Our downtown area includes shopping boutiques that offer unique gifts, antiques, home furnishings, local art and that perfect outfit. Dining includes restaurants and bistros that serves savory and fresh local seafood and tasty treats. You will also find a relaxing spa, an inviting waterfront marina, one of Florida’s first lighthouses, family friendly parks, grocery stores and local hangouts that provide live music for your entertainment. All of this you can have within a block and a half of this vacation home. This paradise escape home is distinctively furnished with beautiful tiled floors and stainless steel appliances. It includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, den with pull out bed, updated kitchen, and dining room. It is fully stocked with kitchen utensils, small appliances, towels, sheets, two flat screen TVs, cable, internet, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer. It also has a large backyard that includes a patio and grill for family gatherings and plenty of private parking space for your vehicles and boat. Whatever your pleasures are, you will definitely find them here. You will leave with memories of fun, relaxation and the sight of the gorgeous and breathtaking peaceful sunsets. You will not find another quaint and quiet town such as Port Saint Joe. Well stocked and comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood convenient to walking downtown. We stayed the week between Christmas and New Year and the house was decorated, complete with a little tree and home baked cookies on the counter! Debbie was a great communicator prior to our stay and responded quickly when we had an issue with the wifi connection. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful
The house was wonderful and the beaches are beautiful and full of shells. My kids had a blast and that's my favorite part. You can enjoy the beaches in the peninsula and drive 30 mins to the peninsula to enjoy the gulf. I would highly recommend this house its location was perfeft!!!

This was the perfect spot for long time friends to get together. The house was wonderful with everything we needed and was in the perfect location for us to easily walk anywhere we wanted. David and Debbie were great about keeping in touch and making sure we had a great stay. It was a get away we'll never forget!

Debbie and David were a breeze to deal with and very friendly. This house is very nice, clean, well-appointed and super convenient to town, the beach and boat ramp. We can’t wait to come back!

The home is in a great central location close to everything in Port St Joe. The owners were very nice an accommodating to our needs, would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

Relaxing!
Deborah and David are very responsive and helpful hosts. The house is very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Port Saint Joe is a pretty and peaceful town. It’s a great place for people who like to walk, and Debbie and David’s house is close to everything. I enjoyed being able to walk to stores and the Post Office. Lots of beautiful scenery in the area. St Joseph’s Peninsula State Park is a must see. All in all a very relaxing stay in the warm FL sunshine.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!!
I loved staying at this house. My kids loved the den/children's area! It's so quiet that we are able to go out on the back porch and enjoy the fresh air with out hearing people yelling, cars honking, etc.(like you do at other beach areas). Onther night we could hear the live band from the restaurant down the road playing. It was not loud at all(we could only hear them from tþce back porch not inside). I recommend this very wonderful house to anyone going that way! We can't wait to come back again! One of tþce things that i loved was the garden hose outsell on the back porch to be able to spray off with so we didn't track sand all over the house. The pictures on here don't do this wonderful home justice. Come see for yourself!

Awsome Destination
The house was clean, well equipped, comfortable and in a great location. The owners made a point to come by and meet us which I think is exceptional. They are great folks with a great house.

Debbie and David couldnt' have been nicer!
The home itself was fabulous! Everything we could have possibly needed was there. It has been very well renovated and is very comfortable. We were not disappointed at all. Our parents enjoyed themselves immensely. Thanks again for allowing our AbiGail to stay with us. We will visit again!
