Sea Renity @ Callala Bay Designed to offer everything a family needs for that perfect holiday! This beautiful home spreads over two levels and offers five generous bedrooms. Master retreat with walk-in robe and en-suite, two huge open plan living spaces, formal dining area, light and bright contemporary kitchen plus two more bathrooms, wood fire for those winter months and reverse cycle air-conditioning to keep you comfortable the whole year through. Outside you'll find a fully fenced yard and large outdoor covered entertaining area ideal for that perfect holiday BBQ. Play Pool, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, PS4 and much more. Being only minutes from from local shops, boat ramp and snorkelling hotspots in spectacular Jervis Bay. All linen and bath towels supplied. Nowra is only a 20-minute drive away. Berry is located slightly further afield and well worth a visit. Also, there are plenty of other pristine beaches to explore around Currarong, Culburra Beach or further down the coast in Jervis Bay. Beecroft Peninsula and the lighthouse at Point Perpendicular are also worth exploring. Other Things You Should Know + 50% deposit is required upon booking and the balance is due and payable 7 days prior to your stay. + Bathroom amenities, shampoo, conditioner, soap & moisturiser + All linen and towels supplied, guest will need to supply their own beach towels. + Basic pantry stock including: salt and pepper, sugar, tea and coffee. + No Smoking inside of the house + Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am to allow for cleaning in between guests

Loved the stay and facilities. The only issue was the old carpet on the rooms and no kitchen sink it microwave

The most beautiful house with everything you would need for a perfect stay- starting from plenty of space to accommodate a large group of friends with kids and the awesome games room to keep everyone happy, to the fully equipped kitchen, laundry and the bathrooms - including toiletries, hair dryer and pretty much everything else you might need!
Thanks for our relaxing weekend stay in this lovely place! We will be back for sure!

The house was immaculate with enough room for all guests and something for the whole family including a portable cot for bub and games room which was fun for both the adults and kids. The house was also close enough to major attractions and shops which was convenient. We recommend this home and hope to be back again soon for our next getaway.

TO BE AT GRANDDAUGHTER'S WEDDING AT CALLALA BEACH
Very good for families of different ages, lots of games for 9 year old to play in house. Close to good shopping complex and lots of walks around area. Short drive to Callala Beach.

This is a great family holiday home close to the beach by car and walking distance to the shops. With 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas with 2 Smart TVs, there is plenty of room for 2 families to holiday in comfort The facilities are great (pool table, table tennis etc), and the backyard is large to have games. The host is very responsive and has thought through all the requirements that a family will need without having to purchase them. We would stay again

Great house suitable for our large group with two lounge areas and a well provisioned kitchen for cooking. Games room was fantastic for all ages and a secure backyard for the children. Easy walk to the shopping centre and quick drive to the beach. We loved it. Thank you.

Fantastic stay! Great location, awesome house that was clean and tidy. Two tvs and a great games room. Great kitchen - we cooked nearly every night and had everything we needed available for us to use.

Fabulous house for large family or two families
The owners have presented a wonderful property suitable for families. The owners provide quality linen and towels and all the small bits and pieces that we usually bring from home, dishwasher tablets, hand soaps, quality cookware, even a portacot, etc. They have thought of everything! The house is clean with furniture in good condition. The games room is fantastic for kids (and adults!) on a rainy weekend. Thank you, we will definitely be returning!

Location of house is near to beaches and shops. Ā Facilities in the stays is has mentioned. Ā It is perfect for the family with young children and to have relaxed break. Ā Response from host Sineva was very prompt and great customer service. Ā I would highly recommend this house as a great place to stay for all the aged groups.

December 2019 stay at Sea Renity
Absolutely fabulous - we were a three generation family with three teenagers and elderly grandparents (one with advanced Alzheimerās). Everything we needed was there, even our three Westies were relaxed. Kookaburras laughed all day and the surf was to die for. BBQ was brilliant - best Iāve eaten off, local butcher a gem. We will absolutely return, a trip to remember, complete with bush fire alerts and possible evacuation to the beach! Kids were SO excited with all the action!!

Fabulous Property
My family and I enjoyed a lovely weekend at Sea Renity. The property was excellent. It was great to have linen supplied and also the little basics in the bathrooms and pantry. It is a well resourced house, with Wii, Netflix etc and the games room. It is also tastefully decorated and clean. It is only a short drive to several beaches which are perfect for young children and those who would prefer not to be dunked by waves. The house is in a quiet street and is only a short drive to Nowra if needed.
Communication with the hosts Sineva and Frank was easy and they answered any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this Stayz house.
I would thoroughly recommend this house as a great place to stay.
