Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for three families. Three master suites, all with California King beds and private bathrooms. Two rooms with full over full bunk beds share a hallway bath. Bathrooms are upgraded with tile, granite, and quartz inlays in showers. Laminate wood flooring and travertine tile flooring throughout. Master Bedroom #3 has upgraded carpet. Upgraded Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Half Bath is located off the kitchen/dining room area and has a full-size washer and dryer. The main living room has a 55"+ TV, and All bedrooms have 47' LCD TV. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet. The garage has a game room with full-size billiards and a ping-pong table. Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats are available for your infant's and toddler's use. The rear yard has a beautiful pool, in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs. Nice short walk to Disney & Disney tram. The home has central air and heat. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards. This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. The property worked well for our first trip to Disneyland. I would not really say it is easy to walk to Disney from here, but the drive was short. The property was certainly updated from the most recent sale photos avaialble online (clearly an addition done to make more rentable) but is showing signs of wear. The gigantic couch and table are helpful for large groups but overtake the rooms. Beds were okay, not particularly comfortable. We appreciated having a kitchen, game garage, and pool for down time, and the kids loved having their own rooms. The neighborhood clearly takes the brunt of Disney tourism and the pool door alarm was annoying, but seems to be the local requirement.
Overall it worked out for our needs, but we weren't wowed by the property or location. Definitely appreciated the clear and prompt communication from the management team -- thank you!

The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed. The only thing I didn’t like was that the door automatically locked us out at 10am. I left a phone charger and went back to get it but couldn’t get in. I was told the charge to ship it to me was $25+shipping+packaging. Not cool considering what I paid for the rental. Also not really walkable to Disneyland.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The home is perrfectly located near Disney if that is your aim. However, I was traveling with my elderly grandmother. The property is single story but definitely NOT wheelchair accessible. Please be mindful there are stairs leading down to the garage and the back two bedrooms as well as entering in the front door. My brother and I had to pick her up in her wheelchair to get her in and out of the home; not what we planned on doing. We tried having her enter in through the back gate that leads to the bedroom BUT the walkway is barely wide enough to walk through. The home is nice but only the pool is "highly upgraded." The dining table does not have this beautiful runner as pictured, instead there is a plastic table cloth cover that has seen better days. The home itself is clean and comfortable but do not expect new.

The definite positive of this home is its great location. It’s an easy/safe 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland and it has a great view of the fireworks from the front yard. We were so thankful for all of the strollers available. It did fall short for us in cleanliness and appearance. You can definitely tell it’s used often as the walls were a little dirty with stains/scuffs, the furniture is a little wobbly/warn, and beds need replacing. But overall we were happy enough with our stay. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub after longs days at Disney.

Excellent property. Close to Disneyland. Probably a 20 minute walk. We drove to the park due to some in party with disabilities, but you can easily walk. You have a limited view of Disneyland fireworks from the front yard. Game room was a hit. Pool and hot tub are very nice. Easy communication with host, very helpful. Great stay.

House was perfect for our trip to Disneyland & CA Adventure. Process was easy! House was clean. Too many rules for the money you pay. Did not like video camera and ring camera on property. Nobody wants big brother watching. La Donna was great and very helpful. Can’t have fun with rules posted everywhere and the annoying pool alarm on slider. No fun between the hours 9pm - 9am. Also, extra charge to heat the pool! That’s not right! Read all the rules before your book.

We came in for a short, packed vacation. This house was so great. Close enough to Uber to and from Disney. We even took a break in the middle of our Disney day to come back to the house and swim. Ladonna was so great. Responded quickly when I had a question and made all the city rules easy to follow. The trickiest part is the alarm to the backyard. We just felt bad every time we missed it. The poor neighbors.!! Thank you for a great place to rest in between all the fun.

House was great. Pool was excellent. The walk to Disney is about a mile from the house to the security check in. We had six adults and three kids aging from 1 to 10. The house layout worked great. The pool table, ping pong were a big hit. Having the double stroller at the house helped us not having to bring or rent one. Overall we would rent this house again.

Loved the property, communication, pool, location, & experience overall. Not sure why people are complaining about “rules” as being a good neighbor to others shouldn’t be an issue. The house is huge & fine to stay temporarily in. Ya there’s things that are older but they aren’t in my own home so I don’t care! It was all great overall! We drove & parked in a lot when at Disney but it’s walkable if you are able.

It was a nice property, convenient to Disneyland and in a low-key neighborhood. The door alarm to get to the pool was an irritation but necessary for child safety. The pool table, ping pong table and games were a big hit. The restrictions for outdoor music and the 10:00 curfew seemed very strict but we were able to work with them. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, right temp, clean. A few things need upgrading (dining room chairs, toilet in back master bedroom) but overall it was a great place to stay.

The house is in a very quite neighborhood. Only noise in the evenings was the fireworks from Disneyland that you can watch from the driveway. Everything about the house was clearly spelled out ahead of our visit. Only thing missing from what the listing offered was a waffle maker. But that in no way detracted from our visit or the great time we had at the house. We would definitely like to stay in one if these properties again.

We were pleased with the house overall: There's plenty of space; there are nice bedroom options that can accommodate a variety of groups with adults and/or kids; the water in the pool was awesomely warm; the neighborhood is cute and quiet; and the house is close to Disneyland, although a bit too far to for our group to walk (so we took Uber to/from the park).
We were disappointed in a couple of relatively minor things: The TVs throughout the house are not “smart" TVs and they’re connected only to basic cable, so they were functionally worthless for us. (Our kids reacted to a TV with basic cable the way that they reacted the first time that they saw a car with crankshaft windows. Perplexed and astonished....) Next time I’d pack our AppleTV and a long HDMI cable. The air hockey table was broken, which was a disappointment to our kids. They replaced it with a standard billiards table while we were there; it's nice, but air hockey would've been better, and the billiards table is too close to a wall for people to shoot from one side. As others have noted, the rules are voluminous and conspicuously posted everywhere. But, they really just boil down to "be a good neighbor to the full-time residents," and they weren't any issue for us, since we were at the parks all day and we crashed at night during the quiet periods.
We had an excellent experience overall with the property-management folks. The communications before our arrival and during our stay were outstanding, prompt, and friendly. Their post-rental communications in response to our requests to refund our security deposit were "noticeably less prompt," but it all worked out. We'd rent here again for sure.

The location, pool, space, and BBQ are all highlights of this house. As we cooked Christmas dinner, there could have been more provisions as in other houses we have stayed at. That said, most probably eat out more often when staying here. The dinning room chairs as in other reviews need repair. Overall, just a wonderful place. Communication with the Hosts was excellent. And the Christmas tree was a much appreciated touch. Thank you from all of us!

The house was nice but the rules for the community and the house were not something we enjoyed. Very bare minumium as there was only one garbage bag, we had to fold and distruibute towels from the dryer when we arrived (which was not a big deal) but just felt uncomoftable by the messages and rules of the house and community. We have always stayed at the disney resort and will not choose a vrbo next time because of this. The house was nice though so it is just us personally.. had to run to the store to buy a printer for my college daughter and the gang was headed to disney so I literally parked the car on the curb for less than 5 minutes and was getting phonne calls and text messages to move my car... it was just too strict for us as we felt watched. It was wierd plus we had arrived super late due to flight cancellations so missed our first day for the kids to swim and asked if we could check out at 11 am instead of 10 am which in my opinion is pretty early and unusual for a nice hotel or vrbo and they never got back to us so we checked out at 10 am and went and sat at the aiport. It could have just been better and the communication from the owners is all about following the rules and maybe you will get your security depoist back in 14 dyas if you followed all our rules.... it was an interesting expereince for me as I also own a hotel and our staff is about positive communication.

We had a great stay as an extended family at the property. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the most important part was 3 master en suites for the 3 couples in addition to the proximity to Disneyland. The only suggestion we have is blackout curtains are desperately needed in some of the bedrooms as the blinds insufficiently keep out the early morning sunlight. Otherwise a fantastic stay.

Plenty of room for 9 people, kitchen was very functional and we loved the little extras like pool toys, games, children’s toys, extra pillows, extra blankets, TV’s in every bedroom, pool towels, full size washer and dryer and the proximity to the Disney Parks was extremely convenient. (Uber drive to the parks less then $10.00)

We were so incredibly fortunate to find this property last minute for an impromptu vacation to Disney with my adult children (ages 21, 22 & 23).
The contract signing process was a tad stressful, but I think that’s more due to our last minute booking rather than if we had more advanced time. Also, I don’t fault the mgmt company, the rules for the city are extremely layered & strict, and required to be able to continue to rent the home, so I understand why they had to be so thorough.
Anyhow, the home itself is AHHH-MAZING!!! 3 masters w/ king beds and their own attached bathrooms, plus 2 additional rooms with full size bunks in each! Also, an additional bathroom with both shower and bath AND a powder room!! Yep, 5 bedrooms (7 beds!) and 5 (!) bathrooms!! With 3 young adults, that alone is worth its value in gold!!
The kitchen was also great, lots of cooking items for both indoor cooking and BBQ-ing. Plus, great size washer/dryer which I loved! Such a treat to be able to wash clothes or dry towels/swimsuits. The game room was an extra special treat, especially for my competitive adult kids (note: this mom absolutely had to school those kids in ping pong!!)
The kitchen, massive u-shaped couch, large dining room, outdoor seating, bar/wall table and kitchen peninsula allows for so much room to be able to visit with each other! We have very close longtime friends that live nearby and we were able to have them over for dinner on Friday and to enjoy the pool/spa, table games and a nice family BBQ, and there was plenty of space to visit and socialize. It truly is a home away from home!!
Of course, I saved the best detail for last: POOL AND HOT TUB!! The backyard is such an awesome feature!! Plenty of space for everyone to sit around, or swim and splash a bit, or even be in pool or spa and still be together since the spa is over the pool.
Unfortunately, as others have shared also, there are very strict rules about the outdoor curfew. I don’t fault the property mgmt for their due diligence, they are just the messenger for the strict rules, but it is a bummer that you cannot be outside after 10pm. Especially after spending a day at Disney, it would be nice to soak your sore muscles in the hot tub, but it’s a small adjustment and it is what it is. Just be aware of the door sensor - remember that bypass button!
Overall, VERY pleased and will definitely stay again!!

We had 13 of us stay and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the three private master bedrooms all with bathrooms. The kids and adults had fun swimming and using the hot tub. Close to Disney. We walked a few times, but it is a long walk home after a long day. Driving and parking at Disney was easier. There was a Walmart and Target close by. Lots of eating options to choose from. The only challenge about the house was remembering to silence the door alarm before exiting to the pool area. It was definitely necessary as we had very young children that we didn’t want to go out to the pool on their own.
Overall, we would stay again with a large group. We had a blast!
