This fully self-contained cottage provides a very comfortable stay at beautiful Venus Bay. With open plan living, dining and kitchen. Floating floor boards through out and floor tiles to kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Very comfortable stay with features such as large HD TV, split system air-conditioner and under cover outdoor decking area. Walking distance to beach and only 5 minutes drive to Anderson Inlet and Tarwin Lower river. Very clean and located on a big allotment with plenty of room to park your boat. Features - Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. - Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hotplate, wall oven large fridge and dishwasher: - Air-conditioner - Full bath with shower; also extra outdoor shower - Large HD TV with DVD/CD player and DVD's - High chair and porta-cot - Separate laundry with washing machine - Undercover outdoor area - 2 Bedrooms: first with queen size bed and second bedroom with trio bank (one double and one single) plus single fold up bed. - Split system air-conditioner - guests need to provide own linen Venus Bay A coastal hideaway, only 165km from Melbourne, featuring 22kms of magnificent sandy surf beach. Venus Bay has five superb surf beaches with fine golden sand and the state's longest sand spit at Anderson Inlet. With the choice of surf, river and estuary fishing long days can be spent enjoying these recreational pursuits.

We had a great stay in a house that was perfect for us. Very clean and the mod cons such as smart tv were a bonus.

Had small issue with the bathroom but after contacting owner got that fixed with a plumber. Nice small place for family.

Wifi would have been great as most of us had little to no signal.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! The property was fantastic. Extremely clean and comfortable. We had a very relaxing time, so close to the beach for walks and a short stroll to town centre. Look forward to visiting again.

We enjoyed our stay in Venus Bay. The home is well located, clean, easy to relax in, and the master bed was comfortable. Some improvements I would suggest is to list in detail what is supplied, or not, so that guests may come prepared. It's great the kitchen is well set up inc dishwasher, plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, utensils etc, but there are NO basic food items onsite. Eg: paper towel, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt. We usually overpack, and find homes such as these very well set up, so this time we packed only the basics, oops.
Bring your own linen was explained, but no hand soap or toiletries are included either.

After rechecking the property description and seeingvthat it was actyally noted, I have never stayed anywhere where there was no linen supplied. Although the manager did eventually arrange something for us, being on a motorbike, it was not a very comfortable 1st night.

Overall fantastic, lacks a few essentials such salt, pepper, some long life milk but otherwise. All very good.
