This stunning lake front home features large bay windows to accent the outstanding lake view and upscale, modern conveniences. Whether you are here for hiking trails, shopping, casinos or just a family getaway, this place is for you! Leave all the stress behind and just come and relax in this house with stunning view. Located in the heart of the Poconos, this house is in an amenity full gated community, and minutes away from Ski slopes, casino, shopping, hiking trails, antique shops, and parks. Enjoy summer mornings kayaking and paddle boating from a private dock, sunbathing in afternoon and watching sunsets while making S'mores on fire pit. Enjoy winter days skiing at your local mountains, going to indoor water-parks, or just be potato in front of a fireplace. This is a fully furnished house with full functional kitchen. There are four bedrooms, one living room, one family room, one entertainment room, oversized garage, 2.5 bath, and a dining area with a lake view. Master bedroom has a full-bath including a jacuzzi tub with a view to the lake, and a stall shower. Living room has a love seat and a queen sleeper which can be easily converted in to bed. Family room has a sleeper and a futon, where you can watch tv while enjoying the lake view or simply enjoy the fire place. We want you to feel like home, and feel free to use all. We have one locked closet in master bedroom that we keep our personal things it, the rest is your to use. My friends & I stayed at this lake house for a weekend and we had a wonderful stay. We made a lot of memories and the house was great for what we wanted. Definitely one for the books & the vibes

For what we where charge was not worth it(we got ripped off). It was great having family together but house in subpar condition. Was told everything was fixed and it was not. Inside fire alarms wires hanging. Hockey table broken 2 ' off floor and not balance so could not use. Pool table looked like found on a street and put there. Windows hardly any screens(where on deck and back yard) and all windows unlocked. Was wondering why unlocked maybe people sneak in. Back deck had broken glass on it and screw heads are sticking out. Dock, really bad if i showed pictures you want believe. holes/missing boards/boards sticking out/partially under water/front end sinks/. Grass not even cut. If the owner of this property just took a little care it would have been better. It was such a disappointment and would not recommend this to anyone. Glad none of family got hurt on deck. FIX AND TAKE PRIDE IN WHAT YOU RENT!!!

The location and layout were great, but that's where the good stopped. I had read the previous review from October, 2020, and approached the owner about it. The owner insisted that the concerns were minor, and that they had been addressed.
We pulled up to the house, which is covered with mold/moss mildew, and had visibly broken window blinds. The housecleaners did not finish until 30 minutes after check in time. After our wait, we were ready for a drink. However, there was no ice, nor any ice trays to make ice. The kitchen also lacked oven mitts, 2 of the burners on the stove did not work, the multi-cooker had no pressure valve, and the 2 large cooking pots/pans were scratched and rusty. Also, the dishwasher leaks when running.
There were no instructions on how to use the gas fireplace, and the pool table and air hockey table are located in the garage, making it a real challenge to enjoy in the cold winter.
The bedrooms were a decent size. However, there was no heat available in the master bedroom. It looked like it was available, but there was no visible way to activate it. Also, the bed looked as if they had just sprayed the sheets and blankets with febreeze, and folded the blanket at the end of the master bed.
Also, the washing machine leaked, and there is evidence of significant longterm water damage wound the laundry area.
The owner responded to my concerns, but nothing was done about them. He did refund $100.00, but that barely covered the additional expenses we had to cover because of the basic necessities that this property lacked.
If the owner took just a little care, and had a manager/service to make sure the property was presentable and functional, it could be a top notch place, but I do not recommend that you spend any $$ to stay here until they do.
