Loved this unit. Great location and perfect room setup for our group. The neighborhood is perfect. And the beach is quiet.

The house was very clean and spacious. The property manager communicated very well and the location of the house was great!

We enjoyed the view from the balcony and quick walk to the beach. A couple suggestions would be to update the interior and have quality towels within the bathrooms. .

We had a great family time at the beach house. The location was excellent, allowing us to quickly walk back and forth to the beach within minutes. The view was outstanding. The house was well supplied with kitchen equipment and with toys, games, and beach gear too. The owner was very prompt and helpful in answering questions. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had such a good time! The beach was a very short walk away. We all enjoyed the new leather sectional in the living room and all the new furniture on the deck. We were able to eat outside and play games on the new table and chairs.

We had the best little getaway with our kiddos! This house is just steps from the beach, and the views from the house are amazing. You get full ocean view from most spots in the house. It was the nicest and cleanest property we’ve ever stayed at in Pirate’s Beach (this was our 6th property in this area). And extremely well equipped! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we had a blast using the beach chairs, buckets, flash lights and nets for crab hunting. I can’t say enough about this place. The patio is great for meals!!! The sting ray kite that’s in the storage room was one of the highlights (it was in perfect condition) and our kids were over the moon. No of us wanted to leave :) THANK YOU for sharing this hidden gem with us!!! We will definitely be back!

I wasn't a big fan of the property manager, she called me the wrong name, demanded that we sign additional paperwork and more than a week out was threatening not to send us the welcome paperwork. The welcome paperwork turned out to not be accurate and when I highlighted this to the property manager, the response was very 'whatever'. She was also not very knowledgeable about the location, like whether they had a grill or not. During the stay another group showed up claiming they rented the place, which was very awkward. I don't know what happened and they eventually left. Overall, great place and another wonderful trip.

The house was great. And the short distance to the beach was wonderful. We loved having a bed room on the main floor for my dad. However, it did seem short on towels. There didn't seem to be any for the kitchen.

Easy to find, had plenty of room for our family. Home is exactly as promised on listing. Location is perfect. Would recommend!

This is a great rental! Lots of room and views of the beach from the patio (very short walk to beach). Communications with the property manager were quickly answered and check-in/out was very easy. I would totally recommend this house for a family gathering!

The place needs to be cleaned better. The sectional had dirt between the parts. The closets were used to store bits & pieces that probably should be thrown away since they seemed broken. Some of the dishes were dirty that were in the cupboards. Only had one roll of paper towels for a 4 day stay with 10 people. The location was wonderful. Walking distance to the gulf.

We booked this home for a quick weekend get away with our family to celebrate my Granddaughter's first birthday! The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated being able to have access a tad early to the home as well. It was not ideal to have to crank open the window protection, it took a bit of time and would have been great to have those on the main floor at least opened to get a look at the beautiful view upon arrival. Overall, would book this home again.

It was wonderful

Our extended family of ten had to defer our usual Christmas event due to Covid. This house was the perfect place for our resumption of family togetherness. We enjoyed ourselves so much we’ve decided to always do our joint holiday in July. We will likely choose this house again.

We definitely enjoyed this beach house. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. It’s only about 4 houses to the beach which took like two minutes!!! The view from the huge outdoor balcony was wonderful. The dining table was huge, great for meals and playing games. It was also nice having the extra bathroom downstairs. Lots of little things that just add up to a nice stay.
