Located on the 18th floor of Chevron Renaissance Towers, our beautiful ocean view skyhome "Paradise Found" is one of the top booked holiday apartments in the centre of Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast. Sprawling over 120 m2 with 2 large bedrooms, the apartment captures 180 degrees of stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, Surfers Paradise city skyline, and all the way down to Paradise Waters and beyond. Chevron Tower is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise and directly above the Chevron Renaissance shopping and dining precinct. This resort offers stylish, relaxing Gold Coast accommodation. The resort offers many great features for all the family to enjoy including large outdoor swimming pool, two indoor heated pools, a cinema, a sauna, an indoor spa, two tennis courts, BBQ areas, a games room, playground and much more! The apartment comes fully self contained including all linen, cutlery, crockery, gourmet kitchen and utensils, laundry and dryer, unlimited free WIFI and reserved car parking - all you need is to bring your suitcase. The apartment is fitted with a centralized air conditioning system. Sleeping arrangement is a king bed in main bedroom with 42" LCD, and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom. All mattresses are super comfort Pillow Top Mattress. Max Guests: 4 Adults + 1 Child Bedding Configuration: 1 king bed in the master bedroom with ensuite; 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom; 1 extra folding bed for Child; Guests Check-In: Email or SMS at least 30 minutes prior to arrival; meet & key handling at the Chevron Tower 3 reception lobby. The proximity to shops and public transport is fantastic.

Close to everything! Clean and lovely check in experience. Just please do not take little ones in the shower as the temp went from scolding hot to freezing cold constantly so very dangerous for little ones. There is a bath.. that’s the only negative and I don’t think that’s the owners problem more so the body corporate.

This apartment was well located in a complex with secure parking, a lot of convenient facilities, pools BBQ's, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants with the beach a short walk away.
May was an excellent host with great communication and very helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable and with ocean views from the balcony. Highly recommend.

Overall we were happy with the accommodation.
Pros -
Handy to shops, cafes, pharmacy & supermarket on the lower floor.
Although not right on the beach we still had a balcony view of the water.
A couple of minutes walk to Cavill Mall.
Free secure parking, wifi, air conditioning, decent kitchen, washer & dryer all helpful in a family unit.
Supplied a rollaway bed for our 3rd child which was really helpful - often accommodation for 5 is tricky to find.
Nice swimming pools & grounds.
Cons
Bathroom dated and quite grotty.
We used the clothes dryer & because it wasn't vented, it made the bathroom quite damp - this is not healthy, causes mould etc.
Very uncomfortable couch.
Overall we were happy with the accommodation for what we paid for it, it's not 5 star and doesn't advertise as that but certainly a decent 3 star place.

The location is ok and the pools are nice for kids but I don’t like staying in places that have holes punched in the walls that are poorly patched up and a place that if they had say ten basic things would dramatically improve your stay.

A spacious apartment, clean though a bit dated, but the location in central Surfers Paradise and the beautiful ocean views make up for it. The guy who met us there to give us the keys was a bit rude and brusque, which spoiled our arrival a bit.

We loved this apartment! It was spacious and clean and had beautiful views. With 2 young children we ate in a fair bit, the kitchen had everything we needed and the apartments facilitates were excellent. Our girls loved the lagoon pool and playground. The location was also perfect with shops, restaurants and beaches all within a short walk. Highly recommend this apartment. May the host always responded promptly and was easy to

The property over all was fine, however the whole time we were there the aircon was broken. Over the New year period so it was extremely hot and muggy.
The curtains we slightly sorter then the windows and not block out whatsoever, so in combination of the light and heat, we didn’t get much sleep.
The property owner was as helpful as possible, however the building maintenance lacked.

Centrally located with a plethora of eateries directly beneath the towers, choice was premium. The lagoon pool was great fun for the family. The room was executive level in presentation however several small maintenance issues were present.
