Breakfast was very limited with some packaged cookies

As above, breakfast and the welcoming part which was non existing. Mind you corona is gone, no need to have keys in a box anymore.

Inside the medieval walls of Volterra. Nice location and you can park your car for free 2 min walking distance from the place.

It is way too expensive for what it is! Also, there are some serious problems with the infrastructure. There was an extremely noisy water heater in the room that our son was supposed to sleep, that was turning on randomly throughout the night. We had to put our son on the mattress in the bedroom and sleep with the door closed because otherwise the noise was unbearable.

Small apartment with beautiful bedroom. Cosy, clean, in historical centre. Very pleasant owner Annalisa does not speak fluent English, but she gives you all the information you need through translator. We liked it a lot.
