About this house rental
Located in Spring Hill, this lovely house for $564 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *** Special note, river access is becoming increasingly difficult, so if you stay right on the river, you have unlimited access, anytime, right off of your own dock, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, and motor boating. This is a beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home Directly on the Weeki Watchee River. We are known as the " Clock House" as the State Park maintains a clock on our boat house with directions to Rogers Park. From the moment you pass through the hidden gate into the lushly landscaped entry path, the magic of this home is apparent. Our premier location on the river is one of the best, with deep water right off of the long riverfront dock and across river is a huge, protected, wilderness area. Our property has a new 8' fence on both sides so that your visit is very private. There is a unique (only one on the whole river) boathouse with an automatic garage door. So you can board your kayaks (we have 4) or paddleboards in the boathouse and paddle out. Of special note, the State Park is now limiting the number of boats they will launch, therefore being right on the river is more important than ever. On the ground floor, the entire house is tiled. You come into a nice foyer with the laundry and half bath to your right and the living/kitchen area the left. Ground floor master bedroom and bath are all wood paneled walls and ceiling. The beautiful full equipped kitchen has stainless appliances, shaker cabinets, and granite counters. There is a huge window facing the patio and river. There is a narrow, long, screened porch just out of the kitchen sliding glass doors for when there may be a few bugs around. You access the second floor via beautiful spiral stairs and it has a living room with a fold out couch, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The river deck is huge with pavers and wood decking. There is also a brand new gas grill with a side burner, so you can cook and eat right on the river. We have added a large screen room (very important some times of year) with a tile table and seating for 6, right on the river. This is very nice home, very well outfitted, very well located, and owners dedicated to making this a great vacation for you and your family. We will make sure everything is as perfect as we can so that your vacation is a great success. Oh, never a day goes by that you don't see a manatee or two (or more)

This property was the perfrct set up for us. It had plenty of room and ample supplies. We loved the use of the kayaks for exploring the river getting in the ksyaks was tricky until we figured out an easier way. On the last evening we had a manatee hang out at the dock!! Overall a great stay.

We loved the people watching and the wildlife. The kitchen was stocked with eveything needed to eat in with groceries. They had beach towels as nd kyacks and life jackets. We enjoyed the screened in area at dusk. The only thing missing was I would have loved to take a nap outside in a lounge chair. Thank yoi for sharing your slice of paradise.

This home was a perfect place to stay on the Weeki Wachee River. We enjoyed kayaking off the back deck, we saw manatees from the deck every day we were there. The kitchen was completely stocked so all we had to do was buy groceries. We were able to Doordash as needed items and they were delivered quickly. We enjoyed dinner from local restaurants that were great. We went to several beautiful state parks close by. I miss this home and Weeki Wachee already.

We had a fantastic family getaway on the beautiful river. Weeki Wachee is our favorite place to make memories. We love the area for its old Florida charm.
The house surpassed our expectations. It is super spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The boys and I can’t wait to go back!

The property is just as described and did not disappoint. It is the perfect location on the river - just down from Roger's Park in one direction and beautiful clear water in the other direction toward the springs. Lots of fish, manatee and even "Chip" the dolphin were spotted most days. It was easy to rent a small boat that was delivered to our dock. We were even treated to a concert a few houses down on Labor Day weekend. The kitchen has everything you need and even some very convenient disposable items. Summer is there to help with anything you might need. We were happy to be able to bring our dog and he also loved exploring the river like SO many other 4 legged friends we saw on boats, kayaks and paddle boards. John was quick to answer any questions we had prior to arrival that helped to make our stay one to remember! THANKS for a great getaway!

We have visited the river before so we knew what we wanted in a rental- easy access to the river and lots of room for family. River access is right out the back door- literally. There were plenty of kayaks and a few paddle boards for guests to use. They have all been well used but served us well for our getaway. (If you have access to a small boat with a trolling/small engine, it will make travel upriver much easier.) The back patio was perfect for everyone (10 of us at one point) to gather, socialize, eat, and sit by the fire pit. We got to see plenty of manatee and even a rogue dolphin right from the back deck. The screen room was welcome because the bugs were definitely biting at night. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Our family loved this place. Great location! We saw about a dozen manatees swimming by. The property manager, Summer, was accomodating and welcoming. Recommend staying here.

The house was nice and cozy and sits on the main river. Was able to watch the manatees swim up and down the river every day. The patio was great for hanging out when not playing or at night. Will return again.

Upon arrival we immediately could see that this place was going to offer days of fun! We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. The river itself is so nice and comfortable to swim in. The people passing by are all friendly and talking with them was nice. There are plenty of restaurants near by to choose from. Walmart is only 12 minutes from the house. You can actually kayak down the river to the Upperdeck to eat! They have wonderful food and drinks. The house was spacious for a family of 7. There was plenty of towels and all the essential things needed to enjoy our stay. The house was clean! We couldn’t tell that it’s a pet friendly house and that’s wonderful for us being our 7 year old is allergic to dogs. Very well taken care of!! We are appreciative to the owners for setting up such a great vacation rental. We are already planning our next trip to this house! Weeki Wachee was better than any beach we have visited! And we have been all over Florida. From now on we want the river! Oh! The manatees are AMAZING. You won’t sit longer than an hour without seeing one, maybe more. The mommas had their babies and it was precious.

This location is incredible. Clear blue waters right off of your deck. The deck is so large and we really appreciated the outside dining option and shade canopy.
We made reservations to launch at Weeki Wachee State Park and paddled to the house. We also paddled upstream and explored the river that way. Saw lots of manatees, otters, and wildlife.
House was very clean and well stocked.

This property is how you always hope a vacation rental will be but never is. Perfectly clean. Nothing- and I mean nothing- broken or not working like it should. Most comfortable house ever. Great storage in unique master bedroom and master bath. Beautiful grounds. Kitchen well appointed. Ate all meals in screen room watching kayakers and manatees and other wildlife. Fires at night in fire bowl. Night kayaking was lovely. Easy kayak entry from property. The property manager called to introduce herself and say house was ready (early!!)- who does that? The Nock house does that. Thank you to Nocks and Summer. We will definitely come back.

This was our third time staying at this property. The first two times my aunt booked it. So my husband and I decided to book it ourselves for our anniversary . I’m so glad we did. The house has everything you need to have a relaxing , fun in the sun getaway. We already want to book another stay. Will definitely be back .

This was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The property manager was extremely helpful and had very clear communication. The property it’s self was at a perfect position on the Weeki wachee river. I had kayaked plenty of times before and this is a perfect location. Also the patio was perfect to hang out because it offers a screened in area. Had every amenity you could need for a from kayaks and paddles boards, to a grill and board games. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in the Weeki Wachee River. The house was in an ideal location. We have one comment, we believe that that the kayaking equipment, which is the main attraction, should be updated for they are in bad condition.

The property is amazing. Everything you need, located on the main river. My daughter swam right off the dock. Launching kayaks was a breeze and the wildlife was amazing. Super friendly owner and property manager. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Truly loved staying here. So relaxing and beautiful. The home is very nice. The location is outstanding. The manager Summer is fantastic!! Great kayaking, and nature viewing. Close to lots of adventures for day trips to other activities too.

Within 10 min of arrival we witnessed a Manatee. Since it was our reason for coming we were all ready in love. Summer was a joy to meet and made us feel at home. We will be back!

Please don’t miss an opportunity, to stay at this Bucket-List Estate! We frequently stay at another of The Nock’s family homes on the river, so expectations were high. We were blown away! Lovely garden, and harmonic wind chimes welcome you, into your happy home. We were blessed with more manatees sightings, than any other visit! Huge deck allowed for super easy access to water, and outdoor fire pit ends your perfect days! Great property manager, Summer, was wonderful as always. Hope to be back soon! This cozy comfy property has it all!! We enjoyed every bit of it on the river. The house is beautifully landscaped and has all the amenities you will need for a relaxing carefree stay! There is plenty of space inside and out for everyone...we especially love the first floor living open to the back patio and decks!! We are already looking forward to our next stay!

We loved our experience staying here last Spring so much we came back again. Met family and grandkids here also! Host is wonderful and house was very clean, well furnished and comfortable!! I had read the reviews and looked at the pictures online of this place, but they don't do it justice. This place is much more beautiful in person! The home was is very cozy and perfect for a relaxing stay. We had everything we needed and the stores/restaurants are with 15-20 min. away.
We even got to see a Manatee swim by!!
We will definitely stay here again!!
