Just a pity we couldn’t pick up keys in Goolwa, had to drive to Hayborough but were able to drop keys in to agent at Goolwa upon leaving.

Accomodation was very nice. Clean and modern. Stay could have been improved by a few small touches. The property does not come with linen which is an extra hassle to organise and extra cost. Making up all the beds on arrival is not a fun start to the holiday. Although the property is in Goolwa the keys had to be collected in Hayborough which took us out of our way and delayed entry to the property. Although the website said there were enough basic supplies to get you started this consisted of 2 teabags, only one coffee pod which actually fit the machine, no milk, a dribble of soap in each dispenser and an empty salt grinder. We had to go straight to the supermarket. The welcome note suggested we help ourselves to the ‘bubbles’ in the fridge but the fridge was completely empty. Overall, it was not a very welcoming start and a few small touches would have much improved the first impression. However, we enjoyed the rest of our stay and found the property to be very comfortable and well maintained.

Renting the property over Easter was very nice and was a great location to walk to cafes and shops and farmers markets. Although the beds were very uncomfortable, like they have never been slept in before. Which isn’t ideal when staying for a wkend. But other than that very nice stay.

Amazing property for our family of 6. So many things to do all within walking distance from the house. Access to garage was great to store our trailer and bikes. Nice new, fresh and clean house for a relaxing getaway. Very little playspace outside for younger kids but parks within walking distance.
