Large room and bathroom, wifi, quiet surroundings of the hotel without noise

We had tables for breakfast right in front of the door to the room - if you wanted to sleep a little longer in the morning, it wasn't very possible because everyone was clinking with cutlery, talking and there was a lot of traffic here, The breakfast service was also not well handled - a small table in a tucked away room and everyone was squeezing in a queue

Nice place for a night

It is perfect after a long day on the road. Rooms are large so you can re-organize and spread out.

They could re-organize the breakfast area, a little crowded when getting your food.

We went there because It was the last place with a room available in the area… definitely overpriced

All in all, it was better to sleep there than under our camping tent.

Beds were not comfortable, bouncing like trampolines. Optional evening meal and included breakfast were very basic, made with cheap ingredients… The whole hotel looks like a former retirement house, the breakfast room was overcrowded and badly organized (when you put large round tables in small squared area, you loose a lot of space and fluidity…)

Ok motel

Upon booking you will get a message that this is a very simple accommodation which is true and lowers your expectations. It is indeed very basic, but satisfies most of the needs a traveller has. Good beds. Basic but good breakfast, they even served fresh strawberries which I loved. The staff is very nice.

Basic maintenance should be done, loose screws and broken toilet seat is something that even a basic accommodation should avoid. Not really a good value for money but there are limited places around.

There’s a roof and a bed and running water. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was impressive, place was quiet.

Barely passable for cleanliness and condition of room. No bed bug mattress coverings. Bathroom is not sloped so water goes all over the floor and you have to squeegee it into the drain. Laminate flooring pulling up. Curtains do not block light coming in window.

The place has great potential, I wish them the best.

Of the six hotels we stayed at in Norway, this place had the most comfortable beds. The room was clean, quiet and offered a nice view of the mountains. The location is excellent if you are heading north from Trollstigen.

The room standard is not yet up to par with similarly priced hotels in the area, but I expect this to get better as new investments are made. Our biggest complain is that it got very bright in the morning. The shades didn't cover the top of the windows.

Sleeping over night, in a hostel style paying 200 € . feeling like robbery

location is ok. Beds were good. room clean.

the place is an old school or something like that, transformed in a hotel, and I don’t think is renovated from 80’ s . This is not a issue anyway, because the place was very clean and the bad’s comfortable . The problem is with the price. The price is to much for the room that they offer, way too much. We payed for one night 2 persons 200€. in Oslon at Radisson Blue we payed 194 for a room with Fjord view. Breakfast was ok and simple . Anyway , they charge to much for what they offer.

Pleasant

Breakfast was good, it has a home made feel to it. The staff was very nice and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a nightstand beside the bed, and a board on the bunk beds to keep the pillow from falling out of the lowest bed. And sockets that are possible to reach, and a socket for the hair dryer in the bathroom, where the staff has been so nice to hang one.

Deserves better reviews

This property deserves a better rating than it currently has. It is not a luxury hotel but it is clean and comfortable with good beds. The breakfast is quite OK. You don’t get bacon and eggs but you get hot waffles. Considering the price, it is good value for money.

The breakfast tables are right outside some rooms so if the hotel is busy you may want to ask for a room to the side.

The hotel was in a beautiful location and staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was nice. The location was excellent, surroundings were beautiful.

The bathroom could have been nicer.

Isfjorden #romsdalseggen

Nice location in Isfjorden, easy access to the hotel and the room. plenty of parking outside, no extra charge for dog which is the first time we have experienced this at hotels. OK breakfast, wil visit this hotel again. the owner was very helpful and friendly.

Nothing to write here, everything was as expected.

Not met the expectation but was okay for two nights

Good host and helped us all possible ways. Breakfast was good. Nice view!

No kitchen access. Needed to collect water from another place in the building as we did not want to get drinking water from the toilet. Bathroom door had no lock.

Not satisfied and hope to get more the price I paid.

The distance to Trollstigen and naturaly stop/relax for Our trip. The view to all montain in the area and Jotunheimen.

I don't like the facilities in the area (nothing to do). Fire alarm where activated twice in the night.
