Situated in Itacaré, this charming house for $898 per night is a great option for your next break. The House of Lookout was built by a German entrepreneur who fell in love with majestic views of the site. In 2006, the property was purchased by the famous American designer, Narciso Rodriguez. In 2013, its current owners, then to annex a neighboring land, they performed a complete renovation and expanded the residence. Rio renowned architect project on land of 2500 m2, surrounded by the Atlantic Forest. The three spacious suites feature private balconies and closets and all overlook the sea. The 4th bedroom, also overlooking the Prainha has an exclusive bathroom. Office, the room, the terrace and the kitchen can see the sea, the rocks and the Atlantic. The pool with infinity edge and surrounded by a large deck, it is surrounded by palm trees and has panoramic views of Prainha, the sea and the rainforest. A large pergola, adjacent to the pool, has barbecue, refrigerator to beer and table for 12 people, there is also a cloakroom. In the gardens of the house, fruit trees and flowers provide food and shelter for a huge diversity of birds and monkeys. The hammocks and shore bank are exceptional places to relax and enjoy the scenery. On full moon nights, we have, those in these two locations, a spectacular view of the moon and the silver sea by it. Sunrise on the sea, it is also beautiful. The starry sky, especially on moonless nights, is also amazing. In the service area, there are laundry room, bathroom and breakfast table for employees. In front of the house, four seats parking discovered. The house is in a small community called Vila Mirante, with only 2 other houses, located inside the Villas de São José condominium. The house does not see any other construction, which enhances the feeling of being in the middle of nature. Two watchtowers with guards 24 hours are less than 200 meters from the entrance of the house. It is the only villa condominium with exclusive access to Prainha: 157 steps of a private staircase separate the house from the sands of this wonderful almost deserted beach, often voted among the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. The beach of St. Joseph, equally beautiful and located inside the condo is just 10 minutes walk from the house. By car, we arrive at both beaches in less than 3 minutes. The services of an employee called Cléa, who cooks beautifully well and take care of the internal cleaning and housekeeping, must be hired by the guests, and an employee called Léo, who takes care of the gardens, the pool and makes an excellent barbecue , as well as putting chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The daily rates (R $ 170 per day for both) must be paid directly to them upon arrival at the house.

Não fossem as chuvas intensas no período, a estadia seria mágica. Apoio do staf muito 10. Queremos voltar sem a presença do efeito “La Niña”. Mesmo assim o objetivo da confraternização familiar foi atendido.

Amazing Property: One in a Million

We spent 3 days in Itacare in December with 2 adults and 3 teens. This property is in a truly spectacular location and can match any views in Hawaii. Dramatic cliffs and a perfect almost private beach. Beautiful garden and infinity pool. Great staff in Cleaia and Leo. Cleia prepared some super breakfasts and other meals (churrasco). Very comfortable house but frankly we spent the time on the terrace and in the hammocks enjoying the views. Spectacular moon views at night. Eduardo the owner was very responsive and helpful. Cant recommend highly enough.

As imagens são surpreendentes,mas nada se compara a realidade. Literalmente como se eu estivesse atravessando um portal . O proprietário sempre dando atenção, respostas rápidas,tentando fazer da melhor forma possível. Quando na descrição da casa lemos que é preciso contratar os funcionários, Cleia e Léo ficamos meio desanimados .... Você não quer as vezes pessoas diferente, as vezes ate preferimos levar alguém. Mas Cleia e Léo compõe a maravilha. Uma atenção,descrição carinho hospitalidade que nunca vi. A casa é maravilhosa mas se torna perfeita com essa equipe, Alana o que falar dessa menina ?? Comi a melhor cocada de forno do Mundo !!! E o arroz de polvo ?hummmmm. Café da manhã dos Deuses .... Não tenho descrição para qualificar essas pessoas e esse lugar !!! É algo inexplicável, so vivendo para saber. Logo logo estarei com vcs novamente. Obrigada pela generosidade de compartilhar o paraíso Eduardo .

A localização da casa é a mais exclusiva de Itacaré, com acesso participar à Prainha. Isso por si só já é o suficiente para uma experiência e tanto, mas faz apenas parte do pacote de uma estadia inesquecível. A casa e suas dependências são excelentes, espaçosas, limpas e bem cuidadas. O jardim, toda a área externa, os banheiros, os quartos... Absolutamente tudo! É difícil encontrar algum ponto onde a vista não repouse em uma linda paisagem. Por fim, a cereja do bolo que é o profissionalismo na contratação e no trato com os hóspedes. O Eduardo (proprietário) é disponível, proativo e não deixa entrelinhas no processo de locação. Durante a estadia, a Cléa e o Léo mantém a casa e apoiam os hóspedes em tudo que é necessário. Os mimos também ficam por conta dessa dupla, tudo com muito amor e sinceridade, caraterísticas da autêntica receptividade baiana! Ficam as recomendações: tapioca, moqueca e arroz de polvo da Cléa (melhores do mundo!) e o churrasco na beira da piscina do Léo (o rapaz entende mesmo!). O único problema que pode ocorrer é não querer ir embora! Obs.: obrigado, Eduardo, por democratizar sua propriedade e permitir que pessoas comuns possam passar dias maravilhosos nela.
