We chose this place because it was close to downtown attractions and shops.

EXTREMELY NOISY ! The loft is located in an extremely noisy street. It's like if you sleep directly on the street. In summer you will have to open the windows because its hot, no AC, so closing the windows to dim the noise it's not an option. We requested to be reimbursed for the second night and they didn't even bother to respond to our request nor send a sorry note for the inconvenience. Cars will pass with loud music, motocycles accelerating, you name it,. It's none stop until 3am and it all starts again at 6 am. So if you aren't used to sleep with all this traffic noisy, you wont be able to sleep and rest properly. Service in general is to the bare minimum we had to ask for more towels there were only 2 and we were 5. Not bed linens for the sofa bed, etc . Parking is a nightmare. All cars must fit in a tiny garage. To exit you car you have to wake-up other guests so they can takw their car out. Stay away from this place. Looks nice but it's a bad idea.

Hosts are wonderful and attentive , bed super comfortable and location the best in the historical district . Highly recommended !
