The location was excellent with plenty of bars and restaurants within a few blocks.

The restaurants and bars that were n the street below were noisy well past midnight and made sleeping difficult..The property offered free parking but in a location that was impossible to find. I spent two hours circling the city trying to find it and wound up giving up and paying for my own parking.

Other than the location, the property, the owner and the whole experience was very disappointing. I would really not recommend at all. Read the bad reviews, they're all true. Do not book this place!

Black hairs throughout the bathroom, black mould in the bathroom, shower floods, toilet broken, fridge broken. Two single not double bed, got one bed instead of standard apartment. Terrible check in experience, the owner then did nothing about the issues and was rude. Honestly the poor reviews are true and trust me, you can get so much better for the same money in the same area / street.

The location was great. There was an outside balcony that was nice in the afternoon. The owner was patient with me whilst gaining access.

It was damp and the fridge was not clean. The upstairs bathroom was leaking into the downstairs bathroom and caused flooding. This would need to be fixed.

Situated in the old town, with plenty of bars and restaurants around.

Very basic accommodation with a cramped and difficult to negotiate entrance.

Very central and all the appliances worked plus wifi .

A lot of street noise and reported a broken toilet seat , I found automatic key locks very stressful as was paranoid wouldn’t work if mobile phone got stolen or broke etc -much prefer a key in a lockbox.

The place was cute and very central. We had everything at our feet, and we managed to find parking by the museum which was close enough

It was hard to find the underground parking suggested so we were frustrated until we took time of to relax and found a better option. The area os very nosy at night. The very modern system to enter the place took a while to master, and did not work easily. No soap or shampoo were provided.

The location of the property is great, in the middle of town, so everything is walking distance. For the price the property is a bit small but I guess you paying for the location.

The lock system, parking is a nightmare and communication about the key and parking for the place might not always be as efficient as it is intended to be.

The location on Franja street was excellent.

The two entries was web-based and the door handle was tricky to work. I stood outside my room door for about 20 minutes to wait for someone to open the door. I finally managed to enter myself and learned that the handle has to be turned to the left during the brief green light blink. The lodging main door is also tricky, requiring multiple pushes after the remove buzzer sounds. Separately, the bathroom toilet is too close to the shower door. One has to turn sideways. Also, the shower floor is dangerously slippery with no anti-slip tape. Someone could get seriously hurt.

Is ok for a 1-2 night stay for a weekend break.

No cupboard space for hanging clothes only two hangers provided. We were-in a tour of spain with big luggage . Staying 12 nights and not to be able to hang anything made the room very untidy and difficult to live in 12 nights. Room and linen were only cleaned once per week . So we had wet towels the whole time. It was not pleasant. We expected more facilities for the price we paid in September.

Location is great. You are on a pedestrian street with many great restaurants and bars. Apartment is in center of Old Town, so most everything is in walking distance. Apartment has a great private balcony overlooking pedestrian street. Balcony also has comfortable chairs and table. Apartment is as described by management. It's a nice place, I would stay here again.

All access to building and apartment is through your cellphone and website. I was unable to enter building getting errors messages, website cannot be reached and timed out several times. Called management and was soon able to access website. If something happens to your phone you have no access.

The location was perfect !

I liked the location and fact that it was a virtual check in. The place was a really good use of space.

Because the location is so central, it can be noisy at night (more of a hum of people talking). Small price to pay for the location !

Parking is a bit complicated make sure you get the directions before you arrive

The location is fantastic and the studio is very comfortable - we lengthened our stay as a result.

There was the odd noise from pipes but otherwise everything was excellent.
