From the moment you enter this spacious apartment the ocean view greets you and a sense of relaxation begins. Designed over two levels with three bedrooms and two bathrooms it is located in a sought-after, beachfront street in Sunshine Beach with beach access just 50 metres down the road. The generous lounge and dining area upstairs is air conditioned and opens to an ocean view balcony at the front and a rear balcony with Weber Q at the rear beside the kitchen. A small games room sits at the bottom of the stair well and all three bedrooms adjoin this central area. The master bedroom has a deck overlooking the garden, and a large ensuite with laundry facilities included. Features Include: 3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 8 - 1 x Queen, 1 x Queen, 1 x tri bunk with 1 x single trundle Master bedroom with TV - opening to deck with garden view Main bathroom with bath tub Ocean views Air-conditioned throughout Quality furnishings and fittings including large plasma TV Large leather corner lounge Huge dining table Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave Kitchen and Dining areas expanding to outside deck and BBQ Bedroom 2 also opens to its own deck. Laundry facilities includes washer and dryer Complex features pool, security parking and lift Direct beach access just down the road Short walk to Sunshine Beach village cafes and restaurants *NB No events, functions, parties or school leaver groups permitted - Guests are also required to abide by the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour - copy available online with our terms and conditions *NB This is a non-smoking complex - strictly no smoking in the apartment, including balcony areas, or on the complex grounds Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonable clean and tidy manner. Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted. A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Very good 3 bedroom apartment on Sunshine Beach near Noosa Heads with everything you need. There is a Coles a short drive away to stock up the fridge.

I would not recommend this property in winter. The sun barely hits this apartment. If you want cool location in summer ...ideal. the view from the balcony is a joke. There is a great view of the neighbours rusty roof and a long distance view of the Sea. There is no cooking extraction fan. So open all the windows. The dishwasher is nearly impossible to start. So very disappointed with this apartment.
