الافطار هو نفسه نفسه نفسه كل الوقت لمدة 15 يوماً … افطار امريكي بحت … لا ينظفون الغرف الا كل خمسة ايام وهذا يعني لا يغيرون المناشف الا عندما تتصل وتطلب تغيِّر المناشف وقد يقولون لك حاليا لا يوجد انتظر للغد . وأيضاً يجب تغيير القمامة بنفسك في الغرف …

The AC and carpet needs cleaning. Whole family had allergies/breathing issues during our stay

The hotel room seemed clean but had a very strong smell of damp/musty and dust mites. The ac and carpet probably needed cleaning. We stayed four nights and everyone had allergic rhinitis with coughing and shortness of breath. We noticed a clear difference when we left the hotel. Also the windows did not allow full opening, with locks limiting the opening to just a crack, which also made air renewal difficult. We chose this hotel chain because we really liked the quality of the hotel in St. George, however we got disappointed not just with the cleaning issues, but also quality of the food served for breakfast.

Absolute must stay.

Staff was so friendly. Place was clean and well cared for in the public spaces and the room. The king bed room with a mini kitchen and sofa area was delightful. Far beyond what I expected.

I like the kitchenette and the proximity to Tustin. And the pool area was so nice

There was a pungent smell of cleanser that gave me a headache.

It was spacious as its description. They provided paper towels and dish washing liquid! Other places we had stayed at didn't. They have decent areas for pets to do their business. The staff is friendly and accommodated.

We heard sounds (doors closing, people walking...) outside our room were much louder than we expected.

Looooong check-in, lines of guests spending like 30 mins to check-in (or more?). Was given downgraded room, figured that out not at reception, but when inside. The receptionist then said it would be my room for the whole stay. Called Booking.com, the proper room was provided next day. It costed me some mental health

This is a great place for a long-term stay. I stayed for nine days and I would stay again.

Hi loved the interior and exterior of the hotel. My room was clean and the ceilings were vaulted because I was on the ground for. The pool was clean in the area around the hotel is a safe in suburbia area.

The staff were rude, and lazy, I had to ask for sheets several times and still didn’t get them, and I never got questions answered about whether or not the kitchen oven was available to guest who may want to heat up a frozen dinner

Breakfast starts too late

Rooms are nice and very functional. I love that they have duvet covers (and sheets), not just sheets It is quiet.

Breakfast at 7:30am on Saturday and Sunday means that we will not come back. Sports tournaments start at 8am and I need to feed my son. It just does not work. I did not like either that parking was $20 per night and it was a surprise. Also I am so used to picking double queen or single king that I had not paid attention that this was single queen... Not what I had in mind

An immaculate and well presented property, with excellent bedrooms

Loved the complimentary breakfast selection. Great pool and outdoor area.

My journey from Australia was 20 hours and I arrived to the US with an 18 hour time difference. I arrived to the hotel early - when a room became available (several hours ahead of the check-in time) I was informed I could go to the room if I paid an early check-in fee of $45. I explained I was utterly exhausted from the trip, and asked if I could just go to the room. But the reply was that I had to pay the fee. So I sat in the lounge for another 2 or so hours waiting for the clock to strike the official check-in time. I was with you for 4 nights and a simple gesture on arrival would have been welcomed and sincerely appreciated.

The room was great. The bed and pillows were amazing

We didn’t know there was a pool. And had changed our plans for the day because we weren’t aware there was. Pool. Was disappointed that it wasn’t put on the website. Also asked for a wake up call and never did receive it.
