You don't want to miss out on this awesome location. located in Hudson Florida. Note: If you book for the month we highly recommend you get our cleaner in the second week to avoid any additional cleaning charges to the property.

the house was as described in good condition . the owner as made great accomodations for anyone who stays . we enjoyed our short stay at the house which was the perfect size for our 4 adults and two kids . thank you

What a great time we had. Peaceful, quiet and serene tropical setting was the icing on the cake. We were lucky to have beautiful weather and spent most of our time outdoors. Such a cute setup in the backyard. Felt like we were staying a resort. We'll be back!

The home was spacious, nicely furnished and has a gorgeous view of the water. Carol, the property manager, was very friendly and responsive. I would have rated it a 5 but some of the outside furnishings needed cleaning/updating which are being addressed. We would stay again.

We needed a place to stay that was close to a home we just bought that we were working on. Had a little trouble getting in with the key but Carol was helpful, should have more than one key. All the little extras that were provided were nice. It is a mobile home that has been added on to and the so called 3rd bedroom is very hot, there is a window air conditioner provided but it is loud and there is no closet to put any clothes in. The master bedroom is the nicest, but the whole place could use an upgrade, many things are very dated and it does have a smell. We did have to leave early because of the hurricane that came through and she did refund us some of the money. It worked for us because of our situation but if I would have truly been on a vacation, I would have been disappointed for the price paid.

3 generations enjoyed our stay at the Tiki Retreat. We brought our own boat and pulled right up to the dock from the private community boat ramp, for our scalloping trip. We had convenience of 2 sinks outside to help our cleaning process, a grill and outdoor seating to enjoy our harvest. Walmart, gas, bait shop and ice cream shop was with in minutes of the property. But most of all the communication and thoughtfulness of the owner was the sugar on top. We were greeted with a pie and care basket and the property actually had enough trash bags, toilet paper and laundry detergent for our stay. We didn't want to leave the retreat!

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times now and we love it. The house is great, the backyard and tiki hut are fun and very useful. And the floating dock is the perfect place to tie your boat up with a super-fast channel that gets your right out to The Gulf. Just make sure you watch the tides and plan your trip well…getting to and into the channel on a full/new moon can be a little tricky…but after a couple days you’ll learn it well. We will be back to stay again next year!

I took my daughter and a few friends to Hudson for her senior trip as I knew it was close to Clearwater beach.Couldn’t ask for a better location ! I clean houses for a living and I am very “hard” to please when staying places but this place was sooo clean !!! The beds were comfortable ,bathrooms were spotless , floors spotless etc …. It had everything we needed including charcoal and lighter fluid for fire pit ! The check in process was simple and Carol was always quick to respond to any questions . I would give this a 10+++ highly recommend . We will be back. !

We have plenty of room to spread out and relax and entertain some family that live in the area as well. The mornings out by the canal, sitting with our feet in the sand was wonderful! Carol was the nicest in every way possible. The property was so perfect. Very very clean, had everything you could ever need for a vacation. The back yard was so peaceful, we even got our morning coffee on the dock with dolphins. If we are ever in the area again, I would 100% stay again

All in all it was as advertised. Carol was on top of everything. The weather was the best 27 days I have ever seen. Absolutely picture perfect. Tried fishing off the dock with little success, but even a bad day of fishing is better than your best day at work. We would definitely go again.

This rental has a very strong odor that made us sick. I had to leave the first night due to a headache and breathing issues. The others woke up with sore throats. Large bugs in the kitchen. Bedspread not clean. Clogged bathroom sink. Mildew on shower curtains.

Needed a place to stay for a week while my wife had surgeries to her back locally. Found Tiki Retreat as it was close to the surgery center and it was perfect and just what a doctor would order. Super clean and gorgeous property perfect for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was so convenient to everything you could need and also super friendly. Have I mentioned our host? Carol made us feel right at home and her communications and style made our stay that much more enjoyable. If you need a place to call home for a few days or weeks or just to get away for some fun Tiki Retreat should be your first consideration. Cheers to our host Carol!!

Only problem was check in, but not owner/host's fault...VRBO website was down when I arrived and I couldn't access the web for checkin instructions. After a while, the website was restored. Would definitely book again.

Myers after Hurricane Ian. So we came back for more of a good thing. Carol was the best as a friendly and accommodating host.
