It occupies 300m² spread over three levels and offersa roomy lounge with floor to ceiling windows, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island and a bright dining room, all with access to the balcony. Specious bedrooms decorated in color themes each have their own private bathroom, seating area, flatscreen TV, including access to the balcony or terrace with magnificent views of the sheltered bay. For your entertainment you will also find a pool table room adjacent to the balcony equipped with table football. Once outside the aromas of sea and pines will delight your senses. Excellent holiday house! Very beautiful location and truly wonderful house😍. It had everything one could wish for a perfect relaxing holiday. This house had a perfect layout for our family and extended family. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom downstaris. Generous amount of bathrooms and lovely bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Everything was very clean and what I liked the most was how well it was equipped with all the necessities- from garbage bags to different washing liquids to towels and household utensils. The kitchen was so well equipped, it made cooking very relaxing and we had everything we needed. Large fridge and separate pantry were brilliant! Also big pool and few steps downstairs your own beach with generous amount of sun loungers and mattresses. And there sup boards- thank you so much! It was a great fun to explore this beautiful coastline! The games room was very fun in the evenings. Thanks to this wonderful holiday house we had a very relaxing vacation!

Simple the best place we have ever stayed. Have the sea at your doorstep, access to paddle boards etc, made this the most wonderful holiday. The inside of the villa is immaculate with air conditioning throughtout, and a lovely sized pool. Location is great, just a short taxi drive to restuarants and bars in Rogoznica. We would definately like to go back at some point.

This home is absolutely fantastic. The host was so very helpful and kind. The house is basically brand new and has a fabulously stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer with supplies of detergent, toilet paper and paper towels. The outdoor area with the grill and the outdoor table, the pool that matches the beautiful Ocean, was spectacular. They provided beach towels too which was terrific. The setting of being right on the bay with a KAYAK and SUP is phenomenal. The host went above and beyond to have the house set up in a orderly and anticipated way. For instance, the grill had all the kindling and coals needed for easy use. It's in a wonderful area that is not touristy. The neighbors are kind and genuine.

Absolutely beautiful house on the Adriatic. Our host, Gordan, met us down the road and lead us to the house. He was very responsive and eager to help. This was a wonderful experience in a beautiful location.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub, in einer traumhaften Unterkunft. Die Villa hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Der nette Kontakt vor Ort war immer schnell erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein paar kalt Getränke, was nach der langen Anreise aus Deutschland uns sehr gefreut hat. Am Haus waren zwei SUP und ein Kajak. Der Kicker und Billiardtisch haben die Abendunterhaltung garantiert. Tolles Haus, super Location und nur 30min vom Flughafen. Sehr empfehlenswert

This Villa is really big, spacy for 10 adults people. There were everything - towels, fully equiped kitchen, toilet papers, soaps in each of 4 bathrooms. Very modern Villa, very quite, with large and clean pool. Our children spend almost whole day there or they change sea with pool. The Villa is located directly om the beach, which was the best. There were 2 paddleboards and one kayak for us. Owner Marko helped us anytime, alwys very helpfull. Surrounding was pretty nice, very quite, very good for children. Close to Rogoznica. I strongly reccommend this Villa, mainly for families wit children, but not only. We loved this amazing place very much.

Everything about this villa is top class. Location is stunning, layout of the villa is superb with every room getting the benefit of a sea view. The owner and his family couldn’t be any more helpful, really nice people. We will all be coming back again 100%. One of the best villas we have ever stayed in!

We had a wonderful stay. The place is better in person than in photos and the hosts were very helpful and welcoming. The location is very tranquil and perfect for a restful vacation. There is direct beach access as well as a wonderful pool with a spectacular view. Rogoznica town is a short 5min drive and is a lovely place to get dinner or simply go for a stroll. We left very satisfied with our stay and would certainly come back.

Wir sind einfach nur begeistert! Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz, ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Bei der Einrichtung haben die Vermieter an viele Details gedacht, ob zum Grillen oder in der Küche... es fehlt nichts, es sind sogar ein Kanu und zwei Stand-up-Paddels vorhanden… Toll! Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist natürlich auch einfach nur fantastisch… Das einzige, was gefehlt hätte, wäre eine kleine Bar oder ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe, andererseits sind sehr schöne Städte in ein paar Auto-Minuten erreichbar. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen!

The house and the owners were fantastic. The view is spectacular. We really enjoyed ourselves. The SUPs and canoe was a great bonus. The road to the house is a bit narrow and tricky at some places, but we got used to it. We can really recommend this house!!

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen für 6 Tage vor Ort. Die Villa hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder, ein schönes, grosses Wohnzimmer und eine tolle Küche. Ebenfalls schön eingerichtet und zum Zeitvertreib geeignet bei nicht so gutem Wetter ist der Billardraum im EG des Hauses. Es ist genügend Geschirr für 8-10 Personen vorhanden. Auch Handtücher hat es genügend. Leider funktionierte bei uns die Poolheizung nicht, was schade war, da das Meer noch viel zu kalt zum baden gewesen ist. Der Außenbereich mit der herrlichen Aussicht ist fantastisch und zum grillen und verweilen mit Freunden bestens geeignet, auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir herzlichst empfangen.

The villa was gorgeous in all respects! The water view was amazing, all rooms were spacious and decorated nicely. The kitchen was stocked with all needed dishes and utensils. We lacked nothing. The central location made our day trips to the surrounding area - Trogir, Split, Sebenik, Plivitice and Krka easy. Our host was gracious and available fir any questions. He went above and beyond to meet our needs. Thank you for making our trip to Croatia memorable!

Fabulously planned house, well thought out. Owners more than helpful and the property kitted out perfectly. Amazing views and a sunset to embrace. Beautiful water and direct sea frontage a wonderful bonus. Very chilled out but access to nearby towns should you want something lively.

Modern and beautiful villa with the best location on the beach. The house has everything you need (and more) and are perfect for a big family or group of friends. Beautiful decorated and with a heated pool outside. You need to take a taxi 10 minutts or rent a boat to get to Rogoznica where there are restaurants and bars.

Our stay was superb. Had an amazing time in Croatia and having a beautiful Villa was the icing on the cake. The Villa has 3 floors and as there were 6 of us we all had our own space if needed. Made friends with the local cat and the neighbours were so nice. The villa was wonderfully clean. Would 100% recommend. Thank you so much.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa La Perla which was our second time in Croatia. The view from the villa over the pool was amazing and all the rooms were beautiful, all with a sea view! Eine mit sehr viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet Villa in traumhafter Lage die wirklich alle Wünsche erfüllt. Direkt am Meer in privater und doch zentraler Lage liegt die Villa mit einem fantastischen Meerblick auf das Meer und die gegenüberliegenden Häuser auf der anderen Seite der Bucht. Alle Erwartungen, welche wir aufgrund der Beschreibungen hatten, wurden erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Hätten wir die Möglichkeit Sterne zu vergeben, dann bekommt diese Villa 10 Sterne!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Villa. There was even a snack waiting for us - very appreciated after a long ride. We found everything as described. The villa was very clean and all the appliances working. The pool was a delight - best view ever with a nice lounge area and seating area next to it. The town of Rogoznica has small supermarkets and nice restaurants. We loved Konoba Mario very much. I can highly recommend this villa and am sure to come back! This was our first stay in Croatia. Off to spend 3 more weeks here before heading back home. Lovely country.

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits das dritte Mal in Kroatien. Ein wunderschönes Land mit noch schöneren Inseln und der blauen Adria. Mit dem Auto ist es aus Österreich nicht weit und die Anreise war angenehm. Wir lieben die neuen und modernen Villen, die es in Kroatien gibt und da viel es uns sehr einfach einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub auf 2 der schönsten Villen in der Region zu verteilen. (Leider waren wir zu spät mit dem Buchen der Villa dran und beide Villen waren nur noch 1 Woche frei) Die erste Villa lag auf der Halbinsel Ciovo und zu unserer zweiten Villa waren es gerade einmal 45 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Wir verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen, hochwertig eingerichteten Villa mit tollem Meer-Blick! Angenehme Reservierung durch Fewo-Direkt und top Betreuung der Besitzer! Das Meer ist direkt vor der Haustüre. Danke für den tollen Urlaub-können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen!
