Breakfast could be better.

Gemak om locatie te bereiken. Er was een grote parkeerterrein in de buurt en de bushalte was ook heel dichtbij. Als je komt voor zonsondergang en zeezicht dan moet je daar niet zijn, maar alles is binnen loopafstand.

Het hotel was prachtig afgewerkt en leuk ingericht, maar het was niet praktisch. De wastafel stond in de slaapruimte en was heel laag. Je kon bijvoorbeeld je gezicht niet wassen zonder overal water te spetteren. Afstand van het bed naar de tafel met tv en koelkast was heel kort waardoor je geen bereik kon maken van de stoel eronder. Eetzaal was beneden in een kelderruimte wat ik niet zo fijn vond omdat ik graag daglicht zou willen ervaren.

Loved this hotel! Installations are amazing, both pools are incredibly nice and the rooms are super comfortable. Location is perfect, just 1-2minute walk to Fira town center.

The staff welcomed our group of seven like family. Extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful with recommendations and getting around Santorini. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

The structure is very modern and I really loved the architectural and furniture style. There are few rooms and this makes the atmosphere so cosy and tranquil. The position is very comfortable, you can reach in a few minute walk all the interesting parts of Thira. We loved the two swimming pools, the cleanliness of the whole structure and the kindness of the staff, they've been so welcoming and nice. Everything's been perfect!

I cannot fault this hotel! We enjoyed a wonderful few days at Uma Ray, it was hard to leave! The lovely owners and staff were so kind and welcoming, it felt like no request was too much trouble. The room and facilities are immaculately presented, it seems every last design detail has been carefully considered. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The indoor pool was lovely, the water was warm and the pool area has a relaxing spa feel. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk into the town, in a quiet street, easy to access by bus/taxi, right next to a supermarket. The breakfast is just a small buffet selection, but everything was fresh and delicious. If you’re considering a stay in Fira, you must stay at Uma Ray! :)

The outdoor pool wasn’t heated. It was Ice cold. I was very disappointed. Indoor pool was nice. But we wanted to enjoy the nice outdoors of Santorini and lounge by the pool. I would’ve even paid more had the Outdoor pool been Warm. At least warm enough to swim. but it had to be 60degrees.
