Newly renovated 6 bedroom 5 bath home Spacious Kitchen/dining/living room with fantastic field-stone fireplace for relaxing on those chilly evenings, house is high on a hill for great views and spectacular sunrises, relax in the privacy of an 8 person hot tub as it is set in the back of the property which is in the Green Mountain National Forest with 100's of acres of privacy, private hiking trails, listen to the mountain streams watch wildlife and yet minutes to downtown shopping convenience! Huge master bedroom with spectacular views enjoy sunrises like never before, private bath and fireplace with sitting area for those special private quiet times. House has 5 more bedrooms with 4 more baths. There is a huge deck with BBQ etc. There is a game room with Air hockey, Foosball and Ping pong as well as 3 sat TVs All appliances are new including 2 dryers to eliminate waiting for ones clothes to dry. This house is perfect for large groups or families. Amenities & Activities: This home is exceptionally equipped with all new appliances open style kitchen/dining room make it perfect for 'large dinner parties' Open style living room with huge stone fireplace makes for the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine by the fire and enjoy the scenic views from the very large picture windows or enjoy the serenity of a newly installed 8 person hot tub situated in the rear of the house. the property is very unique in that the house sits high on a hill enjoy beautiful views across the valley, fantastic sunrises. The back of the property is adjacent to the Green Mountain National forest there are many trails to both hike and snowshoe on. Enjoy our private pond and if you are lucky you can catch a glimpse of our areas elusive 'Bull Moose' quite spectacular!! This property is very unique in that it is located minutes from both Stratton and Bromley mountain yet only 7 minute drive to Manchester skiing just minutes away. Area: This house is close to the Snowmobile trails as well. Experience great mountain views yet have the convenience of a great village fro shopping, restaurants movies etc. This home has a great location, secluded with great mountain views, yet just minutes to downtown Manchester with renowned shopping and great restaurants. Fall foliage is a great attraction here It is truly becoming a golfers paradise as well. Stratton's 27-hole championship course is about 8 minutes down the road. There are about 15 different courses of all types within a 40 minute ride.

Our group had a amazing stay at John’s home. The house had more than enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. John was extremely prompt in responding to our questions. I highly recommend!

We had a great time staying here. John was very helpful and prompt to answer questions before, during, and after our visit. It’s a great size for a large family. The living room has 3 giant recliner couches perfect for lounging after a day of skiing.

John’s house was exactly the right size for our group of friends to stay while we hit the slopes. The check in process was easy, and the large kitchen made for great “family” dinners. We had a great time and would definitely return!

This home was perfect for our group ski trip! There was plenty of space for 16 of us, and it was only about 20 minutes from Stratton. The living room had tons of space for us to all hang out and a huge dining table. John was great and made check in super easy, as well as having plenty of firewood for the fireplace. The hot tub was great after a day of skiing, and ping pong was thoroughly enjoyed in the basement. The driveway is a bit steep and slippery in the winter, so just keep that in mind if your car isn’t great in the snow. Overall, we had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable home in a perfect location close to Bromley, Stratton, and downtown Manchester VT. Plenty of beds for our group of 7 men and linens were included. Large fireplace was a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. Big house with plenty of space, large dining table, hot tub on the porch, and a game room with ping pong and foosball in the basement. John was super easy to work with and kept in touch pre-arrival for a smooth entry. We'll be back!

We had a great time at John’s place for our annual snowboarding trip with a group of 16 friends. The bunk beds were a little small to fit an adult size male but other than that there were plenty of space for us! There were 5 bathrooms in total which was so convenient for everyone to use! He’s very close to Stratton and not too far from Mt Snow as well. Also this was the first place we stayed at where the hot tub actually worked and it was super nice :) we will be coming back!

This was not a typical vacation stay as this was utilized for a university athletics team. The house was roomy and housed team members nicely. We do prefer hotels for team travel but this was a unique situation and the property worked nicely for our needs.

Great house, Great location! This house was perfect, just as described. Lots of space to hangout and to sleep. Great amenities and close to many places, we went for a ski trip and is was in the right spot for what we wanted not too far from town either if you wanted to eat out or order food. The owner was in contact with us during the stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing and the fireplace and living room was the place to be. Will definitely recommend and comeback next time we come to the area.

We were a group of mid 20s friends coming together to send off the year with a low yet ski trip for New Years. Johns home was a perfect match being a quintessential ski house in a prime location just 15 minutes from Stratton and on the Bromley property. The photos are definitely a bit out dated and don’t do the space justice! The living area has 3 leather couches and attaches directly to the kitchen which has a massive dining table. There’s plenty of sleeping space to accommodate 17 with a total of 6 bedrooms and we had a really great time reconnecting. There’s a TV and wifi and a ton of games to choose from so no time is spent bored. John provides a ton of fire wood and that fireplace really warms the whole house! John was extremely accommodating and responded to all of our questions immediately. We highly recommend the Bromley Market for snacks and breakfast sandwiches! We highly recommend this home for a trip to Vermont.

We had a wonderful time at John's property. We had 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 7 children (8 years old and younger). The best part about the house was all being together in the large living room with the fire place going! The kids loved sharing rooms - the bedrooms for adults were small but cozy and the Master bedroom is quite large - you could definitely fit a blow up mattress in there as well! Appliances and bathrooms were a bit outdated but we were not looking for luxury living - just a place to all be together. The hot tub on the back deck was soothing after a day of skiing. John was incredibly responsive as a host, checking in with me to make sure everything was ok and providing plenty of tips/tricks for the area and recommendations on skiing/food etc.

John's place was fantastic! Large enough for plenty of people, glorious hot tub for the cold days. A large living area for everyone to hang out in and also the bedrooms are separate enough for people to enjoy their privacy.Thanks John!
