Condo is just stunning. There were six of us and we all had plenty of room. Beautiful views. Loved all of it and can’t wait to visit again.

Aaron was absolutely great with answering any questions we had due to our family situation and handicap needs. With the recent damage he filled us in on all the details and gave us regular updates. The property itself was Immaculate and we enjoyed every moment of our stay

The location and condo layout was very nice. BUT, we had three issues. ONE: the condo we rented was filthy. Some of the dirty items include: dirty counter tops, dirty stove top, sticky handles on the refrigerator, dried feces in one toilet, hair in the bathroom sink, sticky kitchen table, filthy floors (dried food on the kitchen floor, sticky spots on the kitchen floor, crumbs on the kitchen floor, crumbs on the dining room floor, crumbs on the living room rug and floor, including several cheese balls on the living room floor, dust on all the floors). Many of the pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. had to be cleaned before we could use them. We had to spend many hours cleaning the condo after we checked in. The owner’s response was that the prior renters left the condo in such a mess that the cleaning people did not have enough time to clean the unit before we checked in. A day later the owner offered us the option of a refund if we checked out that day. But by then, we had already cleaned the condo. TWO: the posting and all initial information stated that we had one dedicated parking spot in the garage. A few days before check in the Welcome letter stated conflicting information about parking. One part mentioned the garage door opener, and one area mention surface parking. Apparently the owner decided to leave his person car in the garage, resulting in no dedicated parking spot. There were several nights we had to come back to the condo early to make sure we had a parking spot. A few times we took the last spot available. THREE: Within hours of our check in we were notified the sofa had just broke but we were told “the sofa works fine”. The sofa was not usable for adults, only small children. Based on information in the condo, it was obvious the couch had been broken for several weeks, if not several months. I would not recommend renting from this owner.

We had such a wonderful time in this condo! I would definitely come back again. The view was second to none and the condo was a dream! The owner checked in with me to make sure everything met my expectations and we had what we needed. There was ample provisions in the condo for inside and the beach. I can’t say thank you enough to the Mays for allowing us to stay in their gorgeous home! ❤️

We booked this condo for our family vacation. The condo was clean and spacious and very well located. Unfortunately, we ended up experiencing a rare November hurricane but the condo owner was fantastic and kept in constant communication with us. I can’t say enough about how kind and helpful he was during this experience. We made the best of our time there and would definitely stay again!

Tons of room, great kitchen, wonderful view, and a responsive host. When we had questions or needs our hosts replied immediately. We look forward to our next stay.

It was myself, my mom, my sisters and and a close family friend who stayed here! It was well stocked and very nicely decorated.!! Very spacious!!Love the location. We had a wonderful stay. There were a couple hiccups but the owner took care of them quickly. We love staying in the Opus. We will definitely be back!

The property was nice. The condo could have been a little cleaner. We found a rotted banana under the tv in the living room. The tubs could have been cleaner also. Other than that the property was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

My family has been vacationing in Daytona for about 20 years. This condo was one of the best that we've ever rented. The location was perfect and the condo was roomy and very well furnished. We will definitely be back!

We have now stay here for 2 years in a row. We plan to keep coming here every year. Aaron (the owner) is super friendly and easy to work with. The condo is beautiful and spacious. I would definitely recommend Opus 1003 and anyone I know.

This property is by far the best condo we’ve rented. The location is perfect and the condo is very beautiful and clean. Aaron was very helpful and responds quickly. We will be renting again. Our son and daughter in law loved it too! Perfect condo experience.

The condo was even more beautiful than in the pictures and has an amazing view. Beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there such as various soap, beach towels, beach chairs, pots & pans, pantry had useful items left from previous renters like spices, tin foil etc. The location worked out great for us with a supermarket a block away, restaurants etc. Within short drive we did parasailing, deep sea fishing, jet skis and bike rental to ride on beach.

The condo is just like the photos and was an ideal spot for our family of 4. The view is amazing and the location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, entertainment. We had a great week at the beach! Aaron messaged to check in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction which was much appreciated.

Our family was looking for a quiet place to relax and get away from the snow up north - and we found both. Wonder place and Aaron kept in contact during our stay. Very clean and had what we were looking for. Thanks Aaron!

My family and I came down to FL from MA to assist my brother moving down there for college, we decided to rent this condo to make the process more therapeutic and have a relaxing place to land during our down time and a nice place to do an early christmas gathering. It was so lovely, the place is better than the pictures. Everything was very clean, spacious, safe and extremely well appointed. We did not even have to go out to get ingredients to bake or do laundry, everything was there. Having the sounds and sights of the ocean right off the balcony was so therapeutic, we enjoyed using the hot tub and the pool as well. The section of beach that this condo is off of is quite quiet and barely any cars passed us by. We would love to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our sisters and spouses reunion. Aaron was so responsive to all our inquiries and made the process so easy. The unit is very clean and the whole complex is the same. Each day waking up to beautiful sunrises and occasional dolphin sighting was so special.

This property is amazing. Besides a few minor things that Aaron took care of immediately, we couldn’t have asked for more. Beautiful views, new appliances, lots of extras and the best communication I’ve ever had with a property owner. Plenty of room for everyone. This condo is not only furnished beautifully, its perfectly located. Close to everything (downtown, shops, food)! The 10th floor made for a beautiful view. There is a dollar store directly across the street along with a grocery store & mini golf! The owner is literally right on top of everything & super helpful if you'd need anything at all. We will definitely be going back! :)

It was an enjoyable time and would definitely stay at the opus condos again.
