the family was there for 17 nights over christmas and new year - the villa is great - gilbert and the lady owners of the villa were quick to respond to the suggestions we had - the pool and hot tub are great - the cinema room is nice the sofa there needs to be renewed - the games room in the garage is nice but unnecessarily cold there in the winter - but the children didn't let it get to them - the kitchen was fine, the dishes could be renewed - the pots and pans arrived brand new during our stay - the barbecue was very good. I can

House was excellent and just as described in the listing. The house was very clean and fit our large family great. The only problem is the community HOA, it’s like they are on a power trip. Gate process absolutely sucked! Always backed up and the guards wouldn’t allow some of the listed drivers into the property because they were passenger. The clubhouse entrance to the community pool was a complete nightmare. As if it weren’t hard enough to get into the community, they want you to do another complete checkpoint for wrist bands. That being said, we loved the house but will never stay in this community again.

Very nice spacious house in excellent location. There are a lot of properties on the large and very nice Champions Gate complex and the design means there isn’t much room between the properties. When sitting outside by the pool the noise does travel from neighbouring houses. The rules state a ‘quiet time’ after 9pm but that was not the case in the property immediately behind us!! Thankfully it was only occupied at the weekends. We booked for 21 nights and we would expect a change of bed sheets for a stay of that duration but that was not the case. We had a problem with the washing machine but that was resolved very quickly by the management company. Thank you. We enjoyed the cinema room.

The villa was spotless with great amenities. Everything was as it showed on the listing but the pictures don’t quite do it justice, it was even better in real life.
Location was quiet and safe and just 5 mins drive from plenty of shops and restaurants. Time to Disney varied depending on the traffic, but 30 mins on average for us.
Property owner was great, easy to contact and answered all questions no problem at all.
Would not hesitate to go back to this property, an absolute gem. Thank you

Overall, I had a great experience with this property; staff (host) was incredibly helpful before and during our trip. The home was beautiful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our Bach trip. Looks just like the pictures. Close to great restaurants and outing locations. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Loved it.

I have been coming to Champions Gate for a very long time and this is the best home I have rented. It looks exactly like the photos. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool are was very clean as well. I would highly recommend booking this home as you won't be disappointed. Lastly management was very attentive and was quick to answer any questions that I had before and during my stay. Great location in walking distance to the clubhouse

This home was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. Loved the large table. My only recommendation would be for each person to have more than 1 washcloth and more than 1 kitchen towel. We would definitely stay here again!

I was really pleased with this home. I am a very picky person with cleaning. It was the very first time that I didn't clean the entire kitchen and washed towels and sheets before using it. This house is very clean, well-furnished and the kitchen have almost everything I needed. The pool in the backyard has a good size. The neighborhood is great. Their clubhouse is fantastic. We loved the pools and the atmosphere in there. Very family oriented and fun. Close to the parks and restaurants, grocery stores. Book with confidence.

Sent the names of the four people who would be driving in and need to check in at the gate three times. When I arrived, my name wasn’t on the list nor was my son in law’s. We had to turn around and exit the gate and call the office. Fortunately, I was able to reach one of the agents and he got our names on the list, but this should have been done prior to our arrival. The next morning, the property manager emailed asking how the first night was. I replied that my sister, whose name was sent along with the others three times, would be arriving Monday and that I wanted to confirm her name was on the list so that she could avoid the trouble that we had at the gate. Sadly, when she arrived on Monday, her name wasn’t on the list and she was turned away. All of us each presented our driver’s license and the rental receipt as we were directed to. It didn’t matter. The names weren’t in the computer, so the guards turned us away unnecessarily.

We were absolutely in love with this house! Check in was extremely easy as we provided all of the guest names before we arrived. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants and things to do for the kids. The house was very clean when we arrived and I was surprised by earlier reviews of the carpet being in bad shape. We did not feel that way at all.
If I had to say anything as a con, the hot tub was the same temp as the pool. I think it is a Florida thing but being from Chicago, we were looking forward to a hot tub in the evening.
We would absolutely stay here again and this place was perfect for the 3 families in our group.

We decided to book this property because we were doing a few days at Disney and a few days of fishing. When we arrived and the security at the front gate told us our names weren’t on the list and we were not allowed in. We couldn’t get ahold of the owner and we were finally able to get through with the property manager. Over thirty minutes of waiting our names were finally on the list. They then told us we were not allowed in because we have a boat. No where on the listing did it state that boats were absolutely not allowed and you would not be allowed to enter with one. We had to spend the next few hours finding a storage unit to park our boat and pay for a month to store it there. When we finally were able to be let into the gate and into the home we realized everything that was offered for the home is an extra cost. To have the heated pool and jacuzzi heated you would have to pay $30 a day. It was chillier than we expected Florida to be that week so we paid the extra money to hear the pool. On our second day there the pool was freezing and we weren’t able to swim at all. The owner said that since it was cold that the pool couldn’t get warm. Waste of money. To use the grill you would have to pay an extra $60. To watch anything on any television you would have to log in to your account because they don’t have cable or any Netflix open for you to watch anything. In the game room they have a ps4 but unless you have a ps4 account where you have purchased games then you aren’t able to use it. They didn’t have any games available to play only to purchase. It was very disappointing because we chose this home for the kids and they were bummed. I know that there wouldn’t be a stocked house but you truly have to buy everything. No seasonings, not one trash bag, you got one roll of toilet paper. I wrote the home owner the first night we got there explaining the boat situation and it took a week to hear back from him (after our vacation was over) and all he said was he didn’t know that it was needed to be listed on the property and that was it. It was a lot of inconveniences and we sadly wouldn’t recommend.

Doesn’t get big enough, the kids video game in the garage only played one game and that was after management someone out with a special remote that had not been made available. We were going to grill out and th grill was locked up and propane tank was empty!! The list goes in and on! It was the worst Christmas we’ve ever experienced:(

First thing, the check in with security was a nightmare. VRBO or homeowner never sent over the information for myself as the renter. Every day coming back from the parks caused an issue with the access pass for re-entry to. All in all I will never rent a property at this location again.

We loved this property! Enough space for everyone to spread out. Every area was used. We loved the Entertainment space and the open layout on the main floor was perfect for our New Year's Celebration! The bagged towels and blankets were a nice touch and the little amenities supplied like packs of salt, pepper, sugar, hot chocolate etc etc were appreciated.
The property manager was really efficient. We had a little issue getting into the main gate but it was promptly handled. Everything was functioning great - just the dishwasher was a little temperamental but it can't all be perfect. We would not hesitate to book this property again!

The home was nice and clean. I like how they had plenty of towels individually bagged. We realized the pool lights were out, property managers were immediately available and got right on it. The property is just a quick driving distance to all of Disney's themeparks. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be returning soon.

Great home for the 4 families that stayed. We never felt on top of each other. The pool and game room were great for the kids. We couldn’t get the dvd player to work for the movie area. Pool lights worked most nights. Rooms were spacious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gilberto’s property. Everything was clean and as described in the listing / shown in photos.
Criticisms were the lack of cutlery and utensils considering this is a self catering property. Also the bbq was described as ‘complimentary’ however gas was not provided. As we were only staying for a couple of weeks at the end of the summer season? it didn’t make sense for us to fill a whole canister and for it to go to waste. It’s a shame this wasn’t complimentary.
In addition, after a long day travelling it would have been helpful to have a welcome pack with details of local take outs etc.

We were so very pleased with our villa stay. The property was clean and every little detail was thought of to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We did have a technical difficulty with the shower in the masters room on the morning we were leaving but other than that everything was perfect. We also had so much fun at the clubhouse with the lazy river and flumes. Wonderful family holiday with priceless memories made!

The ac was not working when we checked in and wasn’t fixed until 9:30 pm that night, the property manager was rude, the owner never responded back to my texts after I told him that we were very disappointed. I honestly was very worried that the ac wasn’t going to get fixed but thankfully it did. The dishwasher didn’t work, the movie theater tv didn’t work, one of the king bedrooms tv didn’t work, the chairs around the dining table were very wobbly and one was broken. The kitchen lights went out and the breakers weren’t tripped so not sure why. We wanted to take a cooler to the lazy river and pool for the community but they wouldn’t let us, they also wouldn’t let us bring in our aluminum cups either. It was just night the weekend we had hoped for, for the amount of money we paid.

Had an issue with receiving the check-in code in a timely manner. Did not receive the code until passed check-in time. Getting in touch with management initially to report this was also and issue. Once we had the correct contact info (phone number), communication with management was no longer an issue and they were readily available when needed. Other than a small maintenance issue in the bathroom that was quickly resolved, we had no problems with this property or management.

Five bathrooms is plus .just make sure to bring extra toilet paper and hand soap for the bathrooms. The AC went out and I called the property manager and someone was there within a half hour to fix it.Excellent customer service. We were there to Celebrate my grand nephew sweet 16 and my 59 Birthday. Great Place to stay for Family and friends of all ages. Would definitely book again

Overall this property was nice, however, the house definitely needs a deep clean and some repairs/new furniture. Also, you must heat the pool to enjoy the hot tub since it is adjoining. The beds were comfortable and the house was large enough for us all to spread out and enjoy our time together. We did have a nice stay on the family vacation.
