Great place to stay. The location is perfect. Our group of six people was able to access the front door early and leave our luggage. The shared kitchen is very well equipped and has a great coffee machine.. Two things to be aware of would be one, the lack of parking on location, but you are in Oldtown, so this can be expected, and I believe there is some close by. Also, we stayed in room 6 with the terrace. The terrace is great, but keep in mind the room is very small. Two people with luggage would be challenging for a longer stay. Room 1 is very large. Room 2 is mid-size. All rooms are well appointed and clean. We would definitely recommend this location.

Es war eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, wir waren 7 Pers in 4 Zimmern und konnten im Aufenthaltsraum gemeinsam unsere Bilder ansehen. Es gab ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Dankeschön für die schönen Stunden.

Il primo giorno viene offerto un ottimo dolcetto tipico portoghese. Nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi bar e croissanterie. La posizione è ottima perché centrale.

My wife and I stayed for one nght following a late arrival at Faro airport. The apartment was very roomy and impressively decorated and furnished. The communal area on the ground floor had evrything including a coffee maker, cake and fruit. In the morning the staff left a bag of pasta da natas on the door handle of the rooms. Great location too, on the edge of the old town and only a short walk to the bus and train station. Would hiighly recommend.

Op voorhand heel vlotte communicatie met het personeel: ze sturen op voorhand alle nodige informatie door. Zeer propere kamer, ook een leuke gemeenschappelijke ruimte. ‘s Ochtends hingen er ook 2 gebakjes aan mijn deur, verpakt in een leuk zakje. Het gebouw is gelegen vlakbij het historisch centrum. Zeker een aanrader!

Wszystko! Lokalizacja w centrum, 10-15 minut pieszo do dworca autobusowego, 15-20 na dworzec kolejowy. Stare miasto na wyciągnięcie ręki. Komunikacja z gospodarzem przez messenger bardzo sprawna, codziennie rano czekał miły poczęstunek w postaci Pastel de nata, czysto, spokojnie. Nowy obiekt ze wspólną kuchnią i wspólnym salonem. Wyjątkowy gospodarz, personel i obiekt. Polecam z serca i dziękuję za fantastyczny pobyt!

This was a very special location and room, we were on the top floor and had a terrace off the room, I think our room was the only one that had a terrace. The kitchen was shared with all rooms, was well stocked and clean. You enter building into a living room with a TV and kitchen so a place to hang outside of the room. They gave everyone a tasty breakfast treat, nice bonus. It was close walking distance to main city area, restaurants and shopping. We are vegetarian and there was an excellent vegan restaurant that was walking distance from our room.

They did not clean our room, trash was not pciked-up- No tash bin in the room only a small one in the bathroom, We had to put trash empty bottles of water on the sink counter. Safe deposit was not working. There was no coffee, only tea bags.

The property was in a great location in the old town a few minutes walk from cafes, restaurants and bakeries. It was very clean, spacious with modern facilities. And to top it off we were treated with pastel de nata every morning. I’d definitely stay there again

The description of the room on booking.com is not correct. The pictures are misleading, the size of the room advertised was 170 square meters, but in reality it is much smaller. We thought the kitchen was inside of the room, but in reality it is shared with other guests. We feel like the product we received was different from the product we booked.

Self-electronic Check-in was smooth. We arrived earlier than the check-in time. The host allowed us to drop our bags in the lounge while the room was being cleaned. The host dropped off pasties every morning which was a lovely surprise. Quick and excellent communication with the host.

The only thing is we didn't realise it was a shared kitchen. Lovely suite but I thought I had booked a whole apartment to ourselves. I don't remember reading it in the description or reviews.

Clean, central, comfy. Staff quick to respond to any questions. Really lovely cafes and restaurants very close by. Loved the pastel de natas each morning.

Only two coffee pods 😕 Would have liked more coffee pods for the coffee maker in the shared kitchen, even paying for it would've been fine. Plenty of free teabags though ☺️. I hadn't realised that it was only the top two rooms that had access to the rooftop terrace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay however but next time we'll choose the room with access to rooftop ☺️

Very spacious accommodation, modern, clean, well located and good value. We arrived long before their normal check in time but after a short wait, our room was cleaned and ready for us.
