Please note this property is all in one room (not including the bathroom) and should be compared to as a 4-star hotel room. Access to this cabin is simple, but it is important to note the possible presence of renters in the "Main Street Cottage" on the upper level of this property. Although you would be sharing a common parking area, each of you has your own private entrance with no accessibility to each other inside the units. They are completely separate! Guest will only travel across the large deck to and from the parking area.

Great location for touring downtown Blue Ridge. Cozy cabin set up cute. The owners need to have enough dishes for 2. There was only 1 plate. Also, would have been great to have a regular table with chair backs, but that’s preference. A list of local eateries or area attractions would be helpful. Overall was a nice getaway.

We’ve attended the Blues & BBQ for a few years now & this was the perfect location! Parked our car, checked in & was able to walk to everything. Place is perfect for a couple…clean, comfortable & has all that we needed. We did have a small problem checking in; the number didn’t work. Called the office & was helped in minutes. We loved the place & hope to rent again in the future!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed our stay at the location. We could walk all over the downtown blue ridge and never had to drive or pay for parking.

enjoyed the convenience to downtown was so nice to walk downtown etc. Only downside is we checked in late and the code in our email was wrong. I do wish they gave water because everything closes so early that we had no water when we arrived.

My husband and I came for a quick overnight get away and stayed at this little downtown property. The location was perfect to access all the shops and restaurants, and it was very cute and clean… Had everything we needed.

This was an amazing place! Very clean and cozy, great location, and perfect for a weekend getaway! The bed needs to be updated as it was very soft/worn, but overall this was a great place and we will be staying here again!

We had to call to get the email with check-in instructions. The original email was not in my junk folder. One of the girls sent the instruction a different way and stayed on the line to make sure that we got them. The code did not work the door and we had to call again to get that worked out. The WIFI router on the instructions was not available. A maintenance guy came out and verified that he could not get connected either. He stated that he was going to check it out, but he left without giving us an update. We physically found the found the router in the kitchen the next day. We got connected to it, but there was no internet available. The router was had a different username that the instructions. We sent email and text, but there was no response that time. It was frustrating, because the cable channels are no good. We had brought a firestick to watch programming that we were interested in, but could not get it to work. Only had 2 bars on Verizon, so we could not hotspot our phones.

We arrived and it had not been cleaned. It was easy to get that fixed. We were taken care of for that! It was a perfect getaway for a weekend visit! We enjoyed the location to the shops and food!

The property was nice & located close to restaurants, shops etc. Everything was within walking distance unless you want to venture off for a hike or visit the Amish market. Beware if you visit on a weekday, a lot of places are closed Monday-Tuesday, and some are even closed on Wednesdays. Lot of shops & restaurants close early as well, so check the hours before you travel. If you are planning on riding the train, it only runs Thursday-Saturday or Sunday. Buy tickets in advance! Things were more slow paced here, not as much hustle/bustle as Gatlinburg. It was a nice get away for my husband & I without the kids! We definitely would come back.

My only complaint was that the codes to get inside property sent to me by email were not correct. I had to call after hours number to get the right code. Even the code given to leave was not working. Very frustrating!

Every once and a while we choose location close to town over cabin in the mountains and this is always our go to! We have stayed here twice. Always super clean, comfortable and never “noisy” as Blue Ridge sleeps when you do. The shower is a nice size so don’t let the square footage fool you. It’s small and cozy, just right for two.

Great location. Downtown is right out your front door but with a buffer space so nobody is walking past your door. Basement unit had a nice bathroom and comfy bed. There were unpainted patches on the wall which was unrefined. There’s no filtered water. Would stay here again as long as it is competitively priced.

We can't emphasize enough how perfect this location is if you're wanting to eat and shop in downtown Blue Ridge, and never have to drive. Very clean and everything you need for several days to get away. Now why we gave it a 3 star and not a 5... everything about our stay was a solid 5, expect for the bed- it nearly ruined our weekend. My wife and I have never been so uncomfortable and slept so poorly in another bed. The mattress is completely worn out with two major indentions from people sleeping in it. Before the second night, we spun the mattress and put the sheets back on it to try and get some rest. We slept a little better, but we both woke up so many times that we came home exhausted. To top off the bed issue, we pulled the pillow case off my wife's pillow before leaving to discover it was completely stained yellow. To SCCR, we will gladly change our review if you will have the mattress and pillows replaced, as everything else about our stay was great.

Very nice place. Ability to walk to all downtown activities was great. Only negative was the instruction to not use the electric fireplace heat for fear of damage to TV. Fireplace, Blue Ridge and fall go together.
