We would love to welcome you to stay at our home which is a well appointed with fully ducted air conditioning and has lots of space inside and out! Comfortably accommodating 8 people there is the huge deck all under the main roof where sunrise to sunset can be enjoyed. The glistening ocean dazzles as you prepare your meals in the kitchen or cooking your barbecue. The deck is suitable for all year round protection no matter what the weather brings overlooking a fabulous lawn area perfect for the game of Bocce. The home also provides some board games to play in between the downtime of being mesmerised by the panoramic views....Whales included! The home is well furnished and kitchen well equipped for your home away from home feel. There is even some family chooks onsite for you to feed the kitchen scraps to and collect your eggs for your breakfast. Escape to the country in style!! Situated overlooking the township of Kalbarri and only a 5 minute drive into town or ride a bike and stop and have a coffee and muffin at Jacques Beach on the way past or with a water bottle and an apple in your pocket head off for a hike around Mushroom Rock or Pot Alley Gorge and beach. All from your front door without the hustle n bustle of being in town. Endless activities to fill your days and then relax back watching the sunsets from the deck and chat about what tomorrow may bring!!!

There were 4 adults and 4 children aged 9-10years in our party and the property was absolutely perfect in every way. From the initial communication with Wendy to the checkout process, everything was seamless. The property location was perfect for us and the view and property itself were fabulous. The house is large and very well equipped. The children were completely entertained with the dart board, table tennis table and visits from kangaroos and emus. With easy access to town and all of the sights Kalbarri has to offer, I really can’t fault our stay. Thank you so much Wendy for trusting us with your home.

Very large property perhaps more suited to large family groups, but it also accommodated our group needing 3 double bedrooms. Very well equiped. Fabulous views and a quiet neighbourhood. Problems with plumbing were solved by the caretaker, Kerryn who also spent time showing us her rescued joeys and allowing us to feed the growing ones. A little soulless because of its size, but still a delightful property.

We all had such a great time and enjoyed our stay in this magnificent property, very spacious and clean and exactly how pictured and just perfect for two families. The view from the deck was absolutely amazing and the ping pong table and dart board and bocce were a bonus.

We loved our 5-day stay in Kalbarri. The house suited our group of 7 friends well. It was clean, spacious & comfortable, with a great location. A few extra things would have made it more welcoming — including enough dining chairs (there were 6 in a house that slept 8), enough cutlery so that there were adequate knives for dinner even if we’d used a couple while preparing food. Direct communication with the owner was prompt & straight forward. However the instructions provided in the Stayz app were not fully comprehensive or welcoming - one day that showed as available on the booking calendar was not actually available; it was not mentioned that we’d only receive the access code the night before our arrival; there were fines specified for not complying with house rules. Overall we loved the house, but thought the instructions could sound more friendly & welcoming.

Can't really fault this accommodation. The backyard is spacious and well kept, the bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable, plenty of storage, good amenities provided, kids play nook, kitchen well stocked, great range of appliances, table tennis and darts available, great for our family stay. The house is approx 8 mins drive out of town, close to Red Bluff beach area, amazing views across the coast. Would highly recommend.

Spacious home suitable for families. Stayed here with three adults and one teenager. Games, table tennis, bocce are all provided. House is a few kms out of town and initially I was a bit disappointed about this but actually it was great. Beautiful views that you wouldn’t get in town, the drive was short into town, there isn’t much to do in town anyway, it is close to many walks, and we enjoyed getting to know some of the emu families and kangaroos that would wander around the area each morning and evening. I would now prefer this location to being in the centre of town. The home was clean and Wendy the manager was very responsive, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.

From the moment of booking this Property everything flowed without any hiccups. Wendy the Property Owner was very efficient and friendly and made us feel welcome. The Property is well l9cated about 6 x minuted from the Centre of Kalbarri. It had an amazing view from the Patio /Deck area which we loved.

Great property and views, clean and good sized backyard for kids to run around. No chickens as advertised but that was fine. Whales were seen breaching in the ocean. Coffee pods for the machine would be a nice addition.

This property has an incredible ocean view with a huge, spacious house and yard and is so well appointed. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this accomodation! Panorama was excellent in all areas It was peaceful, restful and had a 5 star hotel luxury feel. The only considerations would be the lounges need updating, and perhaps a lounge out on the deck to relax when the wind is blowing. Overall it was a beautiful experience.

Good location just outside of town. Amazing views. Fast responses from host. Has a surprise wild rabbit in the backyard (that is scared of people) and outside the fence it's easy to see Emus and Kangaroos.
