Chủ nhà 02g ~ 03g là giờ khách đặt phòng lại cho người vào thay lõi nước. Phòng bên cạnh thi công khoan đục cả ngày ko thể nghỉ ngơi được, đã thuê phòng nhưng phải đi ra ngoài. Wifi ko dùng được dù đã báo chủ nhà nhưng ko khắc phục. Tóm lại là phí tiền :))

Clean accommodation with all the amenities of a home. The room is beautiful and has a view of the city. Near the main road so it's convenient to catch a car. There are many convenient stores around. The staff enthusiastically supported us during our stay. great thank you so much

my four-day appointment was an absolute disaster. The customer service was appalling, the facilities were in a state of

I can't even begin to express my utter disappointment and frustration with the booking I made for a four-day appointment. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from making the same mistake. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The representatives were unhelpful, rude, and seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns. It was clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic courtesy. Upon arrival at the appointment, the situation went from bad to worse. The service was nothing short of atrocious. The staff appeared unmotivated and untrained, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. They seemed completely clueless about the procedures they were supposed to perform, leaving me feeling like I had wasted my time and money. The facilities were in a deplorable state. The equipment was outdated and malfunctioning, making it evident that no effort had been made to maintain or upgrade them. The entire place was dirty and unkempt, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and questioning the hygiene standards. To add insult to injury, the appointment itself was delayed by hours, without any explanation or apology. It was evident that they had no respect for their clients' time or schedules. This lack of professionalism and disregard for punctuality is simply unacceptable. The quality of the service I received was far below any reasonable standard. It was evident that the staff lacked the necessary expertise and skill to perform their duties competently. This resulted in a subpar experience that left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated.

Nice , and clean, comfortable

. Every time I travel in Ha Noi, my family and I stay at this building . The apartment is located at the Lieu Giai street. The apartment is very spacious. The main color is white. As an apartment in city central, the space here is designed in modern style. When staying at the apartment, this apartment has a quite large lobby. The rooms here all have a very beautiful view of the city. There are single-bed rooms and two-bed rooms. We would usually stay in 2 bedrooms. Each room type will have different unique designs. The large communal balcony gives you space to relax and enjoy the view. The apartment has very good customer service. When there is a problem we only need to use the landline phone to contact the staff. My favorite is the bathroom with city view. Because of the high location, the bathroom here is very good with big bathtub . I really like this area , hopefully come back soon.

-check in time is 2pm but I had to wait until 4:40pm. It was the staff’s fault but no one said sorry to customers.

Interior and view is nice, Cheap and next to the lake.

The rooms were clean, and spacious. I had booked 2 rooms for this, because theirs 8 people 2 in each room.

I hadn't noticed but when arriving it will be in an alleyway so it seems sketchy but the price and place is good to live in. The area around does not have many shops you will have to go central city if you want stores :)

Nice, pretty clean but requires a few homey touches.

Great view - someone might not like it, but the view from the windows is to the Lotte tower and other height buildings. Look neat)

Considering the cost of the property it would be great if the host would equip the kitchen with more or less decent utensils - like fine glasses, mugs - at least 3 pieces of each (to be enough for each person who lives there), but preferably more. Same with forks, spoons or decent cutting board. A soap in the bathroom would be nice. But the rest was just fine.

Spacious. No breakfast.so no comment Not very accessible for food and amenities

1. Room handheld shower not working. 2. No hot water for shower. 3. Uncomfortable bed and bedsheets. 4. Electric kettle not working. 5. No toilet paper 6. No condiments. 7. Some power point not working 8. Water dispenser hot water not working. 9. Glasswares and utensils not well clean 10. Room Aircon control faceplate dropped out

Disappointing

It is close to a mall

The staff is gone. It did not exist. They barely speak english and they are always late. Instead of checking in at 2 pm i checked in by myself at 2.30 pm almost missing my meetings. The pictures clearly do not reflect reality. Stater as lucury actually is not. Better prices around the area and better accomodation.
