Our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home will surely make you feel at home and, best of all, comfortable & relaxed. The home has been completely remodeled from the floors to the ceiling in 2013, however, the home has not lost it's classic "old Vegas" character & charm. ~ Excellent & convenient location ~ Formal living & dining room, ~ TV & social room with an adjoining kitchen & eating bar. ~ Large kitchen, gas stove, granite countertops, all appliances ~ A wonderful open & social floor plan ideal for families ~ Ideal for business professionals with 5 beds ~ Literally minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and the Las Vegas convention center. ~ Minutes from excellent and recommended restaurants - Chinatown is 2 blocks away ~ We're just 2.5 miles west of the Strip immediately off Desert Inn Road (main east/west thoroughfare). ~ Private, secluded, large pool & spa/hot-tub with covered patio area perfect for dining outside or relaxing by the pool. ~ Grocery markets are literally right around the corner-minutes from the home ~ Quiet neighborhood and secluded from the hustle & bustle of the city, yet close enough to be within the Strip atmosphere within 10 minutes by car. ~ 3-Car garage for inside park complete with automatic garage door opener for ease of coming & going ~ We're confident you will be thrilled with our excellent location. It was a great place! It felt like a home away from home. The backyard amenities definitely exceeded expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The privacy and quietness of the area are unbeatable.Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

This home was clean, extremely well stocked and we loved the pool. Mike was very flexible with our plans and super easy to communicate with. We had our two grandsons, ages 2 and 4, on and off during the week and they had such a fun time in the pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and grocery stores were minutes away. We only went to “the strip” once and this home was close enough, but also far away enough that we didn’t feel like we were in Vegas. Thanks for offering such a nice home.

We came to bowl in the Women's Nationals that was held at South Pointe. We bowled the first 2 days and enjoyed downtime the rest of the week. House was laid out nicely. We could have used another full bathroom, as we had 5 ladies getting ready at the same time, but we did it. The house was stocked and we didn't need for anything. Very close to strip. Very easy to fine. We used urber every day. We are from the hot south, so we could have used the air temperature a little lower, but we made do with the extra fans. Thanks Jon

We were extremely happy with this experience. Perfect location in a residential neighborhood close to everything, but sitting in the backyard, poolside, it feels like a very private tropical setting. Wonderful, clean, well-maintained large outdoor swimming pool. I could swim laps!
The house itself is spacious, nicely appointed, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed, though the area restaurants are a big enticement not to eat at home.
The Vegas strip is an easy drive from the home, but one of our highlights was a visit to Red Rock Preserve which is less than a half hour away and is gorgeous. Lots of hikes to choose from or just drive the loop by car for some beautiful scenery.
Communication with Mike, the host, was excellent. Very welcoming and clearly communicated everything we needed to know.
We were a group of five elderly adults but I can't imagine any age group not loving this rental. Highest recommendation.

There was so much thought put into this home by owner for anything and everything you could possibly need! We enjoyed our vacation so much!!

This was the BEST VRBO I have stayed in. It was even better than advertised, perfect location, and super clean. Mike, the property owner, was easily contacted and responded immediately. This house really felt like HOME. His regulations/expectations were straightforward, and the house was stocked with almost anything you could possibly need. It was a delight to stay here, and I hope to be able to book again!

The pool was ice cold. There's no heater or solar cover to heat the pool. One of the main reasons for booking the rental was the pool. Very disappointing with this experience.

We had a great stay in Vegas, the location was great and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. It met all my expectations, super easy to check in and get settled in the house. Kitchen was fully stocked so we didn't have to worry about picking up small items. Would definately stay here again and recommend to friends.

The house met all our expectations and was a good place to stay. Everything is in line as advertised. We didnt use the outside area due to the cold period, so can comment on the garden. Mike is a very friendly host.

We arrived in the Winter. The decor was beautifully done with many cozy nooks and areas to relax with the family or just chill by myself. It was so nice, we enjoyed just spending time at the house (although we did venture out to the strip). I would come here again and again!

Property was great and just as listed. Mike was a great help as our flight schedules changed and helping to accommodate our above and beyond request. We chose to stay off the strip so we could have quiet time and uninterrupted sleep. We got just that. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. Grocery store was a 10 minute at most walk on sidewalks along a main road. That was great to grab a couple items at a time when we so wished. Would highly recommend and stay at again!

Great house, great location, quiet neighborhood, the pool was very relaxing and cooling after a long day in the hot sun. Would 100% recommend this property and owner. The owner was very responsive to all my questions.

The house was ok for the price. The pool was not appealing at all. Even though there is a pool guy there twice a week it has some permanent staining that just makes it look dirty and the wind blows leaves and yard waste in to pool constantly. The house itself is a bit outdated and could really use some TLC. We were charged an extra $250 at the end of the stay.
1. Checking in early. They said we entered the house at 1:30. Which was not true, we ended up going out to Primm and even ventured into California. We had dinner then went to the house. It was definitely after 6.
2. Adjusting the thermostat below the 73 deg setting. As I explained to the host, the entire second floor was 93 upon our arrival and nobody could even sleep up there the first night. The following morning I adjusted the thermostat back to 73 and didn't need to adjust it again.
3. Extra guest. I will take this one. My parents came over from California for theek. I didn't mention it to the host because we had an entire bedroom not being used. But I should have let the host know, so I will take that extra charge.

Mike was a great host and our family had some great relaxing times in the pool and hot tub. Convenient to airport and the Strip. Would definitely rent again.

Charged fees for things that did not happen and things allowed. Owner was very dishonest
So. We took the garbage out to the street Tuesday morning as asked because the garbage would be picked up. However, I got charged for having dog poop in the bottom of the can? We did not fly or dogs down there. We did have grandchildren with us to swim for a day and there was a diaper placed in a bag. We told them we were going to vegas to see the kids. This house states children 0-18 are allowed. Does not state that I can't throw away diapers. And did they dig through the can on the street?
We recycled everything yet got charged. Again that can was put on the street. Got charged for smoking and cigarette butts? We do not smoke, however if we did, the ad states smoking us allowed outside.
I am sure they did not find anything wrong when we left! They did find a clean bbq which i had to clean to use and i do have potos of that.
I have rented many houses from vrbo and never had a problem till now. Extremely disappointed in this owner and vrbo is disputing these charges for me. Shame on the owner but thank you vrbo

We came to Vegas for four days to celebrate our daughter's wedding. We wanted to stay in a quiet place, away but in a close proximity to the Strip and the location was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice and perfectly located - 12-20 minute drive (depending on traffic) to the Strip, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minute away from a very nice organic grocery shop, very close to many nice restaurants, 45 minute drive to the Valley of Fire... We greatly enjoyed it. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space to spend time as a family or to have private space to relax. The pool looked amazing (unfortunately, we couldn't use it because of very cold weather, however, we greatly enjoyed a hot tub). Mike was a wonderful host - his communication was very fast with clear details and instructions. We would highly recommend staying at Mike's house and would not hesitate returning and staying here again.
