NEWLY REMODELED, SPACIOUS FAMILY FRIENDLY CONDO with pool and nearby beach
About this condo rental
This spacious 2200sq ft family friendly condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with an additional 1/2 bath on the main floor. It is newly remodeled, with new floors on the first two floors, a larger dining room table, and new couches and chairs. Plenty of room for the whole family or a large group of friends with lots to do around this lakeview vacation area. A walk out patio and 2 balconies overlooking Lake Erie. Pool on site. Wake up to a sunrise over the waters of Lake Erie. Plenty of flat screen TV's. Weber gas grill on the patio and full stove/range. All linens provided along with full dishes and pot/pans. Just bring your bathing suit! Very close to the ferry for a day of fun on the islands of Put in Bay or Kelleys Island. Several charter boats are close by for the best fishing on the Great Lakes. Cedar Point and Kalahari Waterpark are within an easy 30 minute drive. Ten minutes to East Harbor State Park which has a beautiful public beach. It will be a vacation that is not easily forgotten! Condo is stocked with DVD's, children's books, indoor and outdoor toys for the kids, a few adult reads, board games, foosball table, pool and an arcade game that will take you back in time. We have baby gates, pack n play with bedding, toddler bed, and a high chair available. Our family had so much fun staying here, we decided to purchase a condo here and share it with all of you! EPA SARS-CoV-2 disinfectant list is used by our excellent cleaning crew to keep everyone in your group safe.

This place was spectacular for our Girl Scout troop. We spent Day 1 at Cedar Point which is just a half hour away. We spent our second day on Kelleys Island. The ferry landing was just a five-minute drive down the road.
There were eight of us total and the bedroom accommodations were perfect. The space was clean and inviting and we had everything we needed for a fun-filled stay. We had a ball!

This is a well maintained condo with a clean pool. My only disappointment was that while you can see the lake from a third floor balcony, none of the nearby beaches are public. You have to drive 10 minutes to the state park for a beach. Otherwise, very nice. My boys loved the fuseball table!

My husband and myself took our 2 sons and daughters in law and 5 grandchildren from age 2 to 17. Everyone has a wonderful time. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The balconies on all three floors were a great addition. Plenty of things to do in the area. Thinking of going back next year with friends. Also the pool was nice and the neighbors were especially friendly.

We enjoyed our visit and had a nice stay at the condo. We loved having the three levels for our kids to spread out. The condo is within 10-20 minutes of some great places to explore along the shore: Marblehead Lighthouse, East Harbor State Park, port Clinton (and the Jet Express to PIB), Catawba, and 30 minutes from Sandusky. The only negatives causing the 4 stars were that the pool needed a cleaning and the towels were a little worn but otherwise the amenities were good. Bring hand soap, dish soap and a sponge for the kitchen. The green space view from the 3rd floor now has new houses being built … though the lake view is still there and wonderful to wake up to!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We had a few minor inconveniences... but the owner was very quick to respond. The area adjacent to our condo was under construction and was very noisy beginning every week day morning at 7am. It was a little annoying... but didn't ruin our day(s).

3 story with a full kitchen and open floor plan on the second floor, games, couches, TV bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. More bedrooms on the third.
Most fully stocked home we have stayed in. This stay was 4 Adults and 5 Kids under the age of 7. More than enough room for every one. We have stayed at 6 other VBRO homes in various locations.

Lots of space for the teens to hang out downstairs with plenty of games to keep everyone busy in the eve. With 3 floors, everyone had enough space to gather or separate. The location provided by easy access to Cedar Point, East Harbor State Park and the ferry to the islands.

We used this condo for a weekend trip to the lake and found it to be pretty much what we expected based on the description. It was conveniently located only just a few minutes from Marblehead light house, 20 minutes from Millers Ferry, and 5 minutes from the Kellys Island ferry.
Everything was clean and in good condition. We also enjoyed the sunrise views of the lake each morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Property was nice and clean. In need of a few repairs. Rules were to strip all beds and start laundry before leaving but no detergent there and a cleaning fee was paid with rental. View of the ladle obstructed with large trees except for 3rd floor. Very nice property inside and comfortable furniture.

Everything was great. We enjoyed the balconies,especially the views from the third floor. Very relaxing. Emily was quick to respond to our questions. We didn't want to leave.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the week! The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The property was very clean. It was nice to see games, books and puzzles for all ages supplied.

Great place, but if older there are a lot of steps each floor with bedrooms mostly on 3d.
Clean, everything we needed esp toys for the little ones.

This was our first time vacationing on Lake Erie and we feel our experience could not have been better. We loved that there was plenty of space to spread out and the views and location were terrific. We hope to rent this property again next year with a longer stay.

Columbus Day Weekend Getaway.
My husband and I were looking for a place for our children and grandchildren to spend a long weekend together. My daughter, son in law and granddaughter live in Michigan. My son, daughter in law, and grandsons live in Upstate NY. We wanted to find a location that we all could meet up and spend family time together. This condo had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Condo suitable for three family gathering of 11 people. Three floors with 16 steps between floors was hard at times lugging belongings in and out. While condo was suitable and relatively clean there was noticeable heavy dust on fan blades and under furniture. Also floors could have used a good scrubbing. Children’s bare feet bottoms had to be washed often from activity inside condo. Our families considered these minor annoyances . I would also recommend that you bring additional paper towels and tissues with since the condo did not have these supplies on hand when they were gone.Overall we enjoyed the condo and would recommend it for others to consider.

We had a great time and Emily was very nice to work with and communicated promtly with me.
The week was fun.m! The only two negative comments I have are that the condo was unacceptably filthy (especially the floors), but not confined to the floors. Example: fans/dusting
Also, there was very limited space outside for children to play.

Labor Day Family Getaway
The condo had more than enough space for 3 families, 6 adults & 5 children. Plenty to keep the young ones busy inside & out. the swimming pool was almost right outside our door and we always had it to ourselves. There were fireworks on the golf course to celebrate labor day and we had a birdseye view from the 3rd floor balcony. Lots to do in the Marblehead area, beaches, boating, fishing, ferrys to Kellys Island & Put in Bay
The owner, Jaime was very responsive to any question I had I would definitely recommend .

Spacious home
This condo is very nice, it fit our family of 10 very comfortably without using all of the beds. It is very close to the town of Marblehead as well as Port Clinton. We had a great 3 night stay and would stay again.

This condo was great ! It was roomy, clean, and had great views. The owner was very great at communicating and offered any assistance if needed. The area is very relaxing with access nearby to the lake, islands, and some fun places to eat! A pool on property is also available.

Accomidations were well kept and had plenty of space.
Had a wonderful time. Plenty of activities for young and old. Did some Island hopping. Toured the lighthouse, Johnson Island confederate cemetery, and Rutherford B. Hayes museum and home in Fremont. Kids enjoyed the Ghostly Manor entertainment center in Sandusky we had a hard time prying them out. The African Safari Wildlife park was very worthwhile for young and old. (bring lots of carrots and lettuce) All in all a great place to stay.

Great condo location with all the comforts of home!
My family was very happy with our stay at your beautiful condo. We found everything we needed for the week and did not need to bring a thing but our clothing! It was exceptionally comfortable and homey. Very much looking forward to our stay next summer.

Great Family Vacation Spot!
Lots of room for our family of 9! Loved having 2 family room areas. The kids set up their xbox on the ground floor while the adults could hang out on the main floor. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean. Just a warning, there are lots of stairs. The kitchen was big enough for multiple people to get meals prepared. We loved the wine chiller too! We were happy to test out some of the local wineries! The area of Marblehead is beautiful. Jamie was a great hostess and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would love to come back.
