Our flight landed early in the morning, and we reached the hotel around 3 am. There was no one at the hotel reception. We tried calling, but no one answered. We had to wait in the reception area from 3 am to 11 am. Even after that, no one came to assist us. We had to call using another guest's phone, and the receptionist finally arrived at 12 pm. It was a bad experience for me as a tourist in Kazakhstan.

Nothing is there to like

The staff is very rude n non professional we waited for 9 hours to get our room keys and staff was not helpful at all they are giving very bad service.

Room was really cold, stuff didn’t provide me with a blanket, i could hear my neighbours. Bathroom smelled weird, clearly needed a renovation and I wouldn’t recommend touching the floor.

My flight was later and I came about 5 pm. About half and hour I stood in cold out side and couldn’t find anybody. Then In the room was not warm. There was not blanket, I slept with clothes.
