bluegill off the dock, rented a pontoon (rental place just a couple minutes away) and enjoyed some swimming in the lake. The beds are super comfy. The condo was specious and the view of the lake was stunning. The condo was comfortable and clean. Plenty to keep us entertained and relaxed all weekend long.

Condo was on the lake and has easy access to indoor/outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, and a kiddie splash pad. Access to town is a short drive away. The condo is in great condition, clean, and owners are receptive to communication. A good family rental!

Our family of 5 had a fun week in the Dells staying at Katy's condo! There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 5 kids and having the lake view right out back was so peaceful and convenient for swimming or relaxing at the beach. The beds are all comfy and our youngest slept on the air mattress which there was plenty of room for in the master. Our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools at the resort and we appreciated having beach/pool towels for use at the condo. We donated some sand toys for the next kids to use, as the sand is perfect for playing in! We had a few issues pop up during the stay, but Katy was always easy to get a hold of. We really appreciated being 10 minutes outside the craziness and noise of downtown, but close enough to all of the activities as well. Overall it was a really fun week full of memory-making and adventures!

This was a great place to bring kids. The pool and splash pad are directly across the parking lot and there’s great views of the lake.
The condo was clean and stocked well with towels and bedding. We really liked the proximity to water parks and attractions while feeling like we were far enough away from traffic.

This is our second time staying at Ben and Katy’s condo located within the Caribbean Club Resort. The condo is still beautifully decorated, stocked with linens, pool towels and kitchen staples. The views of Lake Delton are spectacular and sleeping with the windows opened listening to the water and night sounds was exactly what we needed to escape our hectic work lives. Communicating with Katy and Ben was awesome. They are very attentive and prompt with their replies to any questions we had. We can’t wait to return next year!!

We were in town for a dance competition, but did not want to be in a hotel water park. This was perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the lake every day as the view of the lake could never get old. Ben and Katy were on top of things for us as we had a long stay. I would recommend this place as there were other things to enjoy on the resort!

This condo was very clean, very well stocked, great location right on the lake. Very good communication with the owner when a couple of things came up. Very fun relaxing vacation and the access to the pool and lake were convenient. Would definitely stay at this Condo again!

Relaxing Getaway on Lake Delton
This beautifully updated condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway yet so convenient to all of the Dells’ attractions. The furnishings are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook a meal or two. The pool is so easy to get to from this unit and there’s a nice deck area by the pool with comfortable outdoor seating. We didn’t get down to the beach but we saw several families enjoying their time there. Communication with the owners is excellent and they respond quickly to any questions you may have. We also appreciated the guidebook in the condo with restaurant suggestions.

We had a great time at this property! The location is perfect with easy access to the pools & lake. We were unable to use the main level shower as there is no water pressure & had to clean the oven as the smoke detector kept going off. Other than that it was fabulous & we'd love to stay again in the future!

So Worth The Price!!!
As twice-yearly visitors to the Dells every summer, we've been to just about all the hotels, resorts, and campgrounds in and around the Baraboo / Lake Delton area. When our daughters were younger, the waterpark resorts or campgrounds were the way to go. Now that our girls are on their own (sometimes one or both want to join us on these trips) my husband and I wanted to escape the loud and crowded areas of the Dells area. This two-floor condo is located in the Caribbean Club on Lake Delton. Two words . . ABOSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! Spotless clean, comfortable beyond measure and a view to seriously think about buying something like this for our getaways. Our daughter had her bedroom off the pool and loved the ambiance of the lights at night. The master bedroom faced the lake and with the double doors to the balcony, it was truly relaxing. The beds were very comfy and all the amenities were taken care of . . towels, dishes, utensils, cleaning products and beach towels!! The attention to detail in the decorating was Wisconsin Lake House at it's best. (We really did like the "Ope" sign on the living room shelf. We Illinoisans say that as well! We were able to park right outside our front door, and the gate to the pool was right there as well. Out the backdoor off the living room was our patio that led to a multi-tiered deck with plenty of seating and tables to watch the sunset off Lake Delton.

We wanted to take our kids to Kalahari waterpark for a weekday, but did not want to stay at a big resort. This was perfect!
The condo was comfortable and enough space to accommodate everyone. We walked out the back door to feed the ducks on the lake and directly out the front is the outdoor and indoor pool areas.
It was only a 5 minute drive to the waterpark and the rest of time we just hung out. We went in the off season, so had the condo pool/hot tub to ourselves and enjoyed playing on the ping pong table.
The owners respond immediately to inquiries. They also provided everything you need: pool & bath towels, coffee k-cups, shampoo/conditioner, cleaning supplies and dish detergent.
There is no dishwasher. I was sold on the location and pictures that I missed this detail. We purchased paper dishes and plastic silverware after arriving to minimize hand washing, so it was no problem. That said the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware you could need.
Would definitely recommend.

Great for a Family
We had a wonderful stay with our grandkids at this condo. It's in a great location with easy access to the Dells attractions and restaurants but it was so nice to have a quiet "home" to come back to each day. The grandkids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools, especially the slides. The condo is nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of TV's. The wifi was fast and reliable. Communication with the owners was very easy and responsive. We are already talking about another visit here next summer!

We found this condo on beautiful Lake Delton by luck, and are so glad we did. My wife and I, four adult children, and our granddaughter had a very enjoyable time at this resort. The owners were very helpful before and during our stay. If we had any questions or concerns they responded almost immediately.....fantastic customer service! Parking in the Dells area can be tough, and we needed 3 cars because we all arrived from different locations. We were grateful for the overflow parking lot down the road exclusive for this resort to handle that need. We had a perfect view of the fireworks over the lake right out our back door. The views over Lake Delton are both breathtaking and very relaxing. Not sure what the walls are made of, but we had neighbors on both sides and never remember hearing them. A very nice quiet vacation with everything within a 10 minute drive. The well designed outdoor pool was just steps away from our front door, and close enough that an adult could be preparing a meal in the kitchen, while keeping an eye on the kids swimming. The heated indoor pool was great for the couple days of rain and lower temperature's. We took advantage of the washer and dryer in our unit as well, very convenient.
Bottom line was we all agreed that you cannot go wrong renting this condo for your vacation. Great unit and resort for families. The owner's genuinely care about you having a wonderful and memorable vacation, and that is exactly what we had!

My husband, my parents, and I stayed here during the week. We were all very impressed with the amenities offered! It was very close to downtown shops, eateries, and activities. We never had to driver longer than 20 min to get anywhere! The condo was very clean and spacious; we only had four people however a few more wouldn’t have been cramped at all. Check in and check out processes were fast and easy as well, and the owner was always very quick in response to any messages. We greatly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend anyone to use this location as well.
