And so many other great amenities are just a quick walk away, including the major neighborhood grocery store; multiple eateries; the Newport Pier area, and much, much more! All local favorites! Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Sofa and side upholstered chair and ottoman - Gas log fireplace - Cable TV - Dining table with seating for 6 - Sliding glass door out to front balcony deck KITCHEN: - Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - All major appliances; small appliances - Roomy pantry - Barstool seating for 3 at breakfast bar - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: - Primary Bedroom: King bed; loveseat; cable TV; ceiling fan; en suite bathroom - Bedroom #2: Queen bed; ceiling fan - Bedroom #3: Queen bed; ceiling fan EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 2 twin trifold floor mat w/ extra linens and pillow (best suited for children) are provided for maximum occupancy; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. We had a great stay here. The beds are very comfortable for our preferences. It's so close to the beach and you can walk to the grocery store and restaurants.

Loved the location of the place, it was clean and conveniently located close to anything needed. Only minor issue was parking. You do have a garage spot, but it’s not made for a larger SUV so I was looking for street parking each day. Other than that, great experience, I’d definitely go back.

We had been looking around this area for a quick trip and as a home base between a trip to Pasadena and down to Torrey Pines. This property ended up being perfect for the trip in spite of my concerns about parking. As long as you read the how to for parking and don’t bring too large a vehicle, it isn’t a big deal. The beach was also perfect as well as walking a few blocks down to the pier and shops.

Let me start with the positive...Our overall experience was a great one. It was a located in an excellent area to the beach and boardwalk. I've stayed in this area several times, but not in this unit before this time. It was clean, had cozy beds and walking distance to everything, including some great bars and restaurants. Now for areas to be aware of...There is no air conditioning, but there are many windows to open. This helped but was still somewhat uncomfortable. There are three beds which is perfect for six people, however, living room seating was suited for four people only. We were forced to either sit on hard dining tables or on the tile floor. If you are planning on cooking, be aware that there are absolutely no spices (not even salt & pepper) foil, plastic wrap, oil, cooking spray, nothing-zero. Be aware of this ahead of time and either pack your own or plan to pay a fortune at the store. I found this really weird. previous renters would have had to leave some of this stuff behind, and if so, it was very deliberately taken when the house was cleaned. We had 6 adults and needed to rent a suburban to accommodate us, it would not fit into the parking area supplied and we were forced to find parking on the street which proved challenging every day.

The place was actually a little bit larger than I was expecting. Bedrooms are spaced out enough to give you privacy in each room. I like that everything (grocery store, beach and restaurants) are all within walking distance. My only issue was the parking. If you have more than one car its's a pain to find a spot for the second car, but that's not the fault of the owner. That's just the price you pay for the location. Overall I would stay here again.
