The view was absolutely amazing. This spot is located right on the river. The home stayed warm in the chilly April mornings. No fancy accommodations, but everything worked. There is a really good restaurant and general store in easy walking distance and it's just over an hour away from Leavenworth.
The beds were very uncomfortable. Though you are right on the river, you can't walk down to it from the home. It is very steep and rocky. I'd think twice if you have little kids or dogs. The home does need some maintenance, but overall it is functional and homey.

Location was great but, pictures were a bit deceiving that looked like we could walk out to the river. The bank is more of a drop off and steep. But, we walked down the street to get down to the river.
Cost was a bit much and $190 for a damage waiver fee for ONE night! Non-refundable! That seems a bit steep for 2 people and 2 dogs (we don't drink or smoke or do any types of drugs). That fee alone is too much and therefore will not use for that reason next time.. Top step of stairs had torn carpet and there was broken sheet rock in the bedroom closet upstairs. We did hear a little mouse scratching and scurrying around inside the wall behind the washer/dryer.

Love the river waterfront right outside our back door. Had room to sleep 6 adults with 2 kids. The larges room upstairs (there are 2) hosted 2 adults, 2 kids and 2 kenneled dogs very nicely. Check in was easy, and no problem finding the property. There is a store for all your needs in walking distance and public river access as you come into town, the city park has public bathrooms so no worries while you are playing at the river. We rented this place back in Nov/Dec for a July visit (due to not knowing how long the Covid19 restrictions would last to have a family vacation) and the weather and scenery was awesome. We did a lot of rock hounding, but there is kayaking, rafting and other sorts of activities to partake in. We also went to Skykomish so the kids and a couple of adults could take the mini train ride (12 minute ride, free, and ride it as much as you want). If you do not like to do dishes bring paper and plastic, and if you might have leftovers bring foil, plastic wrap or small containers with lids for storage in refrigerator. The Booking is easy and if you need more info please ask questions to the agent, they can help.
There is no D/W so all dishes done by hand, there was and still is a mess under the BBQ from previous tenants. The coffee pot and carafe do not fit together but if you put one of the ceramic saucers under the pot it make your coffee without overflowing with coffee grounds. The ignitor on the BBQ wouldn't work for us, no wine glasses or steak knives in the wood block. It looked like the DVD player operated the TV but the DVD wouldn't play any of our movies. Maybe the HDMI cord needs to be moved to another outlet on TV but instructions to the 2 devices would have been helpful. TV could be newer and not sure what the one in the downstairs bedroom is for, couldn't get it to work.

The view was spectacular. Towns people were friendly. We enjoyed playing in the river and relaxing outside.
There were cobwebs in the light fixtures and spiders all around outside. The yard needs attention. Part of the stove didn’t work, the barbecue was persnickety and there wasn’t a sauce pan to cook an egg. The floors are uneven and gave a funhouse effect. I had a knee replacement, so the front porch stairs are tall and were challenging.

It was quiet.
The refrigerator smelled bad and then the cost of cleaning did not show until check out which made the whole stay double the price.
