Located in Prince Edward County, this charming condo for $170 per night is a great option for your next trip. Fox Farm Suite is a comfortable space within our family home. The suite has its own private ground-level entrance and features a one-acre spruce-lined yard. Located in a fantastic neighborhood. Kinlock beach (south shore) is a one minute drive and is dog friendly (with leash). The Suite: The suite is nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The largest room includes a bright living area, king size bed, table, T.V, chair and couch. The couch is a pull-out queen bed. The second room features a double bed and a walk-in closet. The kitchenette has the comforts of home including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, Keurig coffee machine, induction burner, toaster, and kettle. We also include coffee, tea, pancake mix, dry cereal and milk. Guests can do their own laundry in the suite. Relax with morning coffee on the island stone deck and evening's with the propane firepit. Located less than 10 minutes from Charlottetown, close to a golf course, and beaches. Cable T.V., BBQ, parking, laundry, air conditioner, propane fire pit, and wifi are included. Our hosts Stephen and Dawn went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for during our first visit to PEI. If you are planning a trip to Prince Edward Island I would highly recommend staying at Fox Farm Suite.

This was our first visit to Prince Edward Island, and we could not have found a better place to stay while there. Dawn and Stephen welcomed us warmly when we arrived, even though we were a little early, and immediately shared some treats with us to enjoy. There were two couples in our group, and the place accommodâtes four easily, though there is only one bathroom, so some coordination of morning preparations is needed! However, the apartment was clean, and had all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable time. We spent a lot of time exploring the island, and a nice feature of the apartment is its location. It is close enough to Charlottetown for easy access, but one can also easily get to the north shore and the east shore quickly without going through lots of traffic. Finally, Dawn and Stephen are wonderful hosts. They were always responsive whenever we had a question, they made good suggestions to facilitate our visit, and always made us feel like members of their family. We had such a nice visit that we hope to return again soon!

I only have good comments on the place and on Stephen and his wife. They put a lot of thought in the appartment and it shows. The amazing spot outside was a very pleasant setup and we had amazing evening my family and I at the Fox Farm.

A True Gem

A True Gem

Wow! What a gem! Dawn and Stephen truly know how to make people feel welcome. Not only was there banana bread awaiting us but there was milk in the fridge, pancake mix in the cupboard and even mini bags of chips which our girls were happy to take to the beach! We so appreciated the generous gift of delicious mussels the first night and the genuine interest from our hosts on where we had been and how we were enjoying the island. During our short stay, we were able to go deep sea fishing in Georgetown and hiking at Greenwich National Park. We also took in a ceilidh in Stanley Bridge, a sea glass workshop in Charlottetown and a visit to Victoria by the Sea. We have no doubt we will be back to PEI and when we do we will most certainly come back to stay at Fox Farm Suite. Oh, and did we mention the sheets? So comfy that the idea of going home to sleep in our own beds only made us sad! Thank you Dawn and Stephen for your generosity and true kindness. We had an absolutely amazing stay!

Steve and Dawn are amazing, they went above and beyond anything that we ever expected. Checking in was a breeze. The suite was so awesome, large enough for my husband and I and two adult kids. It was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed and more. They offered island, restaurant and activity information freely and were waiting when we got back with home made wine or strawberries, and interested in what we did for the day. It is close to the beach, grocery store and a 15 minute drive to Ch’town. PEI is a beautiful island to explore, we hope to be back soon. Thanks to Steve and Dawn, you two are the best.

What an awesome place to stay. Where to begin... Stephen and Dawn were very welcoming. They checked with us daily to see if we needed anything and had ideas of where to eat or what to see. Fresh banana bread on our arrival. Stephen even gave us a bottle of homemade wine. :) Fridge had milk , butter and bottles of water. Tea and coffee a plenty. Even mini boxes of cereal and pancake mix. Beautifully decorated and comfy beds. We sat by the gas fire pit one afternoon. We felt at home and relaxed in the space. I just can't say enough good things about our stay here. The accommodations were clean and tastefully decorated. The suite had everything we needed. The real shining stars were our hosts though. They had a thoughtful surprise for us at every turn! Banana bread at check in, a bottle of home made wine and a bowl of fresh mussels just to name a few. Thanks again for making our trip so wonderful!

I can only echo the previous comments. We had a wonderful time here and would come back without hesitation. There were 6 of us and plenty of space. The little touches made us feel very welcome, the milk, butter and k-cups too. The banana bread was lovely and Stephen even picked some fresh cherries for us!
